Taco Bell, fast-food restaurant chain headquartered in Irvine, California, U.S., that offers Mexican-inspired foods. Founded in 1962 by American entrepreneur Glen Bell, the chain has more than 7,000 locations (Including 915 Greenwood Road, Fort Smith, Arkansas and over 350 franchisees worldwide. Its commitment to branding and its changing product lineup have made it one of the most accessible and unique fast-food restaurant chains. In the current times, it has become a place where families go to enjoy their meal, be with their children and have fun. A year ago, I had an opportunity to buy into stock belonging to Taco Bell. I did so because I believed that Taco Bell industries represented more to a community than any other company, as it targeted the youth and helped those that needed help through their Taco Bell Foundation. The Company stood for something, represent something, and always strived to better itself, and to further the community as a whole. I had an opportunity to see what a managerial worker at Taco Bell located at 915 Greenwood Avenue in Fort Smith, Arkansas thought of the company or its values. I am curious if during her rant, whether she ever thought of how her actions would affect others. Taco Bell has Principles, Values and they stand for something! Our HUNGRY principles reflect Taco Bell values and what we stand for. Helpful We serve others with an "I can do that" attitude. We aim to surprise and delight and resolve issues respectfully and compassionately. Understanding We strive to understand and deliver on the needs of our customers, each other and business partners. Never Settle We aim to make the customer experience better at every visit and always stay true to our core value of serving safe, high-quality food that's craveable and affordable. Grateful We say thank you and mean it. We are passion-ate about appreciating what makes each of us unique to each other and our customers. Relentless We strive to be the best at everything we do and we don't let anything get in the way of doing what is right. We make sure everyone feels welcome and included. Youthful Spirit We are an active part of our communities. We believe in all people, are inspired by tomorrow's leaders and help them pursue their passions and dreams. Sadly during a recent visit to 915 Greenwood Avenue in Fort Smith, Arkansas as a Door Dasher, I observed disturbing actions from a Manager that we placed in position that not only went against the policies of the company, but went in the very face of the values of this company and the true principles of the company. I entered the front of the lobby and there was multiple people standing around. One of which was a Dasher as well, waiting on an order. I stepped up to the counter informing the male (50-60 yrs old) that I was there for my Doordash order for DM. After a few minutes he comes to the front handing a rather large bag to the other dasher who then departed. After waiting several minutes, I stated that I was still waiting on the DM order. The guy at the counter tells me that he just gave that order to the other dasher. I explained that my DM's order only had one item, that it would not require a bag. The Female Manager (Unidentified by Taco Bell Corporate or Taco Bell Location) comes from the side drive through walking along the front the to the rear of the prep counter stating, "We will run our Shit back her and you can run that up there." At first, I was stunned. I stated, "Excuse me", and she stated it again! I asked her name as I was calling corporate offices, she refused to give that information to me. I left the store, unassigned the order, and called the corporation. Now. What will the corporate office do with that information? We are still waiting to find that out. My venture of guess is to believe that they will allow her to represent the company in that manner, and it will go unpunished, as they would rather employee workers that go against the values and principles of what the company represents, than have a shortage of team workers. I'll take the wait with great customer service vs the speed with rude people that have no values for themselves so they try to reflect their valuelessness onto the company and others, which not only affects the business, but community as a large. read more

This is the kind of service you get at this Taco Bell. Both tacos were purchased in with a crave box. Get home and nothing but meat. NOTHING ELSE! You might think this is a one time deal. NOPE! We have had several instances of missing food items, wrong food items and nothing short of rude explanations as to why they messed up. You would think at this point I would learn and not go back but until tonight I kept thinking things would get better. Guess not! Updated 8/17/2020 Another fine experience at this Taco Bell....NOT! Garbage, I was forced refunded my money cause an employee was mad he had to change an order and I told him he can keep his attitude, I was then forced to get a refund, cause the poor guy had an attitude as stated, and I told him to keep it. Suck to be a bum making tacos. I hope he can find a job that has no inconveniences and runs how HE wants it, cause any inconvenience he cannot handle. I have eaten here more than a dozen times. It seems like they always get something in my order wrong. It doesn't matter if I eat inside or go thru, something is wrong. They either make the wrong drink, make the wrong food item, or all my food is busted up. I think this time with everything that went wrong, I will no longer go. read more

Awful employees. Especially two females working nights they kept messing around and going out to their vehicles. One made the comment to the other employees "is our dine in open" when we walked in and the signs on the doors say dine in open till 3AM. As we got to the counter she kept asking everyone around them if anyone knew how to take orders. Finally the drive thru employee came up and took our order. There was about seven employees in the restaurant so they wasn't no where near being understaffed. Just some lazy young kids. As we sat down to eat they locked the doors so no one else can come in. It was only 9PM. Multiple people tried coming in but walked away. I unlocked the door for them when we left. Management needs to take control over their restaurant. Also a bad odor inside. read more

Well, I succumbed to the wife's craving and swung in after work. We wanted a simple order in the drive thru; 2 black bean taco locos, 1 beef taco loco, 1 burrito supreme and 1 seven-layer burrito. The order did take a little longer than anticipated, but, no big deal. When I arrived home I decided to change out of my work clothes. In the process my wife asked me confirm our order. We were short the beef taco loco. So, I decided to call the restaurant using the phone # printed on the receipt. To make a long story short, three calls with more than TWENTY RINGS each.... all unanswered was my reward. Thus, I decided to go back. I spoke with the manager. I had to show him the calls I attempted on my cell phone. He offered to replace the whole order. How nice of him... I thought. When I arrived home a second time the black bean taco locos we actually the BROWN PINTO BEAN MUSH. The tacos were so sloppily wrapped and packaged that the lettuce and cheese was spilling into the bag. Plus, he KEPT my receipt. So, now Taco Bell has moved into the same realm as Long John Silvers.... I'll go back in about 2 years after I forget this experience. read more

I have eaten here many times. The service is always fast and friendly and the food is always up to quality. This is my tbell of choice in Fort Smith. The manager is really nice and friendly as well. I recommend going inside. The inside is remodeled and I usually get better service inside. read more
