This is a great store with good sandwiches that are made hot and fresh to order and there is a great drink machine that allows you to add all kinds of flavors to the Coke or soda of your choice that I really enjoy about this location. The people are friendly and the food is fast and we often use them too. Prepare food for groups of people at work. They never let us down and always do a great job. The prices are fairly reasonable, especially for the quality of food. read more

10 feet from the door seemed light in the bag. Yep no soup, no napkins, no utensils. Wish we had opened our sandwiches because they were BOTH WRONG! ordered a new york steamer it was completely screwed up. its supposed to have pastrami. it had no pastrami. its supposed to have corned beef which it did but it looked like it was the last of it and was sliced so thick it was hard to chew. it was supposed to have deli mustard it did not. it was supposed to have italian dressing it did not. it had wayy to little mayo. it was the worst firehouse sub ive ever had. it was dry flavorless and chewy. i might give another firehouse sub another chance (if i do im taking pics to show everyone how far downhill the quality has gone) but i will never go to this location again btw there have been reports that a firehouse sub manager told a customer they would remake the sub just come down, then when the customer drove all the way there the manager said nope not remaking it, he even said "when i talk to god tonight Im going to ask him to take you reading the reviews for this location the seem to get the subs wrong alot and tend to not put everything in the bag, missing soup and chili and chips do not take a chance on this location read more

Me and my husband stopped here on our way to Oklahoma it was around 8:30 at night there were 2 guys working the one that made our smokehouse sandwiches, let me tell you, it was the best freaking sandwich ever it's like he actually made it with love. My husband and I were driving back to Texas and needing some lunch. Initially we decided on subway, but figured Firehouse would be better. We walked in and there were probably 5 women all behind the counter. While I was trying to decide what I wanted, I heard someone abrasively yell "HURRY UP!" It startled me and I found the demand had come from an untidy looking woman with a pixi haircut wearing a grey tank top- the undershirt kind. No uniform. After that I tried to go back to looking at what I wanted, but i was too distracted by the women all behind the counter. At this point I looked at my husband who said we needed to eat somewhere else, that he was grossed out. The woman who had caught my attention also caught his. He watched as she was touching all of the food, no gloves. Again, no uniform, not clean looking, and in a ratty undershirt. No thanks. We decided to walk out and go elsewhere, and as we walked out, two of the workers obnoxiously YELLED, "THANK YOU" and "HAVE A GREAT DAY" as if to bring to attention the fact that we were choosing to leave. When I requested a veggie sandwich I got half way through my sandwich before I noticed little flecks of meat in my mushrooms. For a vegetarian it is truly awful to unwittingly be served meat for numerous reasons. The manager, Bobby was very nice and issued a refund. Still, you need to be more careful with people's dietary restrictions. read more

The staff was very friendly, but the sandwiches we ordered (the #1 and the #3) were mediocre at best. But what was really frustrating was how slow the service was. We waited over 30 minutes to get our two sandwiches! Next time we stop for sandwiches, we will go to Subway. read more
