We where driving by, Smoke was flowing out through the streets and We turned around in a flash! We went to the drive thru. Service was good. We ordered 2 whopper's with cheese and a fry. Now the taste reminded my of the 90s. Soft buns, grilled patties, juicy tomatoes,it just was right. This is a really simple review as I simply rolled through the drive through and ordered a quick bite to eat around 9:30pm. Service was fast. Drive through communication was simple and accurate. I ordered the new bbq chicken sandwich and it was raw, they closed at 3pm due to not having a full staff so I'm assuming they threw it in the fryer for 2 minutes and slapped it together. I've reached out to corporate and reported it to try and get a refund for this after spending 20 bucks on garbage food. It's been 3 weeks and no answer from either the store or the corporate office. My experience at this Burger King was better than most others. I stopped on a weekday close to 1PM. It wasn't too crowded and I was waited on quickly. The service was fine. The burger was a good size and had plenty of extras like lettuce, cheese, and condiments. The roll was a bit flat though and didn't have any taste. The fries were hot enough but it wasn't a huge portion. Diet soda was OK. Overall I got a quick meal here and it tasted pretty good. read more

Then they didn't get my order right another two didn't get a proper refund, after having me give the food back which is fine wasn't going to eat it anyways so frustrated but that seems like violating some type of covid laws. Their afternoon employees we're very nice their morning employees are positively rude! This is my 6 time in a row I've had to go back two to three times. Hope management gets things worked out. The first time food was luke warm and didn't taste fresh so i put it off as bad day. Went a 2nd time still same thing. Today i only went as last resort for food in a rush. Absolutely disgusting!! I should have taken pics of my food. The fries had to have been at least 3 days old, hard and crunchy. My whopper was barely warm and stale bread. My cookies were burnt and hard. I went thru the drive-thru at 9:30 on Tuesday night, and was served a luke-warm burger and ice-cold fries. I hadn't even left the parking lot yet, so I went thru the drive thru again to ask for better fries. The manager saw me at the window, and waved me away. Like he was shooing a fly. Then he turned off all the lights and shut down the restaurant 15 minutes early. When I complained to corporate through their online feedback form, I received a form message that simply said "Thanks for your feedback". No "How can we make this better for you?" No personal reply, no coupon for a fee fry. Just "Sorry we screwed you, we'll keep your money, you eat cold fries." Breakfast at this Burger King 7am, and the girl working the register had looked like she had been partying all night the night before. She was very tired and not energetic, but who would be opening probably at four in the morning. My friend and I ordered burgers for breakfast. His burger was just fine, except for being oversaturated with mustard. My burgers were very cold, put together fine, but the whopper patties them selves were ice cold, like they had set them outside to cool off after making them. Probably the same ones since yesterday! Went through drive thru and ordered a Whopper Jr no catsup and a Whopper Jr no onion, both with cheese. What we got were 2 Whopper Jr's both with katsup and both with onion when wrappers were CLEARLY marked the way we ordered. We had driven a block away when we discovered the discrepancies. Turned around and went back. Manager reordered our burgers. We took them out to car and no cheese. Went back inside and asked for cheese as per 1st order.
