I've noticed this pizza place a few times before. But I unknowingly had been passing through town…read moreduring their after lunch hours, so didn't think much of it because of an empty parking lot. Today, however I saw a packed parking lot that made me take a double take! We immediately turned around to give it a go. The concept is sort of like CiCi's meaning buffet style, sort of serve yourself type of vibe. The dining area is huge and packed with patrons that run the gamut. Police officers, grandchildren, young families, foodies, highschoolers, solo diners can all be spotted and welcomed here. The staff is so friendly and down to Earth. They have a legit arcade room next to the dining area that would appeal to kids/families, but again is fun for all ages. Finally! The pizza! We ordered a small cheese pizza and the Larry's Supreme with gluten free crust to go. The size of both pizzas were the same size but at way different prices, so I think all of the pizza sizes are the same, and a person just pays a premium for extra toppings/speciatly pizzas. It's all about the thin crust here, which I love. However, there was kind of a weird after taste that kind of turned me off. Idk, maybe I'm being a stickler for no reason. Anyways, this place is clearly a popular pizza joint that's casual, fun, and something for everyone.

The place looks a little divey which I believe is a good thing for a pizza joint. However the interior is neat and clean. Not a fancy dining room... Maybe a little reminiscent of the old Pizza Hut days. Brittany, our server was a real delight. Chatty without being intrusive... Told us about the 52 year history and the family that started and currently runs the store. She has been there for 24 years and that says a lot about a restaurant. They have a beautiful salad bar (there's that Pizza Hut vibe) although we didn't partake. Our pizza was thin and a little crispy around the edges without char. No flop. Plentiful cheese and toppings and just the right amount of savory sauce. I preferred it to NYC style pizza but just a little short of our favorites in Rochester, NY... So overall really good. We love trying new places when we travel and Pizza Parlor did not disappoint

The pizza I had was much better than any fastfood pizza I've ever tasted. I did a 50/50 with bacon and cheddar and the meat lover options. The bacon and cheddar was very good, the meat one not so much. The parking lot is a dimly lit and the building could use some updating.

I requested a ham and regular sausage. I was told that there was a sausage pizza on the buffet, but they would make me a ham pizza to go with the sausage that was already there. The ham came out & it wasnt the typical looking ham you'd find on a pizza, but rather looked like the ham you'd get out of a baby food jar....it so diced & chopped up so small that a snail wouldn't choke on it! Food & plates were brought out to the buffet lines with bare hands and it looked like a contest to see how much maximum coverage that the individual could touch with their bare hands before leaving the buffet area Then, while there were still customer eating from the buffet, one of the servers felt the need to run a vacuum right next to the buffet!

Upon getting to the drive-thru window, an employee by the name of "Bailey" incorrectly charged us for three slices instead of one. No biggie, right? They can just apologize, correct the mistake, and refund us, right?Wrong. When we pointed out that we had only ordered one slice, Bailey processed the refund but did not apologize or explain when the money would be returned to our card (we had to ask). When I asked for a receipt and expressed my concern about the way the situation was being handled, she became dismissive & told us the manager would not be available until the following week. Upon driving out, the interaction felt so rude and rushed that we decided to drive back around and ask to speak with a supervisor. Interestingly enough, the manager was there where we were able to speak to, Justin Wilbanks, despite previously being told that no manager was available. I explained that my concern was not the mistaken charge itself. Mistakes happen! My concern was the lack of professionalism, communication, and even a simple apology after the mistake was pointed out. Instead of addressing that, my concerns were dismissed, and I was essentially told that SHE should be more "forgiving" toward us. At that point, the behavior and treatment led me to ASK--not accuse--whether racism had anything to do with the way we were being treated, considering that we were two young Black women. And as you can hear that wasn't even denied..I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable with the interaction, and I felt that race may have played a role in how our concerns were handled. But--This is 2026 in America...I'm not even surprised LOL. What a JOKE. The video was the manager's response to the situation... because honestly, the way he defended the employee and dismissed our concerns so strongly, you would've thought she was his wife. Again, the incorrect charge wasn't the issue--it was how the situation was handled afterward, which ultimately ended with both the employee and manager slamming the drive-thru window in our faces without an apology.
