We've been many times. The chicken is outstanding - it's only offered in fried versions though! Be aware of that! But if you liked grind chicken strips - it's really good and the fresh squeezed lemonade is also awesome! We enjoy their fried and Cole slaw too - as well as the Texas Toast. The last time I was there - a young man was working the cash register and taking orders. He was polite and friendly and did an excellent job. A teenage student and his friend entered the line and snickered and laughed and poked fun at the cashier - seemingly acting as if they were better than the cashier and as if the "working class" guy at the register was deserving of being made fun of. I was offended at the actions of the customer in front of me - but I was extremely impressed by the cashier who kept his composure and was polite in the face of the sarcastic customer who was inappropriate. I admired both the professionalism and the obvious management training and preparation that had been done to help teach the cashier how to respond and move on without allowing himself to be tripped up by such poor customer behaviors. "Tailgater's Special" 25 piece tenders and I added a pan of fries. The tenders were obviously freshly made because they were literally too hot to pick up, let alone eat - a good problem to have! Once cooled off they were still so crispy and crunchy and the least bit greasy. They gave us plenty of sauce and ketchup too. Without saying, everything was a hit! All in all, it all came out to be about $60 - IMO a person gets way more bang for their buck buying in bulk vs buying individual combo meals. read more

From the time I stepped foot in the place, I got a hip yet Arkansas vibe! Everything is hog themed... which sounds about right, considering we are in Arkansas! I quickly found out that there are only 4 combos to choose from! All combos come with a huge piece of toast and a drink! I chose their sweet tea! It was pretty good I must say! I ordered the 3 piece chicken finger meal! It came with the fries and the toast and tea & extra cane sauce For a total of $9.94! Which in all honesty isn't bad at all! After I ordered and paid...they took my name, handed me my cup, and told me to take a seat, they will call my name when it's ready!! I had just enough time to get my drink and a ketchup cup before they called my name! Talk about fast! Not only were they fast...the young lady who helped me-Miss Emily was beyond sweet! Emily not only was sweet but baaby...she was fast yet careful on her feet, knew a lot about the menu, went and got me hot sauce when I asked if they had some...and then said if I needed more just to let her know! She also didn't stand still for more than a couple of seconds between orders cleaning and helping customer! I can tell you this much....Raising cane's won with hiring that gem! Now let's get into the food! I made a video about it cause tbh it's a lot harder to tell yall when I can simply show yall! The food was fresh and hot! Chicken nice and juicy! The fries had a nice crunch and taste! The wasn't one soggy fry!now that's a big win...especially when it comes to any fast food spot! The toast was a little on the salty side, but I still tore it up! And the one thing I came to this place to try...was the cane sauce! Tbh it was ok, but not something I'd write home about! It got better after Emily gave me a hot sauce to mix with it! as I sat & dined I was kept company by the upbeat music, and exciting decor! My over all Experience was really nice! And even though I don't really care for the sauce-which I'd give a 3 out of 5 stars for...I will still be bringing my family to this Canes, for their first experience too! This time I went to Raising Cane's, they left me flabbergasted at the fact that when i tried to order a lemonade, they apparently OUT of it. Theyre lemonade is really good and I was looking forward to it all day. The only they get two stars is because of how good their sauce is. The guy yelled at me after I tried to order my lemonade. The chicken and fries were served piping hot. Service was super fast..less than 2 minutes despite it being busy and their first week open. This place has only 3 items. Chicken Strips, Fries, Cole Slaw...that's it. The chicken was solid. The breading did not adhere to the chicken but it was still good. The fries are less than anything special..frozen crinkle cut fries...blah The cole slaw is not good at all in my opinion. They only have 2 sauces and charge extra if you want both. They have Canes Sauce and Honey Mustard. I personally like ranch and bbq. A 4 piece with fries and a tiny amount of cole slaw with drink was $8.28. Not a good value in my opinion. Will I be back?
