This is a 'to go' establishment. We have gone several times and been pleased each time. We're about 20 minutes away and by the time we get back home with our food, it is still plenty hot. I gave in, and returned, even though I was still pretty upset by my last visit. But, my wife was craving Chinese food and this is THE ONLY Chinese place worth buying from. Both of us are recovering from surgeries, and aren't going much cooking at the moment, but wife is VERY PICKY about how things are prepared, and this has been the only (Chinese) place in the River Valley, that she will eat from. This place sucks. We drove over 40 minutes one direction to try their food because they had amazing reviews. Unfortunately, They are only doing drive through service right now due to Covid. And they verified at the window all of the food was in the bags, checked by a manager and the bags are stapled closed before they hand them to you. I drive 40 minutes back home, to find that I'm missing 2 entrees! Of course they can't refund over the phone. So now I have to drive my gas sucker truck 40 minutes there and 40 minutes back for a refund. I'm very disappointed. And will not be returning after my I get my refund. read more

Food was cold. How do you screw up sweet and sour chicken. They did. Rice was hard, cold. They forgot our wontons, I had to go back and get them. They were cold as well. I tried to make a complaint to the lady in there and I just heard her cursing and seen her throwing her arms around. I couldn't understand what she was saying. Great place for Chinese take out,probably the best on the Southside of Fort Smith. I have tried mostly everything and I have never been disappointed. The staff is very cordial and will look after their clients if u decide to eat in. Be mindful that they close on Monday's, also their egg foo yong is beyond good. The wanton soup is one of my favorites and the egg drop is my moms.their sweet and sour chicken is to die for. Very high quality and tasty food. I'm not even sure where to start. I called three times and got the busy signal. I finally got in on the fourth call. (I hesitate to call this a con, because a busy place is usually a good place.) The lady on the phone took my order of Sesame Chicken and Wontons and said "10 minutes." I ordered something safe as I typically do at new Asian restaurants. This place is across town from my house, so I rushed over. I'm not sure how long it took but I found it with relative ease. I walked in and I was immediately greeted and confirmed my order. I paid for it. (It seems like it's marginally less expensive to order over the phone than the online ordering.) Everything was bundled up nicely in a paper bag. (Thumbs up because plastic makes things sweat!) I drove back home, and made it back in about 7 minutes(!!!). I sat down with plenty of duck and soy sauce (not a huge fan, but nice that it was included); I did notice there was no plasticware though. I started digging in to the food, and it was still hot enough to burn my mouth. Call me impressed that it was still too hot to eat about 8 minutes after I picked up. Overall the food was ... good, but I don't think I recieved what I ordered. I ordered sesame chicken, that comes with fried rice and an eggroll or rangoon, and "fried meat wontons". I received a chicken that had a red sauce base with a few sesame seeds sprinkled on top, a single egg roll (thumbs up), and a six-pack of crab rangoons. Overall, the food was good, however, I think I would've liked it better had I got the right food. Now that that set the bar, I'll go back and try something more adventurous! read more

My favorite Chinese restaurant in the area. Wait staff is very pleasant. We started off with the hot and sour soup which was very fresh and perfect blend of sweet and sour. Then we had the crab Rangoon, a little sweet for my taste, but very good! Then we had the steamed dumplings. Best dumplings we have had in Oklahoma! The general Yao's shrimp was great.
