They have a variety on their menu! Back in Texas I've always wanted to try Papaya Salad luckily I got to try it here for the first time. My plate consisted of papaya salad, wings, and sticky rice. Wings cooked to perfection, great crunch simple no sauce mixed in. I dipped the wings in a chili not spicy whatsoever. The papaya salad you had the option to choose the Lao or Thai style: I went with the Lao style which had shrimp paste a little more pungent. Loved it, it was refreshing and spicy to my likings. I was able to choose how many peppers to add. Two peppers were enough for me, not crazy spicy just enough for me. Definitely worth for what you pay for because there portions were HUGE. Volcano chicken was great, not too spicy and had a sauce with different chilies. The Pad Kee Mao had so much flavor to it. I ordered a combination which had chicken, beef, pork, and shrimp. Loved the thick noodles, bunch of veggies to which is a great balance. Topped it off with some sriracha for some extra kick. Overall, I could tell this place made the food with love.
