I went to this five guys a while ago with my wife, her dad, her sisters, and my sister. It's pretty decent. The service isn't anything special, but there's nothing to complain about. The ambience is mid, it's kind of dirty in there. I half expected to see a roach or perhaps a rat even. The food is okay, could be better though. The fries taste like cardboard, but the Cajun style fries are great! The burger is bland--though that's probably because I just got a plain cheeseburger. However, some seasoning on it can make a very very big difference. I also like that they have a Coca Cola freestyle machine. I'd marry it if I could. Bonus; I saw this daffy x bugs drawing on the wall I thought was peak. Anyways overall it's not bad, but it's definitely not my first pick. Was in for lunch on 4/4/25. Great and friendly service, the place was clean. The burger was great (as usual-like other location). But the fries were off. It seems that the oil hadn't been changed or filtered in a while. I could tell by the smell and taste of the fries that the oil was past its prime. Otherwise I don't mind spending $20 for a burger and fries. I just had to use more ketchup. read more

If you want a step up from a McDonald's burger than Five Guys won't disappoint. I see in the store and on their cups all the accolades they've received for their burgers. Honestly, I'm not sure what I'm missing. Don't get me wrong, the burger is good, but it's not mind blowing. It taste like something I could have made at home. I've been too many five guys all over the US. Their quality and consistency is always fantastic. This is the worst one I've ever been too. Will never go to this location. Very disappointed with the service that was provided tonight. The cashier needs training on the menu... I ordered the little cheeseburger and my husband ordered the regular cheeseburger she kept saying double meat? He said no just the regular cheeseburger.. we waited over 30 minutes for our order had my husband not stepped up and asked about our order that had been sitting for no telling how long! We probably would not have got it. When we finally got it the burgers were cold and they gave us both little cheeseburgers! My guy is a big dude and a little cheeseburger is too small he had it finished in less than 3 bites! I wondered why it was so small!! This is my first 5 Guys and, from what I can tell, it's par for the course of excellence the chain is known for. The burgers are great (as good as anything you'll find in a restaurant) and they give you an irresponsible amount of fries. Some things to note: Everything comes in a brown sack, so you don't need to specify order in or carry out. If you just want enough fries for yourself, order the MINI. The regular fry feeds TWO people, the large fry will feed YOUR ENTIRE FAMILY FOR A YEAR. This isn't as hyperbolic as you might think. It's a ton of fries. read more

First time eating there and the staff/workers were very helpful in explaining there menu and was patient with me. No one was in line behind me so that was excellent timing. The food was delicious and made to order. The place was clean and the atmosphere was very welcoming. We will return! Very sketchy place to be in the wee hours of the morning because of the side of town it's on, best to Uber eats it. Otherwise good food and Although my order was a little slow I totally saw the manager yell at the entire staff to get back to work and it was pretty epic. Definitely have a solid manager there who doesn't screw around so brownie points for that, also they have peanuts there to eat which I don't recommend you look at any of the articles re: hygiene before you do so if you must do so lol. Burgers are 100% the best my family and I have had in a while, the ingredients all taste fresh and delicious, they had our food order done quickly with a very short wait, workers there were all polite and ready to help even the ones who looked to be on break and enjoying lunch got up to make sure we didn't need anything else, love this place even with high prices totally worth it! Quite frankly, they could call this place Five Guys Fries and Burgers, since in my opinion the French fries are what makes this place. I would come in just for them alone. I guess I was expecting too much. I had read all the hype and expected burger nirvana. They were better than most fast food burger restaurants but not nearly as good as a truck stop that's about the same distance from me. (Hilltop Travel Center, in Rudy) First they are in a bad location, a strip mall on Rogers Avenue across from Mercy Medical. If you are not from this area you should know that it is a very busy street. It is difficult to get in and out. The staff is friendly but noisy. I sat at a table as far away from the ruckus as possible. The bacon cheeseburger was juicy but it seemed to be missing something. The cheese really did taste like sliced kraft singles not the gooey cheese I prefer. The grilled onions didn't stand out either. The fries were hot and there were alot of them but they too didn't live up to the hype. The burger, fries and a drink came to $15.01. That is about what I would pay at the truck stop if the $2 tip were included but the food wasn't as good. I probably will not return. read more

We love this place. The burgers are delicious and huge. You get all toppings besides bacon added for free. This includes grilled mushrooms,grilled onion,jalapenos etc. The french fries are wonderful and a large fry easily feeds two people.They are seasoned perfectly too. Free refills on drinks and the staff is very friendly. They serve peanuts in the shell for free too. Since Fort Smith lacks and In n Out Burger tis is a wonderful alternative. If you spend $14 on a bacon cheeseburger small fry and small drink, then wait 15 minutes for it, you'd figure they'd remember to put bacon on it. This place is a Bust, with a capital "B"! I've read all the reviews, listen to everyone yammering with the unbelievable hype given it about "X", I won't even use the places name. Because with a name like they have you would expect it to be a real "blue collar, man's, man" kind of burger joint. Which it is not! First of all they don't offer a "burger basket or combo" that every other REAL dinner and burger joint in the world offers. (I've been to Japan and former military men have opened American style - dinners there.) Secondly the price is sky high, cost me $13.58 for a "combo or basket" if you will. which consented of: 1 cheese burger, 1 "little fry" (small fry), 1 "regular size drink" (small drink which is the size of most places mediums). Thirdly you get to choose your toppings "free of charge" (which are all factored in the price wether you want all of them or not!) Which were ok I guess, if you don't mind veggies that aren't very fresh and room temperature. The other toppings that are called "sauteed" are just put in a small pan with margarine then placed in a warmer, that look like they have never even seen the grill. Fourth, the fries are ok, the oil wasn't changed recently, the fries looked properly cooked but tasted like burnt, stale oil. Summary: If you want a real, classic, delicious cheese burger and fries, you have to go to any one of the authentic dinners or burger joints in the city or just outside of the city limits! "Five Guy's" is a very poor attempt at a corporate level of chain restaurants imitating a classic burger joint! read more

Not my best experience with a five guy place. Bacon missing on bacon burger and flavor of burger was pretty bland. Not they are extremely busy. I immediately ordered when I walked in. One order given out before mine. One order behind me five minutes later. Fries were good. Little disappointing. So far I not gotten sick so that's a good sign. Just disappointed. In my travels I thought there burgers were pretty good. Maybe it was the missing bacon that I payed for. I had taken several bites before I looked for bacon so I am at fault for not looking sooner. I love this place! It's a bit pricey for a burger but it's fantastic! They offer a huge selection of delicious toppings such as onions, mushrooms, etc. The regular burger is $7 something and the small ones about $6 something. Fries are about $3 and large enough for sharing with your table while you're there. If you like burgers you have to try this place. It's fabulous. The peanuts are nice here too. Yum.
