everytime i come here they are "out" of the entrees i like. why do you have them on the menu if im going to have to wait ten minutes for it every. single. time. its called panda. express!!! not panda wait fifty minutes for my chicken. (this is the sixth time in a row this has happened and they always ask me to switch my order or wait. i usually just switch it in frustration but today i decided to wait and i got an attitude.) and last time, they forgot to give me my card and my receipt. what is going on. read more

They say they close at 10pm...HA! I went to the drive thru tonight at 9:30pm and I "tried" to order a meal with some veggie spring rolls. The lady informed me that they didn't have any ready, and I told her I could wait. She told me it would be about 20 minutes...and I again, agreed to wait. At this time, she began explaining that she needed to clean and change the oil and then heat it up and it would be more like 30 minutes. Finding this almost comical, I stated again that I would have no problem waiting. She then asked me if I could leave and come back in 30 minutes when they were ready (at 10pm when you're closed?). I told her I wouldn't be able to do that and I could just come inside to wait, but she informed me her dining room closed at 9pm....hmmm. At this point, there was someone behind me and she finally asked me if I could just "leave" because I was holding up the line. I was appalled. I have never felt so unwanted as a customer in my life. I guess if you want the full menu, go before 9pm or they will kick you to the curb. read more

Friendly..... food is kept fresh... good selection..... reliable.... maybe a wee bit pricey for what it is....

I can't help it, but when asked if I would like Chinese food, my first thought is Panda. I enjoy the environment of bigger restaurants, but I find the food at Panda enjoyable, fresh, fast and affordable. I've even asked to go to Panda for my birthday!! Today's experience is partially why. The little lady that was serving me said, " Hi, how is your day? Have you caught any Pokemon today?" I had to laugh and tell her about my grandson while I was waiting for the popular steamed veggies and orange chicken trays to be refilled. She also offered me a free drink for my inconvenience. I'll be back to Panda:)@ read more

Great service. Never disappointed. I visit a lot of locations in Denver and hands down on this location! I travel a lot so I see differences in each restaurant. If you are around here, stop to get a quick bite! read more

I could not be more unhappy with an order I just received. 1) I've never in my life seen portions this small and 2) a full-order price and 3) adding insult to injury everything was f-ing cold. They're just OK if you go to their store and eat something they've just made, but never order through Uber Eats. Horrible experience. read more

DO NOT EAT AT THIS PANDA EXPRESS. I came in around 2 months ago at dinner time and the service was terrible, there was no cook in the kitchen, and the disorganization was unfathomable. I ended up leaving and driving to another location. I came back today at lunchtime to give it a second chance, and they managed to disappoint me again. They would not let me split an entree (every other location has let me do this with no problem), and the disorganization and general lack of care for the customer's happiness was again apparent. I asked if they were under new management and they said yes, but unfortunately no positive changes have been made. Save yourself the trouble and go to one of the two other locations nearby. read more

Went to this store at 930 pm and was told I only had choice of 3 items since they were closing in a half hour. I hope management and corporate learns of this this is by far the worst customer service from any restaurant that I have been to. I would advise not eating at this location read more

Went to Panda Express on south Broadway, had 2 medium entrees, 2 sides $29.99 what a rip off. $1.75 a scoop on Sheridan and Jewell, under $10 much better food an quantity. read more

I have been to many Panda Express in the Denver area and this is my favorite location. The food seems fresher here and the people working here are friendlier than other locations. We were there one evening and employees seemed to be enjoying their work and were cheerfully doing their job with a smile on their face and we thought this is the best visit we have ever had at a Panda Express. I think it is important to have store managers that have a happy positive attitude. This will always be my favorite location because of the people there, especially that one evening. read more

Probably one of the worst Panda Express locations that I've been to. The rice was old and stiff. Orange chicken was cold. A common complaint if you read other reviews below. Do yourself a favor & go to another location that serves fresh, hot, ingredients or go somewhere else. The drive-thru staff are friendly. read more

Everyone of too high to do anything right. They asked me why I was waiting at the window when they didn't give me my food... then I was just informed after I ordered and paid that they were or if what I wanted. Then I ordered a 3 entree and o it got 2. And saw this after I got home because the drive through took 25 minutes. I had two stars, But took one away because nothing with change. read more

Dropped my bowl in the chow mein and then served me a dirty bowl. Since my elderly dad's entree was not ready we waited and waited and finally saw a work leave with a plate full. So we had to go and ask for the food and they tried to give him the wrong starch (rice not chow mein). They did offer an egg roll. If you know people are waiting for an entree that is being prepare, pay attention and finish the service. read more

Couldn't understand the women over the intercom and ended up getting charged for almost twice the amount of food. Didn't realize it til I got home so called Back the next day and the manager was the same women over the intercom so obviously took no accountability. In addition the packaging wasn't done properly and there was teriyaki sauce everywhere! Doubt I'll ever eat at Panda Express again. read more

I usually like Panda but this particular location must be hurting for money. They give you twice the amount of noodles as they used to but now the meats and other entrees are more expensive and half the amount. I got sauce on the side but she refused to fill the cup beyond 25%! What am I paying for. Ridiculous! I should have refused the food. She knew I was mad! When I asked the lady serving me she said that was their policy. Well, it's my policy to never eat there again! read more

Okay, okay, okay. For what it is, well kinda expensive. There are so much better neighbor places that serve up so much better for less or equal. If I was lost or unfamiliar with the place, maybe then it would be an option, but there is so much better out there. read more

The worst food I have eaten in US, had ordered orange chicken and fried rice, rice was stale and chicken soggy, eat at your own risk.

I feel sorry for the girl working She's running both drive through and inside w no help. Give her a raise

Went to this location to treat myself to chinese takeout. Such a mistake. I ended up getting violently ill about 6 hours after I ate the food. Food poisoning. I called the store the next day to let them know, but the manager wasn't in so left a message to call me. NEVER got a call back from anyone there. I did report them to the health department. I will never eat at this place again and will let my friends know to do the same. Bad place and uncaring management. read more

There are so many Chinese restaurants to choose. I like Panda Express for it give a great portion for such reasonable price. I cannot fathom how they do it. Healthy food for a price less than a large meal at the Big Mac. I go there at least 1-2 times a week. I wish they added schewan chicken ( I know this is a misspelling) but then I am not Chinese. read more

Panda Express has always been my guilty pleasure fast food, so when I came to Denver it was the first restaurant I looked for. In driving to the location, it was slightly difficult to access the parking off the main road because this required turning left on a busy road with no stop light. I did happen to notice that, for people with less time, there was a drive thru at this specific location. As I walked into the facility it smelled fantastic, instantly intensifying my cravings. Unfortunately, there was a decent sized line. While there were at least five workers present one was sitting in the lounge area taking a break, two were meagerly manning the drive thru line, and the last two were working at the speed of light trying to move the line at a fast pace. I ordered my usual of a bowl with Chow Mein and Orange Chicken with Cream Cheese Wontons on the side. I received a large helping of this food and a drink all for the reasonable price of $8.95. In the large seating area, I enjoyed my meal and found that it tasted just as I had expected. Of course, this is a fast food chain so the food was not a five-star experience. However, it was tasty and did a fantastic job at satisfying a-once-in-a while-craving for mediocre American style Chinese food. All in all, from my experience this location was pleasant even though the service was questionable, and I definitely recommend Panda Express lovers to visit this location in Denver. read more

ordered on-line....arrived to find only 2 people working...customers leaving due to a long wait..we waited at least 30 minutes on top of the time we made our on-line order....we only have 30 minutes for lunch...they should have contacted us and advised we go elsewhere...the grill wasn't working.....possibly due to no workers..... read more
