Food was good but the service seems to be getting worse. Been eating here for years sometimes at least once a week. Always drive through because we are so busy. For the past few months, it never fails, our order will be wrong going through the drive thru. While their dining room is still not open due to COVID, this to-go eatery offers delicious chicken and wings, along with a tasty Peach Fizzle (drink). The salad was fresh and tasty while my kiddos and husband enjoyed the classic chicken sandwich and tenders meals. Our friends raved about the wings. For a quick stop along I-40, this is your place. Most friendly and helpful service I've had in awhile! So efficient, I was in and out in no time! The place was very clean and my food was excellent! I used to come here alot, but this place has gotten so bad quality wise, I genuinely tell people to avoid it. The staff is ran by high schoolers who don't care and hate their job, something as simple as asking for ranch and they huff and puff about it. The cooks are TERRIBLE, how you can work at a chicken restaurant and not know how to cook chicken is beyond me. Its either extremely undercooked or so overcooked its beef jerky. Fries are cooked the same way. either floppy and soggy or burned beyond belief with no in between. Either the place has new management or the current manager stopped caring all together. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. Just 1. They made me park when no one was behind me, and it took them 30 minutes. When they brought it to me it was so undercooked I had to throw it away. I'm genuinely surprised no one has gotten really sick from this place with how they handle chicken. I hope they shut this place down and actually put a chicken place here that knows how to cook chicken. One word: EWW. I had a grilled chicken sandwich, and immediately upon bitting into it I knew it was undercooked. The color was still pink, the texture was like rubber, and it felt like I had just bitten into raw human flesh. Husband got a replacement which was cooked, but didn't get eaten because my appetite had packed up and left. We later saw hair on the chicken sitting on the plate. My husband's salad had wilted lettuce, and some components of the ingredients tasted off and soured. Severely disappointing. While the dining room was packed, some guy laid his kid right on the tabletop and changed his dirty diaper. None of the employees asked him to go to the restroom and no special care was taken in cleaning the table thereafter. An employee just wiped it down and then wiped down two more tables and the accompanying chairs with the same cloth. Public safety issue. Will not return. read more

I really love food and rarely give negative reviews. Please check my others too see for yourself. This is my first one star review. I went in at just before eleven a.m. The restaurant was cold. It was about fifteen degrees outside but it was so cold inside that some of the employees were wearing jacket. I placed my order for the six piece chicken strip dinner. After paying I got my cup and turned to fill my drink. To my unpleasant surprise they told me my order was ready. I knew it was way too quick to be fresh. I got to the table and found my food warm but not hot. Because of the restaurant's cool temperature it quickly cooled further. Before I could finish my toast it was cold. The food is typical Zaxby's. What you see is what you get in that regard. But, this Restaurant can use some improvement. The men's room was on bad shape. The soap dispenser is taped to the wall with DUCT TAPE. The beverage area does not look like it had been cleaned all day, nor did the condiment area. They were out of lemonade; asked for that to be serviced and "they were out". I was really enjoying my salad but I needed additional dressing - they charged me for it. i eat at zaxbys everyday. it's definitely my fav. i've been eating here since i was 12. some people may be vegan, I was until I ate my first bite of Zaxby's. that moment changed my life instantly. I highly recommend or Zax sauce. I would honestly be 20 pounds lighter than I am if I didn't eat Zaxby's, but it's so worth it. please don't take this down. my mom thought i wanted chicken strips, they're gross and i hate them, i prefer their wings better, chicken strips are too crunchy.

The wings were tiny and dry and hard!! Tasted like they just dunked some wings that had been sitting and waiting on the Lord into some sauce and served it!! I used to eat here at least once a week. I loved the chicken flavor they had, the last 3 years or so the food has gone down for some reason. Not near as good, it's like the chicken isn't fresh anymore. Or fresh cooked, usually it's cold when I get my food now after waiting a bit for it. The fries was awesome and I only ate a few of them. It will be awhile before I come back and when I do, hopefully things have changed!!! read more

Poor Poor place to take anyone to eat. I overheard kitchen staff cussing and goofing off when they should have been paying attention to customers.
