In advance, I know working at places like this is hard work, but I have worked for both Burger King and McDonald's under good managers that stressed quality, cleanliness, and good customer service, so I know how things should be run and how to identify good managers and bad managers... and bad owners as well that think the restaurant will just run itself. I stopped in today and went inside, 8/16/16. Drive through was busy, but only a couple of customers inside the restaurant, I order at the counter, and they lose my order while I'm standing at the counter, the manager was there working the floor. After my order was called in again, then I finally get my burger and fries. Since I was inconvenienced I merely asked the manager for half off. That's not uncommon for any restaurant to comp the meal if the service or meal was unsatisfactory, but she was not happy, nor was she apologetic, in fact, it seemed like she was infuriated. I spoke in a normal voice, I did not yell, I did absolutely nothing that should have made her infuriated, I even said thank you, and she wouldn't even look me. That's certainly not the proper temperament for a manager, that should be looked into, I hope she's not like that all of the time, but typically a manager should never behave like that, even once. When I sat down to eat, the bun was cold, I looked at it to see if it was even toasted, it was toasted, but it was cold, The meat patty didn't seem like it was as hot as it should be for food to be safe to eat, not the quality when I used to work at Burger King. As I sat in the dining area I noticed water stained ceiling tiles and one plastic light cover that once had a puddle of water in it. I noticed a LOT of dust accumulating on a table behind the napkin holder to the right of the soda machine, and right where I sat dried ketchup on the lip of the table I was sitting at that seemed like it could have been there from the day before. The owner needs to come in and detail the cleaning and do some maintenance. The impression I got while I was there is the staff and the manager would prefer the restaurant be less busy than it is, well, don't worry, I got the message loud and clear, I will tell everybody I know to keep driving. read more

So a Latina girl (Black long hair, long eyelashes) attended me at the drive thru just as rude as can be from the get go. I ordered a Double whopper meal Medium size with a coke she quickly says Ill have your order at the window. I then stated hold on Id like to order your 6.00 have it your way with a cheeseburger never did she ask me what I would like with the have it your way just assumed that I want the fry's and chicken fry's. I would have probably taken the drink but I was never asked. So when I go up to the window I ask her can I have your name? She rudely says to me "I don't have a name" then I asked to speak to the manager she then said to me "I am the manager". So I honk my horn to get the other girls name in the lobby and she speaks to her in Spanish not to give me information thinking I cant understand. Well guess again I speak fluent Spanish and I answered her back in Spanish I need her name. They both did not answer back wouldn't give me information so I advised her I would be calling corporate so that the franchise owner could know the type of service this location is giving. Also the food was cold and was not fresh at all. Terrible, terrible service and quality of food! Owning my own small business just a couple blocks up the street I could never run a business like that and expect returned customers.
