But if you liked grind chicken strips - it's really good and the fresh squeezed lemonade is also awesome! We enjoy their fried and Cole slaw too - as well as the Texas Toast. The last time I was there - a young man was working the cash register and taking orders. He was polite and friendly and did an excellent job. A teenage student and his friend entered the line and snickered and laughed and poked fun at the cashier - seemingly acting as if they were better than the cashier and as if the "working class" guy at the register was deserving of being made fun of. I was offended at the actions of the customer in front of me - but I was extremely impressed by the cashier who kept his composure and was polite in the face of the sarcastic customer who was inappropriate. I admired both the professionalism and the obvious management training and preparation that had been done to help teach the cashier how to respond and move on without allowing himself to be tripped up by such poor customer behaviors. Way to go to the excellent customer service and great food!

I will say it's the first time I've ever been to a Chick-fil-A located next to an X-rated bookstore. That's kind of odd but then again that's kinda OF FORT SMITH Arkansas too! The food was fantastic. The service was great as always. We did have an issue with ordering as the item that we wanted was not coming up on the menu as it should, and the manager ended up working with us and gave us a discount because of the amount of time it took us to solve the problem... And as always, we were nothing but satisfied.

The few times I've tried it over the course of my 55+ years of life I have not been impressed. Even at this restaurant that I just pulled away from the drive-through at I had not been impressed by a previous experience that was a couple of years ago. In an unrelated event, I needed to purchase some sausage biscuits recently. I purchased one as a test at a Whataburger because it just happened to be in close proximity to where I was located at the time. The biscuit was fantastic!... This led me to go back and I did and purchase several biscuits which were all fantastic. Then I added more breakfast items and then I decided I would try the Whataburger with cheese. I was impressed by that too! Well, now I'm not in the location where I initially found the food I liked at Whataburger and so I visited this location where I am today. It too was excellent! I got a Whataburger with cheese and onion rings. The food was well prepared and very tasty. I don't know if they've had some kind of change of way that they do business or what but I like what I've eaten the last several trips to Whataburger, after many years of not wanting to have anything to do with them. One other thing I would know is that I am very impressed at the people who have waited on me each time I have visited in these last few weeks. The employees are dressed smartly in a very nice looking uniform shirt that appears to be high-quality and not junk. Additionally, the folks are friendly and well spoken, and actually give a greeting and are grateful to you for shopping. Every time I've been, the folks have thanked me for coming and always been polite and engaging. This is a departure from what I have experienced at the golden arches... Even the ones that I like often don't have good customer service. This stands out to me and is part of the reason why I really appreciated the visit in addition to the excellent food.

The burgers are great (as good as anything you'll find in a restaurant) and they give you an irresponsible amount of fries. Some things to note: Everything comes in a brown sack, so you don't need to specify order in or carry out. If you just want enough fries for yourself, order the MINI. The regular fry feeds TWO people, the large fry will feed YOUR ENTIRE FAMILY FOR A YEAR. This isn't as hyperbolic as you might think. It's a ton of fries.

The ambience is mid, it's kind of dirty in there. I half expected to see a roach or perhaps a rat even. The food is okay, could be better though. The fries taste like cardboard, but the Cajun style fries are great! The burger is bland--though that's probably because I just got a plain cheeseburger. However, some seasoning on it can make a very very big difference. I also like that they have a Coca Cola freestyle machine. I'd marry it if I could. Bonus; I saw this daffy x bugs drawing on the wall I thought was peak. Anyways overall it's not bad, but it's definitely not my first pick. Theres just nothing about it that stands out to me. ‍
