To describe their food.... It's in the name! Sab means good and it's better than good. I was craving something from home and having their food reminded me of my mom's cooking. I was surprised to find a Thai/Lao fusion restaurant at Fort Smith, AR. We were in town for business and decided to stop by to give it a try. It was not crowded with patrons since they have lots of takeout ordered. I ordered Lao noodle soup that has noodles made from tapioca flour. It is similar to pho but in Lao's style. We had chicken satay - very good flavor and excellent peanut sauce Garlic edamame - perfect Pho - if hit the spot! Pad sew ew - delicious Veggie egg rolls - very crispy and good taste Pineapple fried rice with tofu - great! 4.5 stars. Delicious Thai and Lao food made from scratch. I really enjoyed the Lao chicken noodle soup. The noodles were excellent made that day and were just the right chewy texture and size with a delicious broth. Our server Monica was sweet and very welcoming!! The holy basil ground chicken lunch special was on point with just the right amount of heat. The Lao sausage was oddly sour and didn't have any herbs in it to was I'm familiar with. My mom & I stopped in here for the first time and will definitely return! The menu offers many options such as appetizers, rice, noodles, curry's, proteins and of course fresh vegetable dishes. I had #HN8 - Pad Woon Sen. I had planned to take half home but it was incredibly flavorful and delicious, I ate it ALL! Mom #HN7- Crispy noodle. We were in town for an event and decided to try this restaurant. What a great choice! The staff was very helpful in guiding us to choices we would like to try which included shrimp fried rice, beef larb, another beef dish and a fried tilapia dish.
