Im going to give a 5. Girl was very nice and sandwich was good. But my order is never right here because they laser focus on Mike's Way. Thiis store is always so focused on "Mike's Way" that i never get it My Way. I don't know why I cant just tell them what I want on it. I really wanted pepperocini tonight and the girl was super nice. I told her what I wanted on it and she said. Oh next time just order Mike's Way add pickle. Say that she said. So, I get home and there is no pepperocini on it and extra salt had been added. It is this way every single time. They confuse me with Mike's Way and my order is never ever how I really want it. Sandwich is still good but hate the way they do it here. I dont have to do this at Subway or Forehouse subs and guess what, my order is usually exactly the way I want it. This place has really great subs and sandwiches! The guy who was leading the team at the meat cutting station today at 1230pm on 1/20/2025 was awesome! He was like a gun slinger with a meat slicer! The sandwiches are hot and fresh or cool and crisp, depending on your preference. The ingredients are fresh and tasty. The folks are friendly and helpful and ready with a smiling face! We had two kid's ham and cheese subs and I had a number 17 Philly Steak Sub and my wife had the number 3 Ham and Provolone (in a bowl/no bread). The restaurant is clean and presentable, as well as comfortable and welcoming! They offer fountain sodas (delicious Pepsi and craft sodas) and a cooler with bottles and cans of your choice! Love this place. Was so happy to finally get one in fort smith. I've had all the subs and they are delicious. Everything is actually fresh and the service is fast. The staff is always friendly and mobile order is really fast and amazing as well. The restaurant is always clean and organized. It's my husband and I, go to for a quick bite to eat. I don't understand why people put negative reviews about when they first opened? As everything is new and there is always stuff to work out, but that doesn't stop it from being a shop that makes better sandwiches than other chains. read more

We'd never tried Jersey Mike's before, but my husband had a coupon (buy 2 giants, get 1 giant free), so we couldn't resist. We wanted something easy to take to the park for a picnic and subs were an easy choice! I chose the #7 (turkey & provolone) and my husband and daughter got the classic philly's (I think #17). I really appreciated that they started grilling the meat as soon as we ordered, and it wasn't meat cooked ahead. That won me over! My husband and daughter reports that the bread was soft, and the meat/peppers/onions cooked to perfection. They also said the meat was better quality. Two thumbs up from them. My turkey & provolone was delicious! I had them add onion, banana peppers, lettuce, tomato, mayo, vinegar & oil, salt and pepper. Omg...the vinegar was AWE-SOME!!! The perfect combination could have only been made that much more perfect if they'd had black olives (I'm going to bring my own next time as turkey is my go-to and black olives are a must). The only thing I had a bit of an issue with is how confusing it is. I ordered the sandwiches, was given a ticket and instructed to go to a table. Then called back up to choose my toppings, then back to my table. Then called up to pay for my order, then back to the table (phillys were being made). A whole lot of back and forth! Wasn't Good. Sandwiches were super soggy and messy. They were very busy and the quality control was non existent. Over $90 for 4 Sandwiches, chips and drinks. 2 of the Sandwiches could not be eaten, just to messy and falling apart. The Lemonade was great. We have been to other JM locations with no issues. The store's sign is so small and unassuming, if you blink, you'll miss it. I wouldn't even had known they came into Ft. Smith if I hadn't gone to eat at Tacos 4 Life, and noticed the Jersey Mike's sign. I tried it out after seeing all the tv ads with actor Danny DeVito, and the Italian sandwich I ordered was excellent. The bread and all the ingredients were the best. One of the best deli sandwiches I have eaten in a long time. A little pricey compared to other deli restaurants, but definitely worth the additional cost in my humble opinion. I will definitely be back, and have told some friends and relatives about it because they didn't know it had come to Ft. Smith either. read more
