My parents ate here today. We were regulars at one time, but haven't been in for several years because it seemed their food was not as good as it used to be. The service was terrible. They were slow to pick up plates (if they did), and had to be flagged down for a refill. The cashier at the register was on the phone the entire time as she rang them up. It was terribly rude. For the life of me, I don't understand how this place does such good business! Does anyone in the RV have taste buds anymore? Standards? We went for a drive this evening to get out of the house after being cooped up due to the winter blast of nastiness the last several days and noticed we were hungry and as it is Christmas day, not much else is open. Rather than make the drive home and cook a meal that would have taken far too long, we saw China City with their large parking lot almost full, and decided to venture inside. It's no Lin's House (Greenwood), I'm telling ya! The man at the register barely makes eye contact, just rushes you to the table. Our waitress didn't show up until I asked for the check after waiting several minutes....then when I told her our complaints about the food, she ignored me. Now, the food on the buffet.......the general tso's was hard and cold. When I say hard, it was stone! Not one of us could eat it. The pepper steak lacked pepper and had an over-abundance of salt, as did the egg rolls; it actually choked me and I spit it out into a napkin. The soup was greasy. The only thing I was able to stomach here was the jello and orange sections. The sushi was the longest wait and we still never got any. The one piece that was on the cold bar was dried out and not edible. When I asked, I was told more sushi would be right out. After 20 minutes, nothing. When I got up to the front to pay the same man, he didn't bother asking how everything was.....I guess he simply doesn't care. I told him about the food mentioned above, he laughed and said, "Oh, sorry", then was prompt to take the payment of $45.30. I paid by debit and sure enough, when we got home, I noticed when I checked my bank account that I was actually charged $54.36, though my receipt does in fact say $45.30. It wasn't worth what we paid for it, much less another 20%, so if that doesn't drop off of there, I will be making some noise. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. If I could give this place zero stars or negative stars I would. First off, we came here because my husband said the reviews were ok. So we decided to bring our family of ten here. Upon walking in the place looks like a total dunk. The ceiling is coming apart, stains are everywhere, tables and floors are incredibly dirty. The food appeared to look ok. Upon eating it the meat was incredibly chewy. There was NO FKAVOR and every chicken dish tasted the exact same. It's like all the chicken was cooked together and thrown into separate bowls claiming different flavors. My husband and I ordered a drink. After sitting there for over an hour we finally asked for a refill which our server looked annoyed that we asked. We got our refill and I wanted another one a short time later, which I asked for because we were getting ready to go. I asked if I could do a cup to go and she informed me that there is a charge for a to go order!!!!' WHAT THE F! We just spend over a hundred dollars here and you want to charge me for a to go cup? I said I would take the refill here and she handed ne a cup with an inch of tea in it, it wasn't even half, or a fourth full. At this point I was done. HORRIBLE SERVICE. BAD FOOD. NASTY PLACE. DIRTY. GROSS!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Also: I went to the bathroom with my daughter to wash our hands. THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE RUNNING WATER HERE! SO NASTY! The worst Chinese I've had, THAT WAS NOT CHICKENS I got fucking food poisoning from there. The bathroom was a place where Even drug dealers wouldn't dare to go, didn't use the stall didn't want to and didn't have to I knew what it would look like. They had Walmart leds on the ceiling not plugged in the picture didn't fit the back light for it you could tell it was just paper, I guess they wanted to look fancy with 2 doors but the space between them is 1ft, most of the dispensers where broken, I found Nats over the fruit which tasted spoiled, the workers were nice enough, anyways the "chicken" wasn't that I think it was an animal and not to sound racist but it might be do, they're drinks tast like water, don't worry they'll charge you for a refill and you won't want one, if i would have known these things I would have just gone to the nearest 7/11 would have cost less and been the same experience, THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN read more

This place is the definition of a dump. The food is awful, bland, no selection, and tastes like it was cooked last week. And the establishment itself is the most disgusting place I have ever been. The wallpaper is peeling, the carpet is torn, there are water stains on ever single ceiling tile, black mold growing in ever corner, the bathrooms are literally falling down. I wouldn't be shocked if rats ran the kitchen. The only upside being the staff are friendly, not worth it though. Stay away. read more

I really enjoy this place. My family has been going here for over a decade. It's basic food, but it's good. The prices aren't bad at all and the staff is nice and the area is clean. Tonight we went and got takeout and it was great. My husband and I enjoyed it, as we always do! It's not over the top, it's just a casual Chinese kitchen that a variety of chicken, rice, noodles, and shrimp with other stuff. I enjoy it and will continue to go here! read more

Service lacked, with my empty plate sitting in front of me as the waitress passed by several times without taking it. Dense! Tables and chairs were grimy. Avoid. Go elsewhere. read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was going to get a to go meal, but the lady who refills the buffet was so rude! I asked for two different items that were out on the buffet. She said it's in the back. She proceeded to go to the back THREE separate times and brings out SIX different things! None of which is what I asked for! I'm the only at the buffet! I asked her what's going on and she just shrugs her shoulders and walks off! They need to fire that woman and get someone in that position that actually cares about their customers. read more

The food itself is decent probably one of the best around actually however, the interior needs to be better and there definitely needs to be updates to the restaurant itself there are holes in the walls torn up seats the bathroom is a mess. I like having to disclaimer before you leave a review it says while leaving this review please realize that many businesses are doing their best to try to accommodate customers during Covid. Well this business is doing no such thing as this is possibly the most disgusting place in all of Fort Smith with no Covid restrictions whatsoever. They are using Covid as a reinforcement to make more money for themselves while giving no shits about their customers well-being. When I say that I mean that they are taking advantage of the fact that other restaurants are limiting capacity and some people don't like that so they do not limit capacity and are allowing everyone to come in to fill the restaurant to max capacity. This place is very outdated completely filthy and disgusting I was always told by looking at a bathroom it tells how the kitchen is kept well I'm going to the bathroom and look for yourself it is worse than a 7-Eleven gas station bathroom. I just can't explain how disgusting it feels to look at how bad the place is kept, if you really take a glance at the floor the ceiling the windows you will literally want to vomit. The food is decent but who knows how it's made and look above the food oh my goodness it is just so disgusting please never go here find somewhere else to go stop providing them with money they do not deserve it what are they doing with that money?
