A good Chicago style pizza restaurant to eat and watch the many TVs on the wall of sports events. Our waitress was friendly and attentive brought our food out in timely manner hot and ready to eat. Plenty of seating for groups of individuals. They gave away prizes and tickets that happen during Monday Night Football game. Seating also available on outside for those who like outdoors with big screen TVs readily available. Overall great restaurant

8" pizza with pepperoni topping (lunch special)

This was our first time there. We ordered their special for $9.99 (a salad, an 8" pizza with one topping, and a drink), which is offered during the week at lunch time. The pizza was a bit disappointing; there was hardly any pizza dough (so basically just a very thin layer of it). Felt like I was eating a mouthful of cheese. There was a lot of cheese, but I didn't care for the flavor at all. The atmosphere was nice, and the waiter was super friendly. The salad was fine.

Fantastic pizza with good flavor. Had the all meat, large, pizza and it was was more than enough. Very reasonably priced and the service was fantastic. I definitely recommend if you're in the area. Looks like a cool place to hang out and get some drinks as well.

Meatball sandwich

Server Tonight's server is MacKenzie. She's delightful and has plenty of patience for new comers. She made lots of suggestions. Very nice separation for this area. She even remembered to renew the citrus in my water. She's a real asset to this or any company she's with. Ambiance Kinda sports bar meets modern pizza factory. There are big TV screens everywhere. Today there are several different sports programs and the food Network. It's loud but not overly, and we were able to talk comfortable with out yelling. Food The pizza arrived fully engaged in an aroma cacophony of interesting aromas. The taste is very good. On the other hand the meatball sandwich was prepared very good as well. The meatballs were cooked through adding to an overload of flavors and experiences. Overall Cute place with great service. The server tonight was phenomenal, the food was spot on. It will be hard to find a better affair. Military They do offer military discounts

Ordered from Grubhub due to the BS Covid crap. Food was absolutely delicious! Gave 4 stars only because we set the time for 6:15 and it arrive around 7:15, but that was not Grubhub's fault. The food was hot upon arrival. We would definitely eat here again. We got the pizza dip & the Carnivore Craze Chicago style pizza. I would give both dishes 5 stars!

Dan-O-Mite Traditional Crust Pizza add sausage:)

Food was delicious. Service was sub-par. I won't be driving out of my way to have it again, but I wouldn't say no if a friend wanted to meet me here for dinner. I had the Dan O Mite traditional crust pizza and added sausage. I also had the Caesar salad. All tasty but not remarkable:)

The waitresses smelt like weed & our waitress wasn't even wearing a bra. It was very unprofessional and the food was horrible.

The ambience was inviting, the service was excellent, and the entire team made us feel right at home. We enjoyed a few drinks that were perfectly made, followed by an appetizer, a Margherita pizza, a pepperoni pizza, and a Caesar salad (not pictured). Every single dish was absolutely delicious, fresh ingredients, great flavor, and beautifully prepared. One small note for anyone ordering the Caesar: if you prefer it without eggs, make sure to request that adjustment. The managers were wonderful as well. They came over to our table, checked in on us, and made sure we were enjoying our experience. As we were leaving, they even gifted my son a gift card, which was such a thoughtful gesture and truly appreciated. Overall, Piatto delivered an amazing dining experience, great food, great service, and great people. We will definitely return whenever we're back in Fort Smith.

I called ahead to make sure we had a table and told them we were celebrating our 20th anniversary. We arrived and they had a table for us but zero mention of the celebration. As we were ordering dessert I mentioned the celebration again to our server (genuinely NOT looking for a freebie, just a little something to make it special, maybe a heart on top of the dessert in chocolate or happy anniversary on the plate, just something simple). She smiled and said that's nice but did nothing else. It's good, but don't try to have them help you make the experience special for any kind of celebration.

Disappointed…read more Italian food has to be exceptional for me to like it. Pizza, Ok. That's about it. Chicken Piccata when it is made right, yes. I like it because it doesn't have the tomato sauce. I love the butter lemon sauce and those tasty capers. It was in 2018 when I had Frank's Chicken Piccata and it was fabulous. It made a big impression. It has been a while. Passing through on I-40 today, I'm up for another delicious plate full. My wife was craving spaghetti and meat balls. The meal starts with Frank's warm freshly baked garlic rolls and dipping oil. Also. a small salad with a tangy house made dressing. Both are an excellent start to the meals. Check the pictures. The Chicken Piccata just didn't ring the bell for me, this time. Two pieces of chicken breast, lemon butter sauce and capers. Lots of capers. Big grape sized capers. I love capers. The sauce lacked flavor. The disappointment. Spaghetti and meat balls? They were ok. To me, spaghetti and meat balls are just boring. Nice restaurant inside. Comfortable. The décor makes it feel like and Italian restaurant. The service is very good. Has something changed in the kitchen? Different owners, different cooks. I was surprised that the restaurant wasn't packed at the lunch hour. If you like Italian food, it's fine.

First of all, I realize that it is Mother's Day and they might have been busier than normal. If…read morethat's the case, staff accordingly. You've been in business for years so you should know that Mother's Day brings in more families. Secondly, at no time was the place more than 2/3 full. There wasn't a line or standing room only. Let's talk about the service. There were two waitresses that we saw. We will call them Waitress A and Waitress B. Waitress A was our waitress. At least we think she was. We barely saw her enough to be sure. The hostess had to come to our table to ask if we had menus. We had to stop Waitress B as she walked by so we could get bread and oil that every other table got when they sat down. Twenty minutes after we arrived we were able to place our order. As we waited, we watched the table beside us place their order, eat, leave, had a new group of people sit down, order, eat, and get ready to leave before our food arrived. Plus, we were a table of three, but we watched a table of eight come in fifteen minutes after us and get their food before us. What did those two tables have in common? They were waited on by Waitress B. Waitress A was only seen when she had something in her hands from the kitchen. Apparently, she waits in the kitchen and brings out food as it gets ready. What she doesn't do is stay in the dining room to check on her customers. My daughter flagged her down to get a refill of Dr Pepper, she brought back a glass of Sprite. Those aren't even the same color. Just for the record, by the time we left, we didn't see a single table of Waitress A have a single dish of food other than bread and oil. Time for the food. And by "time for the food", I mean 45 minutes after we ordered it. I'm writing this review as soon as I got home because I will not remember a single thing about the food tomorrow. It was mediocre, at best. I can't remember every dish that was listed, but I do remember reading most of them trying to find one that didn't include spaghetti. There are better noodle out there! About the only positive thing I can say about this place is that it was clean. Oh, and also it was a little cheaper than most Italian restaurants in the area. Next time, I'll pay more for better.
