Just a normal Chick fil a but always has great employees, clean restaurant, fast to get food. I have never had an issue with this location and happy on all our visits read more

Chick-fil-A - Chick fil a sandwich with waffle fries. - Fast Food Near Me - Fort Smith, Arkansas

Here we are on day one of the opening of the newest Chick-fil-A in Fort Smith, Arkansas! This location is at the intersection of I 540 and Phoenix Avenue in Fort Smith Arkansas. I will say it's the first time I've ever been to a Chick-fil-A located next to an X-rated bookstore. That's kind of odd but then again that's kinda OF FORT SMITH Arkansas too! The food was fantastic. The service was great as always. We did have an issue with ordering as the item that we wanted was not coming up on the menu as it should, and the manager ended up working with us and gave us a discount because of the amount of time it took us to solve the problem... And as always, we were nothing but satisfied. read more

If I could give zero stars I totally would! The fries tasted like they were cooked in nasty grease, the chicken too. I done a mobile order and it still took about 20 mins to move through the line and get our order. The sweet tea tasted like it hadn't been made fresh in days and they also only put like 3 Ice cubes in my drink. I will not be back! Not pleased at all! Oh and I'm also sick to my stomach as well and felt fine before eating this food. read more

I had a great dinner there tonight! Macey was so amazing and hospitable. She was cleaning the dinning room making sure everything was up to standards! Shift leaders kind of seemed a little rude. But the team members were very friendly and helpful. read more

Went to the drive thru came home and bit into this! A whole piece of plastic in the sandwich! Disgusting, definitely will be reporting this! read more

They messed up my order. The food was nasty. The manager tried gaslighting me and then lectured me about ordering. I will never eat a Fort Smith Chick-fil-A again. read more

My friend and I ran into Chick-fil-A with five minutes to spare to be at school. They asked what the rush was and I told I had to be at school so they as quick as they our food and we're cheering us on as we sprinted out the door to go to class. Chick-fil-A has the best service of any place in America and I just love how they glorify God while my body. I love you Chick-fil-A. read more

It's hard not to like a chick fil a. I always order from the app and like always, they're kind and on point with their service. It's VERY busy with cars wrapped twice around the building and into the road at peak breakfast & lunch hours, so I WOULD NOT recommend being in a hurry if you're coming to this location. read more

Only about 6 months ago service was fast, the employees were friendly, and they possessed a level of professionalism. That is all gone. I placed my order thru the app at 7:14 am, arrived at 7:30 am, and did not get my cold food and watered-down drink until 8:00 am. Why must I wait 30 minutes in a drive-thru line?? The food is only average. It was the great, friendly, and speedy service that made Chick-fil-a great. Why are there only 2 people taking orders? Why is there only 1 runner in drive-thru? Why is the woman at the window so rude? Why are those who chose curb-side delivery being forced to go inside to get their orders?? read more

This location is stupendous. The service is next to none. The young man who took my order was Clean Cut and Wholesome. He created eye contact and smiled. He did neglect to put my name on the order but still very courteous. Mr Kelly in the dining room did a fantastic job of showing me genuine hospitality. He even figured out the mistake on my order and brought it to me. Chick-fil-As Corporate purpose: To glorify God by being faithful stewards of all that is entrusted to us. And to have a positive influence on all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A. If you're looking for a Chick-fil-A that embodies that purpose look no further. Because this is the store for you. read more

Chick-fil-a is and always will be the GOAT. The Chicken nuggies are absolutely amazing.

I like the ice dream (ice cream) soft serve. A typical cup or cone is not enough so I go for the Quart size. Yes they have that on the catering menu at the register or drive thru. Staff is awesome and friendly. They put a lot of people through here. read more

Chick-fil-A - If you like the Ice Dream - get it by the quart. - Fast Food Near Me - Fort Smith, Arkansas

they didnt give me straws! and now we are sucking out of the lid like crazy people. make sure to check for straws and make sure you have your food. stay safe! DONT RECOMMEND!!! read more

This is a spot as a DoorDasher I love to go. The staff is always kind, helpful, and quick. If our Government was run as efficiently as this store, America would truly be great again. I do eat there regularly as well. I always look forward to Chicken sammich day. If you go through the drive through expect a delay. It's not that the service is bad, it's that the demand is so high! read more

Fully staffed. Team members standing around. Not greeting customers, restroom were horrendous. Window on all the exit doors covered in smudges. Lobby chairs ripped and torn. Under the tables hadn't been swept. Owner or Manager just joking and lack of overall direction. Longest I've ever waited for a meal with literally, for lack of better words, not busy Chick-fil-A. Trash Cans in Lobby overflowing!!!! read more

Best fast food restaurant in Fort Smith, AR! Food is always excellent, service is top notch, overall a great place to eat. Whether you dine in or drive through, you can expect your food very quickly. Favorite menu item is the chicken sandwich, with a slice of pepper jack cheese! My wife and I come at least 1-2x a week! read more

I ordered a catered breakfast and was so pleased with the service from Chick-Fil-A. The phone representative helped me decide on what food to get based on my amount of people and it was easy to purchase by giving my credit card number. The delivery gentleman got a little bit lost but that wasn't a problem because he called and I pointed him in the right direction! They handed my my order papers and were gone. The food was delicious as always and the fruit trays are huge. read more

Best chicken nuggets in town. Super nice people and happy to support a great company like Chick-Fil-A.

Very unprofessional. The employees were literally playing peak a boo and scaring each other and screaming loudly. It's almost like they have a class of 2nd graders working there. Makes me sick just thinking about them making my food read more

What can I say ? Chick-fil-A never disappoints , always delivers what is expected of them . (Which is good food and awesome service)

very slow service, even at 6:00 which shouldn't be a busy time. gave us all the wrong sauces and forgot the fork for the salad. overall very dissapointed as i am a fan of the chain. seen wayyyyy better, gotta step it up next time. read more

This is the most inefficient Chick-fil-A I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. I've eaten at many a crazy crowded Chick-fil-a in my life. They are always moving people in and out quickly. We placed a mobile order, went through the drive through and 20 minutes later we still have no food. Yet others behind us were getting their food. They clearly are not being managed well. read more

Awesome resturant I think everyone agrees that chick fil a is the best fast food restaurant

I was very disappointed in this CFA today we went and they weren't busy maybe 2 people inside and few cars drive thru the workers acted like they had no clue what they were doing. After waiting 15 mins for our food that wasn't special just normal menu items it was cold and the fries were hard ,old & cold as well. the bun was hard and the chicken was cold! Was very disappointed as we do love cfa but this one was the worst! read more

Chick-fil-A is great. I have never had a meal that I didn't enjoy or had any issues with customer service. Everyone in my family enjoys a variety of things from the menu. I change it up from time to time, but my favorite will always be the chicken nuggets with Polynesian sauce, waffle fries and lemonade. I'm a fan! read more

This restaurant has pre-ordering in the drive thru line, expedited payment, yet a 35minute wait for food in a side pick up parking spot. Not returning anytime soon. read more

I love these guys and what they stand for! Just way to busy! BUILD ONE IN VAN BUREN.......

Chick-fil-A, you are just a special place. I can't say enough good things about you. Best fries, sauce, and chicken around.

What can I say, I love Chick-fil-A. No long write up needed; everyone knows how great this place is. Frickin' Chick-fil-A sauce is made with angel tears. read more

Fast service quick easy and clean an extremely nice employees. Over a fast food restaurant I enjoy actually taking my family too.

Pretty disappointed in the service and good quality. Having working in a Chick-fil-a restaurant before, I still prefer this company to most, but am critical as to what I've experienced at other CFAs. We had a catering order a few weeks ago. They rang our order correctly and then gave us nuggets instead of strips and forgot our sweet tea. We don't live close, so it was not an option for us to return for a refund that night. Recently, our orders were met with soggy buns and poor service. Not even receiving the Chick-fil-a recognized saying of "my pleasure" but one time. All in all, each visit has made us feel subpar. read more

Very bland and tasteless. I can not fathom why people eat here. They seem to use no seasoning whatsoever.

how can chicken taste sooooo good??? Chicken is cook to perfection, not dry at all. French fries are just perfect.

For fast food, it's clean and the employees are clean cut and don't look like they live under a bridge. The food is better than most fast food joints. Better customer service than many "sit down" restaurants. read more

LOVE Chick-fil-A's chicken and lemonade! They are always very nice, can't get that at any other fast food restaurant!

The service was slow and the person taking my order nasty sweating all over can you say over-work for little pay he was sweating so bad added extra weight to his clothes and I'm pretty sure his sweat went inside my drink not only that the boss was playing around with one of their employees safety violation worst place and I wouldn't recommend you eat there if you want it that bad go to UAFS read more

Chick-fil-A is my favorite fast food restaurant, they have very good service and amazing food so if anyone wants a great chicken sandwich or anything with chicken go there I highly recommend this ! read more

Each time I've gone something is forgotten and I have to go back in. This location is always packed and the staff does a great job of getting through the lines quickly, but they need to pay attention to the details and get each order complete. Don't go through the drive thru, always go in so you can ask for the items that were forgotten. read more

Who doesn't love chick-fil-a? Great food, amazing service! The place is always really busy.

The food was good...service was fast....but too much yelling by the employees...if I'm not mistaken it's managers?!
