The checkout menu does not work, the receipts don't work, the workers are absolutely incompetent to the maximum level and will never amount to anything in life as they can't even do something as basic as serve fast food. Every morning I order the exact same meal and for 4 days straight now they got it wrong. It is not complicated- one breakfast sandwich and one DECAF coffee and they can't get that simple order right. I also ask for sugar in my coffee but when I get no sugar I have to wonder if I actually got decaf. McDonalds service gets worse daily it seems. This is my favorite location to go to because all of the Customer Service is always on point. They're so respectful so nice and always smiling.. The manager, Arturo, would either going through drive-through or inside the restaurant, always check on his customers to make sure that they're happy and satisfied with what they got . I had gone through the drive-through and got french fries and I told them that they were too crispy and they made me a new one and it was perfect. They were a little confused because we didn't understand why it was so crispy but they were able to adjust and make them perfectly delicious and soft for me!!! read more

Service was horrible at this place as I was the first and only car in line and yet I had to go park to await delivery of nothing more than a caramel Frappuccino. Not only that but they had a deal for free french fries when you spend more than two dollars with nothing mentioned in the deal terms, regarding the fact that they do not give that special during breakfast hours, so I was declined, redeeming the deal for the free french fries. Kind of petty issues but they should not be even existent given the fact I was the only car and customer here at the time and it is deceptive to advertise three french fries with two dollar spending minimum and then not on the deal because of the wrong time of day, especially along with the rest of the terms. I then watch the clueless employees going in and out to the waiting cars with orders and not having a clue who's order was who's.
