For whatever reason, it is the HARDEST thing to find some good ole greasy, Americanized Chinese food in this area. That's not to say that I don't appreciate the delicious and various Thai and Vietnamese restaurants in the area. But sometimes a girl just has to have some yummy Chinese takeout that she grew up with. Said girl, being me. I decided to takeaway a lunch from the Greenwood location. It admittedly had some of the familiar favorites of mine. Black pepper chicken, green beans, and fried dough dowsed in granulated sugar. The best part was their hot and sour soup and their egg drop soup. I'm already planning on going back to buy a quart of each. You can also take as many extra crispies (ifykyk) as you (or in this case, me) at no charge. It's not the best, not the worst. The staff is super friendly and I'm glad they're in bizz. read more

Every time I have came here in the past has been atleast 4 star but today completely different story. The chicken that they used for the Gen Tso chicken the seseme chicken and similar foods was either overcooked to the point of it being very dry and stringy and was a sickly grey color. Completely inedible. The pork food they usually have is very often tender and full of flavor but it was neither of these. Tough dry and had little to no flavor. The fried shrimp was complete mush under the breading and again had no flavor. Everything else that I had was good but it doesn't compensate for the lack of quality of the other foods. Left completely disappointed and unsatisfied appetite wise. read more

We are new to Greenwood & decided we had a desire for Chinese food for dinner. Nearby Lin's House came highly recommended & after my experience I'd have to say rightly so, as both food & service in house & over the phone was truly exceptional. As soon as our party of 14 arrived we were greeted at the front desk with genuine warmth & brought to our table. We had to try the buffet and our drinks were ready before we could even get back up to head to get a plate of food. The buffet is well stocked with a nice variety of chicken, beef, & seafood options. My wife was the ultimate judge as to quality as she is sensitive to cheap cooking oils & preservatives. Needless to say no such issue arose & we were all very happy & satisfied by dinners end. Not only is the best Chinese Buffett in AR, it's my personal favorite in the country. Everything is incredibly fresh and tasty. Flavor adventure comes to mind. Best of all they use white pepper at the table, not black pepper, the flavor from the white pepper adds so much flavor. read more

Very disappointed and disgusted with the way management handled this situation. I went in to eat yesterday and as I was eating I saw this just sitting on top of a piece of broccoli, I told a waitress who proceeded to tell me that " it's from the rice bowl " and continued to clean the table she was working on. A few minutes later, a man, who I'm assuming was the owner came to my table and the first thing he said was " girl you better eat all those bugs, it's good for you " and proceeded to tell me that it's normal for these bugs to be in their broccoli . Once he saw how disgusted I was he offered to give me a 10% discount which only took $1 off of my ticket . Definitely will never be back again. read more

After years of driving past this place, my party of two finally decided to stop in yesterday, November 7, 2019, and see what all the fuss is about. We've tried Asian buffets in numerous locations in the past and have always left feeling dissatisfied, so while hopeful, we weren't expecting a whole lot. Were we surprised! Wow! We arrived just after opening for their lunch buffet. From what little we could see from the door, it was clean and everything well appointed. The hostess was quick to seat us....a little too quick. I'd only walked in and my daughter was on her way in, when the hostess asked how many in our party. She took off like a rocket and was out of sight before the door closed at my daughter's heels. (It would be nice if in the future, the hostess waited until all in the party are actually in the door. Just saying). We tracked the hostess down without a lot of fuss, told her what we wanted to drink, and made our way to the buffet. Everything looked wonderful! Fresh, hot, clean. Adjectives you would hope to find in a restaurant. While the buffet isn't the largest I've ever seen, I found the choices offered were sufficient (though I do wish orange chicken had been one of the choices. Kinda bummed that it wasn't). Food that tasted like it was just made. Everything we sampled had it's own distinctive flavor...not everything tasted alike, or god forbid, like the oil it was cooked in, like other places we've been to. We sat there for quite some time before a server showed up. I was in fact finished with my drink and not my meal, hoping I could get a refill. I finally flagged down a server and she brought the refill. From then on, I felt we were being rushed, and the reason I didn't give 5 stars. I'm assuming it isn't because our table for 2 at the back near the emergency exit isn't a prime table that has to be turned quickly. The server after bringing the drink, removed my daughter's plate while she was still trying to enjoy her lunch. That's a no-no. And just like that, she brought us our check and fortune cookies, as if to say "Leave". So all in all, food was great, price is very good, everything we saw was clean, but work on slowing down. Let people get in the door before running off....and then let them enjoy the food they're paying for. Not every one of us gulps it down, ya know? Some of us like to taste it, savor it. read more
