We enjoyed stopping by to get some food on the way to see a relative who lives near the Wendy's on Phoenix Avenue in Fort Smith, Arkansas. The folks are always friendly - including tonight. The lady working the drive through was having difficulty with her headset and she was so kind and patient to work with us despite her equipment malfunctions. Thanks for a great meal and for friendly service! The hot food and tasty treats were great too! The lady who was taking orders in drive thru was 100% rude asf. she was snippy and disrespectful when we ordered. I ordered a frosty and my boyfriend ordered a burger and my frosty was filled half way. like they half assed it and said it was good. the other locations have never done that to me but the times i've came to this one, i've ALWAYS had issues. read more

Went through the drive through and the electronic order system was glitchy but the staff was very helpful and friendly and took our order at the window. The food was hot and fresh. They have their free jr frostys for a year with the purchase of a $3 keychain. read more

It says they are open until midnight. I was picking up a doordash order and no one was inside and no one answered the first phone call I made. I called again just for the woman to cut me off to say they were closed. Mind you, the store had to have accepted the order and they did. We arrived at this location and had our order placed by 2:15 (according to the receipt). Now how long did we have to wait? Our sandwiches sat on the tray for 10+ minutes and the cashier didn't seem to know what she was doing, or understand that she had to finish putting the remainder of our order on the tray (which consisted of (1) 4 piece nugget-though she charged me for (4), and 2 fries). When we got there, we were the only one's in line or waiting for food, yet the people that came in after us got their orders before we did and were out the door. I had to speak up several times and tell the young lady (Atianna? according to the receipt) working, "I think we're just waiting on the nugget and 2 fries". The first two times I said it, she said, "Mm hmm" once and nothing the second. Finally, she called for someone to come help her and 17 minutes after paying for my order with our cold sandwiches (and yes, they were cold) we had a complete order and refund for the 3 orders of nuggets that I was overcharged for. Just a thought, but how about putting someone up front who knows what they are doing? I understand that she might be new and unfamiliar with how things go and may be a bit slow just yet, and that is understandable. But while it was no longer the lunch rush, she was obviously overwhelmed. The only one who pays for a lousy experience and cold food is the customer. No apologies were made, heck, not even a complimentary frosty was offered for the inconvenience. We dined in. The tables looked dirty and crumbs were everywhere. We found a round one toward the front windows that was less dirtier than the others, but seriously, how long does it take to wipe a few tables down? My husband and daughter wanted frosty's for dessert and when I went up to the counter again, Miss Atianna, aka Grumpy Bear, couldn't bother speaking. Not one word. I'm kind of over it. I don't care how long you've been in business or how many chains you have. When the day comes that you can't be bothered with treating your customers the way you'd want a guest in your home treated, you've been in business a day too long. read more

Good food, good service but the smell inside is awful. I wonder if they use any chemicals besides moldy water to clean the place.

Our order got messed up. The food tasted alright but the inside is disgusting. There is s film on chairs and tables and it smells AWFUL!
