I've been going to this chick-fil-a for years, but recently they have really fallen when it comes to services. There was only one person in line and it still took 17 minutes to get a spicy biscuit 4 count mini and a sausage biscuit. We didn't have time to finish my food because we only have a 30 minute lunch. I Was told they had gluten free buns available for their grilled chicken sandwich. The person that took my order did not inform me that my meal would cost more due to my allergen but that's ok, I will pay more to have someone make my food for me, thus eating out. Expectation vs. Reality. What I was served was a raw piece of bread in plastic wrapping on my tray with a build it yourself sandwich shop. No grilling or even warming for that matter, just dry crumbly gluten free bread. (Gluten free bread DESPERATELY needs something to make it edible) Very poor execution and a half attempt of thinking of gluten free people. The staff are always friendly and inside was clean but if the regular audience received their sandwiches like this, do you think you would have the same amount of returning customers? read more

I don't wanna give a one star, I asked for tons of extra pickles and ranch, and let's just say they gave me a ton of each!!!! Which was super cool, nice staff, clean restaurant but I went threw the drive thru and I found a curly black hair in my food, it takes a lot to gross me out but I know how hard those workers work and I assume it's sweaty it just grosses me out, tossed the food out waste of $20 probably won't be back, I understand it's fast food but just to gross for me to eat. UPDATE: FOUND ANOTHER CURLY BLACK HAIR IN MY NUGGETS. The drive-through line was kind of long, so we thought we would just go in and eat. There was less than 10 people in the whole store and we were 3rd in line. We didn't get waited on for over 10 minutes and didn't get our food for another 15. Over 25 minutes waiting for food in store. The drive through line takes priority here and customers who go inside are treated as second class citizens. Horrible service. The few people in store also had their orders messed up. read more

Long line at the drive thru. First time here and shop is about ready to close. It took a while for us to order but quick to get the food as we got to the window. Ordered the maple bacon meal and a chicken wrap only. Holy moly, 24 dollars(rounded up) for 2 items. The wrap is small and disappointing for 9 dollars . The maple bacon with spicy chicken was ok. Last minute meal coming from the airport. Needless to say , I rather eat elsewhere for 25 dollars . read more

Try out the new CAULIFLOWER SANDWICH! All the same flavor as the chicken sandwiches as well as the chewy texture. I go to Chick-fil-A mainly for the ice cream. The cones are smaller than any location I've ever been to. I finally confronted the manager about it and he said the size was appropriate. I decided to try getting the cups of ice cream next time instead thinking it would be a safer bet. This location fills the ice cream cups half full. What a scam. This may be the slowest chick fil a i have ever been to. It's not just once it a while, but every single time i go here it takes ages to get through the drive through or to go in and order to go. Probably the most ghetto Chick-fil-A in Denver. The workers here never greet you and the drive-through lines are always exceptionally long and nowhere near as efficient as other Chick-fil-A locations. It seems like every time you go there all the workers are on their cell phone and don't care anymore. Turning into another McDonald's. Came here the other day and asked for a simple request that other Chick-fil-A locations do following by a rude response by the workers. I promise you I am not a Karen I don't ask for much, but this place is simply unacceptable. read more

I truly don't like being the person to come on here for one bad experience but being a consistent customer to this restaurant I believe it should be noted that the quality in customer service has decreased. I've experience a few comments that were uncalled for, including today when I believe it was a manager (I'd be able to identify if needed) made a comment after I ordered diet lemonade and they ran out which is understandable, then I asked for regular lemonade which they were out, and again not a problem, but the manager does not need to say "well we close in 4 minutes so yeah we're out." mind you I only responded with the next drink I would like and nothing else. Yes, the doors close in 4 minutes but I'm still a customer. Chick-fil-a is typically known for their quality in customer service but I'm noticing a difference. read more

Honestly John Barker has destroyed this restaurant. It's filthy and the team members are nowhere near the chick fil a standard. I get ignored, and when they do finally talk to me it's with an eye roll. Chick fil a in general is trending this way, it's just extra disappointing at River Point given it was at one point the best location in Denver. I've gone to this location for almost a year now and never have I met such an engaging and kind person as Brian, he goes out of his way to create a friendship while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. I found lint on my sandwich and they had an attitude that i was mad and asked for a refund and i didn't want a free coupon i have a million they mess up every time and it's slow everytime to have an attitude cause you messed up is stupid and lucky i didn't jump through the window and slap you! And to sum it up a lady with blonde hair and black glasses told me it would take another 10 mins to make a new one but when i got my refund she gave me a chicken sandwich so I'm assuming she just took the lint off and gave it back to me. read more

This location is known to mess up your orders or forget your sauce constantly. I tried addressing it with the owner and Instead of an apology he got defensive. (Only because I call and complain every time they mess up my order. Which like I said happed every other time.) today 5 of us went to the drive through and ordered 7 entres. And asked for chick fila sauce and ketchup. We got 3 chick fila sauces and 1 ketchup. I have photos and videos of their constant mess ups. read more

You know how I feel about writing reviews on chains. Since there is a current state of chicken sandwich pandemonium going on this one is due. This location is notoriously busy, regardless of when you visit. The wait time is minimal and they hustle to get your order to you in a fast and friendly manner. Use the app, you can pay, get points and move on with your day even faster. There's no hours of waiting or wondering if you are going to get your food like their new competitor lol! read more

Terrible. The lines are out of control. No curbside pickup. No mobile ordering. No effort to shorten waits and lines. The line for this location is wrapped around the parking lot down nearly to Riverpoint Parkway. We've been waiting 20 minutes. I will not come to this location again. We will go to the one on Wadsworth where they actually care about wait times. read more

OK, obviously Chick Fil A is the biz. This location however, is great. I'm able to grab chicken minis in the morning through the drive thru in less than 5 minutes. I love that they send vouchers for free food in the mail! Please don't stop! I love going in for something and then having a little freebie on the side, like fries. My only complaint is that I asked for honey packets and then was disappointed to not see them in my bag when I drove off. No point in going back. I'm sure it was honest mistake though, the employees are really nice here! read more

I have ate at some top notch restaurants and have NEVER received the same service that I receive at this Chick-Fil-A. Seriously! Everyone is smiling and everyone is more than willing to help you! It's like I stepped in the disneyworld of fast food restaurants. From when I ordered to when I left, I felt welcomed by every employee. They even stopped at my table to see if everything was okay and if I wanted a refill on my soda. They don't do this at McDonalds folks! Food wise, its regular old Chick-Fil-A: Delicious! read more

Came yesterday for lunch. Asked for well done fries which I wasn't allowed to get. Sure enough I get my food and the fries were soggy and only the top ones were warm, the others were cold. Really disappointed with the quality of the food for as expensive as it is for fries and a sandwich. Won't come back to this location. read more

Well I guess third time is a charm! The last three times I have been to this location they have messed up my order. I'm not sure why they don't understand the concept of lettuce wrapped. I specifically asked for NO bread and each time I got home to eat, there was a bun included. You're lucky I'm not celiac! Yesterday they decided to add a random veggie wrap and large fry when I never even ordered that. Good thing I caught the unusually high charge before I swiped my card. What happened to this location? Very unhelpful for people that have a trailer that won't fit into the drive thru lane. They wouldn't let you walk up and do an order. We were told to download the app and that wasn't working either. I didn't receive my nuggets that I ordered. I ordered two orders of eight count nuggets and a medium fry, but realized that I only received one of my eight count nuggets. I went right back around through the drive thru to let them know I didn't receive it. I pulled up to the window and the staff member shut the window on me. I was trying to show them I had a chik FIL a bag in my car already and was pointing at it. A staff member came up and I explained to him that I didn't receive one of my nugget orders. He explained to me that there was nothing they could do and it wasn't their fault. Then he asked to see in the bag, so I showed him my bag. He looked inside and noticed the nuggets were missing and said, "Sorry, we can't do anything about it. You should have came earlier." I was in line just before 10:00pm when I ordered my food, which is why they took my order in the first place. So, I paid for nuggets that I didn't receive, even though the staff couldn't do anything about it. I am asking for my money back for the nuggets I didn't receive. This was all handled very poorly. I posted my receipt to show my order. I know you close at 10:00pm, but I was definitely in line before 10:00pm. If you can't take my order, just let me know. I would have happily gone elsewhere. read more

I've been to this location multiple times and the service is consistently amazing. To a point where their positive and nice attitudes make me feel uncomfortable. The food is always fresh and hot. The waffle fries always come out crispy. And if you ask nicely, they'll hook you up with a bunch of that Chick-fil-A sauce! Yeah, the wait in the drive through can be long at times, but well worth it when you take that first sip of lemonade and bite through a moist and tender original chicken sandwich. read more

We were here for lunch in which the place was very busy, but the staff handled it very well. The meal was very good and they go our order correct. The staff kept the tables clean even though the place was hopping. We found the bathrooms to also be clean and if we need a quick meal while in town then we will definitely stop by here. read more

I also ask for sugar in my coffee but when I get no sugar I have to wonder if I actually got decaf. McDonalds service gets worse daily it seems. Employees are unintelligent and have bad attitudes always now.

His burger was just fine, except for being oversaturated with mustard. My food arrived shortly thereafter and it was hot fresh and delicious. I ordered the chicken crispers which is a take on the classic chicken tenders. It also came with fries that were also hot and fresh. Good service all around.
