I would love to rate this 5 stars as it was my favorite place to eat. But recently the service has been slow, the food has been oily or greasy, and anytime you try to call anything in they never answer. I usually call 3-4 times since I know they are busy but after a while you just get frustrated. Their eggrolls and Wontons are the best in town and you'll get great food if you dine in. I recommend this place to anyone but the few times I've been have been a let down so I'll have to rate it 3 stars for now. Worst food I have ever had in my 56 years of life. Not kidding. I took one bite of the Pad Thai. It included 3 shrimp and one hidden in the gluey noodles. The green onion and the Sprouts were very old looking and tasting. The Pineapple.Fried Rice was almost edible but not really. The cashew chicken had tough fried chicken in it and tomatoes. Interesting is all I can say. Swear the peanuts had to come from the Dollar Store. Horrible! Ordered 5 egg rolls and they didn't ever bring them out. Nobody ever asked us, how it was. I came here once and never been back. I personally don't know how this restaurant have a 4 star. This restaurant is more likely a water down Thai restaurant. The taste of the food isn't the same in Thailand or a home cooked meal in a Thai family. I can tell right away that the food is catered to the public and not authentic. I came here to tired the food to support local Thai community and I'm not happy that most of the food I ordered didn't taste like what it supposed to taste like. I would give the restaurant a 1 star if it wasn't for the owner. They are nice and I know that it is hard to open a restaurant and try to please the customer. The orange chicken here is DELICIOUS! Not a fan of the sauce they give you on the side but the chicken itself is flavorful and the perfect level of crispiness. The fried rice is decent. I get the combination without the crab meat (I ask for extra shrimp to be substituted for the crab). The egg rolls are really good! You get 5 in an order. Looks bad from the outside. We have eaten in and ordered take out. They close from 3 pm till 4pm which is Not stated on the take out menu. They don't always answer the phone which makes ordering take out chancy. The only thing that we order is "house special fried rice." The dish is excellent and one order is more than enough for two people. They close a 9 pm but stop answering the phone at about 8 pm. So I drove down and they were locked up last Saturday night a 8:30 pm. I realize that they are foreign and attempting to live the American Dream but they are rude, rude, RUDE. My girlfriend lives here so she brought me here for takeout. I had egg rolls and spicy chicken fried rice. The portion of rice was large for the price. There were nice size pieces of chicken in the fried rice and it tasted good. The egg rolls were good as well. This is the 1st time I have had egg rolls this small but I liked them. Just the right amount of filling with a crunch of the roll. It looks run down but if you're foodie then you know that doesn't matter. It's worth a try if you are in the mood for this type of food. It is easy to drive by and miss this place because it does not look like a restaurant. It's pretty divey and there are not a lot of tables available. But don't let that fool you - this is probably one of the better Thai/Chinese/Vietnamese places to eat in Fort Smith. The menu is pretty limited, but I cannot say we have anything we did not like. One of their surprisingly great dishes is their Beef Salad, though it's not for those who cannot handle heat. I love the Pad See Ew and the Pineapple Fried Rice. The Pineapple Fried Rice has some curry cooked in with it. I wouldn't say it is too spicy, like hot, but it does add a richer flavor to the dish that I enjoy. The Chicken Fried Rice is pretty solid as well. The appetizers... OMG... the appetizers are worth the trip alone. They definitely have the best fried egg rolls. And the cream cheese wonton (there's no crab in it) are great. The prices here are great, though keep in mind that they do not do free refills on drinks other than water. The servers do speak broken English, but I have found them to be very friendly. One warning I will offer: I would not recommend going 30-45 minutes before they close with the expectation of eating there. They definitely want everyone out by closing time and will repeatedly remind you they are about to close if you sit down near closing time. OH! This place wasnt too bad. I have dined in and carried out. Both times I have gotten my food hot and fast. Waitresses are all asian (as expected) and not all their english is spoken very clearly. But the food is certainly what you are gonna come here for. It is presented well and they have a wide range of drinks to pick from and it has kid friendly juices as well (Minute Maid I do believe). It's unfortunate Arkansans rarely use Yelp to review. I think they just use it to check on the ratings, which is fine. I love Fried Rice! This is definitely a hole-in-the-wall restaurant. At first glance you may think "wow where am I..........." because of the neighborhood and size of the restaurant. There 3 things I usually get: Pad Kee Mao, Pad See Ew, or the Spicy Chicken Fried Rice. I don't know what it is but their fried rice is on point. Maybe a bit much oil for my liking, but nonetheless, it's got great flavor. The service is mediocre. As for the majority of asian restaurants, they don't get the proper server training. Absolutely the best fried rice we have ever had...and the side orders were also divine! My family placed an order to go that consisted of: Chicken fried rice, Beef fried rice, Pad See Ew, and a side of egg rolls as well as a side of crab & cream cheese wontons. It only took about 20 minutes for everything to be prepared as we waited, and everything was fresh, flavorful, hot, and oh so good! They did not skimp on the meat either...there were large chunks of chicken in mine and I noticed my family's meals were also plentiful. Sauce packets were included, as were plastic utensils, which we appreciated so we could eat in our vehicle! The portions were very generous; we each had leftovers for another meal; total for everything was just under $40...a bargain, as far as we're concerned! We're so glad we found this little gem and will definitely try their other location on Towson in the near future! This is the first restaurant we have ordered from in nearly a year due to covid-19 and we were not disappointed. The only employee we saw inside was the young woman who took our order/brought us our food. She had a mask on, and stood behind a plastic barricade as she took our order. As we waited inside on this dreary day, we took advantage of using the restrooms and noted that they were clean, the water was hot, and soap was stocked (this is always an important detail to me as I simply refuse to eat from any restaurant that does not employ basic hygiene & housekeeping, but more so during this unprecedented time. This restaurant has been remodeled, so it has more seating and they do take credit/debit cards now. When I pulled into the parking lot Saturday about noon it was hard to find a parking space. Ehhh on the fence about this place. Let me explain. I'll start with ordering. So I've been to dozens of different Thai places all across the country, just throwing that out there. I ordered Thai fried rice with crab and shrimp and asked what level spice they had. The lady looked at me like I was crazy. She said they only have either regular or spicy. Every other Thai place I've ever been to has levels of spice you can choose from. So I then asked if I could just get spice on the side. I should mention I didn't want the spicy rice on their menu cause it has jalapeños and onion sauce which just sounds gross. She then looks at me crazy again for asking about spice on the side. Again, every Thai place I've been to you can add extra spice on the side. I just ended up getting the spicy rice with no jalapeños. Anyway, I get my food, and It looks good but the crab is just weird. Imitation crab is usually just shredded and throughout the rice. This crab was like in round logs. It was so weird. I've never seen imitation crab look like that. I wish I would have got a pic. Now, the taste and texture of the crab was absolutely disgusting. It's completely inedible. I actually had to spit it out, and I promise I eat everything. Luckily, I was able to pick the logs out and just have shrimp in my rice. Now the flavor of the rice itself was really good. Not the best I've had, but very flavorful. Not spicy at all though, which was disappointing. The shrimp also tasted like bagged grocery shrimp, but I guess that's what I should have expected.
