Service here was fast and effective. I was greeted by a friendly host and shown to my seat and a few mins later was greeted by my friendly waitress that took my order with ease and confidence. My food arrived shortly thereafter and it was hot fresh and delicious. I ordered the chicken crispers which is a take on the classic chicken tenders. I was told that I would receive a text when my pick up was ready. I've been sitting in the parking lot for 20 minutes, and decided to go check to see what was taking so long. When I go in, they hand me my food. The receipt says it was ready at 7:12. I received my food at 7:30. 18 minutes and they couldn't text me that my food is ready. It's cold. Now, I know that chilis is staffed 100% by stoned teenagers, but it's know for a fact that teenagers, no matter how stoned, are still quite adapt at texting. The service was excellent. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately the food was meh and the White Cheddar Mac was more like cheese juice with noodles. It wasn't bad until I got home and had explosive gastrointestinal episodes. Had to take an Imodium asap. Things still aren't right today. Come on Chilis DO BETTER! This was my favorite Chill's restaurant. I have taken my family here several times a month for a while now.  The last two times have been a disappointment.  The time before last, we had poor service, and my El Nino Margarita (my favorite) was not made well.  I chalked it up to it being busy.  Today, when we went, I was optimistic. The host is a guy we like, and he always talks about sports with my son. I got my margarita, and it was good. Unfortunately, that's where the good times ended.  We ordered food and drinks with an appetizer--no straws, silverware, or napkins.  We had to ask for each item separately. We had to ask again for the chips and salsa. Ultimately, I had to ask the host for a knife and napkins when my wife's steak came. My salad came much later than the other food. There were no refills, and the waiter didn't come back till we were very done. When we got our bill, I mentioned the silverware, straws, napkins, appetizer, and refills for next time.  The waiter said they didn't have enough silverware or staff for refills and offered drinks to go. By that time, we just wanted to pay and leave. I hope they get it together and return to the quality of food, drinks, and service patrons deserve.  It's unlikely that we will get the opportunity to see it as my family would rather go to a different restaurant with enough silverware. read more

Been coming here forever. We came as a family last night. Started off normal. Not many people. I think our server had two tables. Food came out quick. Then our server disappeared on us for quite awhile. Had the general feeling that everyone was trying to get out early. Couldn't get my drink refilled. There's a two women here that there are not enough words to describe. There's an older women who had her hair in two braids pulled up into a ponytail tonight who we happened to be seated in her section. She looked at my mother and I and helped the table sat right behind us while giving me a dirty look. I've done good service before but this is ridiculous. Then when we asked a passing waitress for water(we have been sitting for 20 min already) the waitress literally said she'll take care of it then came back and said oh someone will bring water...... like is it that hard to bring 2 waters? Like first rule of food service, don't give dirty looks and make sure there is at least water on the table. I hate leaving bad reviews, but need to warn customers who are ordering take out from this location. I ordered online one of their lunch specials (boneless wings combo which comes with fries and a side salad). Did the curb side pickup and was there at the allotted time but ended up waiting an extra 10 minutes before they delivered my meal. I get to work and realized they forgot the dressing to my salad and they also forgot the fries. The side salad was also extremely small. They put it in a small cup container. I would hardly consider that a side salad. I wouldn't say this meal was worth $9 either. The wings were good, the salad was very small so I'm still hungry. My coworker has ordered from this location before and they have forgotten items on her order as well. If you plan to order take out at this location make sure to check all of your food items are there before leaving. read more

Stopped in for a quick bite by myself. The hostess was nice and said I could sit at the bar. There were college football games on and I knew that that would entertain me until my movie I was headed to. I typically like chills because the food is consistently tasty and fast. I wanted to order light. I ordered the table-side guacamole. Last time I ordered it, it was so good. This time it was just ok. My server was very sweet but it was the end of her shift so may be she just didn't have the energy to make sure the food was quality. The avocados were under ripe so the rest of the ingredients didn't mix in well together. The salsa was consistently delicious. For cheap tex mex, their salsa is pretty good. It has a nice kick to it. I ordered a double whiskey soda since their drinks are 2-4-1. The drink was ok. It didn't taste that great but I didn't have the heart, or time to send it back. The cheap well liquor did it's job and got me tipsy before heading to the movie. I don't know if I will be back to this location. I'm seriously bored of the "let's all hate on chains" mentality. There are healthy options there if you want them. Not everyone has a adventurous palate. And not everybody wants to drop $50 for dinner on a regular basis. Sure, Chili's menu isn't terribly inspiring, but their food is consistently decent in my experience. One thing I absolutely LOVE though is their boneless buffalo wings. It's the one appetizer I seriously begrudge sharing with anyone. So when we left the neighboring Target one night, hungry and not in the mood for driving around all over the place, those three magical words sprang to mind: boneless buffalo wings! I actually debated ordering two BBW app's as my main meal, but just couldn't bring myself to do it (I will though one of these days!). Instead, I settled on the BB chicken salad ($8.29), and he opted for the Buffalo Chicken Fajitas ($11.79). Both were good - generous portions, fresh ingredients, lots of flavor. The only downer to the meal was the service at the end. So we'd got there a little late but were assured there wasn't a problem getting food. Halfway through, however, the staff started tidying up/clearing tables in a really unsubtle way. Our server was all, "There's no rush, folks, take your time! ... But if you want dessert, the kitchen's gonna be pissed! A-hahah!!!" etc. He said there was no rush to sign the check but then kept peering round the corner at our table every few seconds in a really obvious way. Just got to go food from here. Ordered the spinach queso. Looked good, had quac and pico on top but underneath about a quarter of an inch of actual queso it was just a wad of uncooked spinach and unmelted shredded cheese. I should have taken a picture but I just got right up and took it back to the restaurant. I asked for a manager when I got there and the woman I spoke to (not sure if she was a manager or not) said that that is how it comes when you order it to go. I was so shocked that she said that I just turned around and left. I guess if for some reason you go here... don't order the spinach queso. read more
