Visiting Fort Smith and our nephew recommended Pizza Parlor for a dine in or take out dinner... He was not wrong... The place looks a little divey which I believe is a good thing for a pizza joint. However the interior is neat and clean. Not a fancy dining room... Maybe a little reminiscent of the old Pizza Hut days. Brittany, our server was a real delight. Chatty without being intrusive... Told us about the 52 year history and the family that started and currently runs the store. She has been there for 24 years and that says a lot about a restaurant. They have a beautiful salad bar (there's that Pizza Hut vibe) although we didn't partake. Our pizza was thin and a little crispy around the edges without char. No flop. Plentiful cheese and toppings and just the right amount of savory sauce. I preferred it to NYC style pizza but just a little short of our favorites in Rochester, NY... So overall really good. The customer service was 50/50. A really bright and friendly young man answered the phone and took my order. And a grumpier young guy was the one who handed it to me. The pizza I had was much better than any fastfood pizza I've ever tasted. I did a 50/50 with bacon and cheddar and the meat lover options. The bacon and cheddar was very good, the meat one not so much. The parking lot is a dimly lit and the building could use some updating. read more

The pizza are great, it's always buy one get one free, we ordered the meat lovers and the bacon cheddar, all I can say is wow they were equally delicious and to get two medium sized pizzas for $22 was a good deal. The service was quicker than promised for our to go order and the pizzas were very hot and tasty without being greasy. read more

In town from Little Rock, read the reviews and gave them a try. Excellent choice! Wife wanted the vegetable pizza and cob salad. OK not my first choice but the pizza was awesome. So was the salad. We went on a Sunday and they were pretty busy, but we had to wait several times on them to put out more pizza on the buffet, then everyone rushed the buffet like a heard of cattle running to a trough. The pizza itself was "OK". You could tell that everything was very processed & pre-made. Ultra thin crust was your only choice & a small variety of pizzas. For the price ($6 per person), the place wasn't bad. But I would rather pay a little more and get better tasting pizza & better service. I have been away from Ft Smith for 2 yesrs, but I remembered this pizza. My girlfriend & I went today to have the pizza buffet which tasted delicious just like I remembered. The pizza comes out hot with lots of gooey mozzarella cheese. The sauce has a fresh tangy tomatoe taste & not sweet. The crust is thin & cruchy the way I like it. The staff are a bonus of kindness & keep the drinks full & the pizza table full. I hope my pictures I took will get posted. read more

Excellent pizza, great crispy crust; very generous toppings, and a staff that is accommodating, though not overly friendly. This place has been a good pizza joint for as long as I can remember. However, we typically get carryout, because the buffett is a pain! They don't have a good "flow" to it. There will be nothing out there and then they bring a few pizzas and everyone crowds it and loads their plates up like they haven't eaten in a month! Then it's empty again for a while. I don't know why they can't keep an even flow of pizzas coming out. It's easier to just go somewhere else, because it takes too long to eat there unless you want salad and pasta! read more

Had the buffet, it was well maintained with fresh pizza every few minutes. The staff was friendly but the tables were very sticky. The waitress used the same cloth to clean off every table, well knock the crumbs on the floor is more like it. I thought it was rather unsanitary since I saw a mother sit her babies bottom on the table and it was quite apparent the child was in need of a diaper change. Just knowing the waitress was going to use the same cloth to clean that table too was enough to unsettle my stomach now stuffed with pizza. read more
