    Orange chicken & chowmein

Ordered chowmein with my chicken. But ended up with more onions/cabbage than anything. After I picked some out I only had 1/4 of my bowl left. So gross

Pepper Steak and Kung Pao Chicken

It's fast food and it isn't supposed to be super duper. But, I always like the taste! The manager here at night is brutal. I would list his name, but he always has it covered up with his apron. He micro-manages everything including the customer. They had the Pepper Beef labeled with a Crisp Chile Shrimp sticker and the bowl was empty. I made the comment to a female worker that was waiting on me that it didn't look like shrimp. Well, the manager immediately stepped in feint of her to point out that there were labels at the top. I pointed right back to the sticker and said, well it says shrimp and there is no shrimp anywhere close to that bowl. He said, well we have nowhere else to put the sticker. His initial response was very condescending and he could have said it a lot nicer. I am in there about once a week and he is ALWAYS a butt to customers and employees alike. Cannot hardly stand to go there when he is there. Ruins everything. That said, the taste was as I expected.

Plate with Orange Chicken for the Entree and Half Fried Rice and Half Steamed Vegetables for the Side

New to Fort Smith, plenty of room for improvement. The drive thru line was backed out onto the street so I decided to go inside. There were approximately 10 people in front of me. It took me 24 minutes from entering the restaurant to receive my food. The employees were super friendly. Unfortunately the fried rice kept running out forcing them to stop fulfilling orders. The drive thru line continued to be served while the patrons inside waited longer. As for the food, I was pretty disappointed. The fried rice looks great in the picture, but tasted burned like the scrapped bits from the wok in each bite (not like the delicious crunchy rice at the bottom of the pot). The steamed vegetables were warmed thru but way too hard, almost raw. The orange chicken had a good flavor and was tender; however, it was cold due to the long wait time for the fried rice.

    Small is very small.

The food is only average for Chinese food menu... Mushy breading, overcooked rice, and to top it off the "small" entree is just slightly bigger than the fortune cookie. Many places better and better priced.

But if you liked grind chicken strips - it's really good and the fresh squeezed lemonade is also awesome! We enjoy their fried and Cole slaw too - as well as the Texas Toast. The last time I was there - a young man was working the cash register and taking orders. He was polite and friendly and did an excellent job. A teenage student and his friend entered the line and snickered and laughed and poked fun at the cashier - seemingly acting as if they were better than the cashier and as if the "working class" guy at the register was deserving of being made fun of. I was offended at the actions of the customer in front of me - but I was extremely impressed by the cashier who kept his composure and was polite in the face of the sarcastic customer who was inappropriate. I admired both the professionalism and the obvious management training and preparation that had been done to help teach the cashier how to respond and move on without allowing himself to be tripped up by such poor customer behaviors. Way to go to the excellent customer service and great food!

Once cooled off they were still so crispy and crunchy and the least bit greasy. They gave us plenty of sauce and ketchup too. Without saying, everything was a hit! The few times I've tried it over the course of my 55+ years of life I have not been impressed. Even at this restaurant that I just pulled away from the drive-through at I had not been impressed by a previous experience that was a couple of years ago. In an unrelated event, I needed to purchase some sausage biscuits recently. I purchased one as a test at a Whataburger because it just happened to be in close proximity to where I was located at the time. The biscuit was fantastic!... This led me to go back and I did and purchase several biscuits which were all fantastic. Then I added more breakfast items and then I decided I would try the Whataburger with cheese. I was impressed by that too! Well, now I'm not in the location where I initially found the food I liked at Whataburger and so I visited this location where I am today. It too was excellent! I got a Whataburger with cheese and onion rings. The food was well prepared and very tasty. I don't know if they've had some kind of change of way that they do business or what but I like what I've eaten the last several trips to Whataburger, after many years of not wanting to have anything to do with them. One other thing I would know is that I am very impressed at the people who have waited on me each time I have visited in these last few weeks. The employees are dressed smartly in a very nice looking uniform shirt that appears to be high-quality and not junk. Additionally, the folks are friendly and well spoken, and actually give a greeting and are grateful to you for shopping. Every time I've been, the folks have thanked me for coming and always been polite and engaging. This is a departure from what I have experienced at the golden arches... Even the ones that I like often don't have good customer service. This stands out to me and is part of the reason why I really appreciated the visit in addition to the excellent food.

Sorry, but I am not going to use a touch screen to order that is covered in germs and boo-gers from who knows. But I do understand why the Burger King across the street is far busier.

Founded in 1962 by American entrepreneur Glen Bell, the chain has more than 7,000 locations (Including 915 Greenwood Road, Fort Smith, Arkansas and over 350 franchisees worldwide. Its commitment to branding and its changing product lineup have made it one of the most accessible and unique fast-food restaurant chains. In the current times, it has become a place where families go to enjoy their meal, be with their children and have fun. A year ago, I had an opportunity to buy into stock belonging to Taco Bell. I did so because I believed that Taco Bell industries represented more to a community than any other company, as it targeted the youth and helped those that needed help through their Taco Bell Foundation. The Company stood for something, represent something, and always strived to better itself, and to further the community as a whole. I had an opportunity to see what a managerial worker at Taco Bell located at 915 Greenwood Avenue in Fort Smith, Arkansas thought of the company or its values. I am curious if during her rant, whether she ever thought of how her actions would affect others. Taco Bell has Principles, Values and they stand for something! Our HUNGRY principles reflect Taco Bell values and what we stand for. Helpful We serve others with an "I can do that" attitude. We aim to surprise and delight and resolve issues respectfully and compassionately. Understanding We strive to understand and deliver on the needs of our customers, each other and business partners. Never Settle We aim to make the customer experience better at every visit and always stay true to our core value of serving safe, high-quality food that's craveable and affordable. Grateful We say thank you and mean it. We are passion-ate about appreciating what makes each of us unique to each other and our customers. Relentless We strive to be the best at everything we do and we don't let anything get in the way of doing what is right. We make sure everyone feels welcome and included. Youthful Spirit We are an active part of our communities. We believe in all people, are inspired by tomorrow's leaders and help them pursue their passions and dreams. Sadly during a recent visit to 915 Greenwood Avenue in Fort Smith, Arkansas as a Door Dasher, I observed disturbing actions from a Manager that we placed in position that not only went against the policies of the company, but went in the very face of the values of this company and the true principles of the company. I entered the front of the lobby and there was multiple people standing around. One of which was a Dasher as well, waiting on an order. I stepped up to the counter informing the male (50-60 yrs old) that I was there for my Doordash order for DM. After a few minutes he comes to the front handing a rather large bag to the other dasher who then departed. After waiting several minutes, I stated that I was still waiting on the DM order. The guy at the counter tells me that he just gave that order to the other dasher. I explained that my DM's order only had one item, that it would not require a bag. The Female Manager (Unidentified by Taco Bell Corporate or Taco Bell Location) comes from the side drive through walking along the front the to the rear of the prep counter stating, "We will run our Shit back her and you can run that up there." At first, I was stunned. I stated, "Excuse me", and she stated it again! I asked her name as I was calling corporate offices, she refused to give that information to me. I left the store, unassigned the order, and called the corporation. Now. What will the corporate office do with that information? We are still waiting to find that out. My venture of guess is to believe that they will allow her to represent the company in that manner, and it will go unpunished, as they would rather employee workers that go against the values and principles of what the company represents, than have a shortage of team workers. I'll take the wait with great customer service vs the speed with rude people that have no values for themselves so they try to reflect their valuelessness onto the company and others, which not only affects the business, but community as a large.
