I LOVE Jersey Mike's, and I am gluten free! Although I have had the bread in the past and I definitely approve. (I am not GF by choice, people!) Anyway, love the sub in a tub. I dig how they slice the meat and cheese right in front of you. I personally am addicted to the tuna... it's fresh, never fishy, and its seasoned, and even has chopped celery in it. Yummmm! Decent selection of veggies, and you just have to add "the juice", which is vinegar and oil, of course. C'mon, my 9 year old puts it on hers. read more

We ordered two sandwiches and both of them had the wrong meats. Getting that correct is basic.

OPEN UNTIL 9, BUT APPARENTLY NOT SERVING CUSTOMERS My girlfriend arrived at this Jersey Mike's on South Broadway in Englewood at 8:10 PM, but employees made her wait over 30 minutes while they cleaned before taking her order. She didn't receive her food until around 8:50 PM. Another customer was already waiting when she arrived and appeared to have been waiting nearly 50 minutes. If the restaurant is open until 9:00 PM, customers should be able to order, not feel like they're being waited out until they leave. Extremely poor service. read more

Ordered thru app, arrived 30 minutes later. No signs showing where to pick up, but can see order (only one). 2 staff working, making food & taking orders, not looking over tho I stood in front of order for 10 minutes. I step over to look at name on bag and finally get noticed, in a very condescending way. Asked why they couldn't ask us how they could help us when we obviously did not go to the register to place an order? He grabbed my bag, said see that's all you had to do. We said all you had to do was greet us, and thank you. Someone said "fucking asshole" as we walked away. read more

All smiles walking in, so that was great! I ordered a cheesesteak and I waited for it, but it never came and I said that the guy that took my order where's my steak at. So they made me a large one! read more

Great staff great food and quick service. Definitely the place to go for a quick lunch

Me and my friend come here everyday, they serve amazing food and the customer service is amazing the food is worth it

Seriously ? This is their blt .... Doesn't even resemble the description on the menu. Tons of lettuce, one tomato, one piece of bacon. That and you get millennial attitude and NO ONE is in any hurry to do anything.... read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Overpriced blt with one piece of bacon. - Fast Food Near Me - Englewood, Colorado

Really decent sandwiches for the price. I just wish they were more consistent. I have had 3 sandwiches from here so far. My first was a Portabella Cheese Steak. It was piping hot, with plentiful well- distributed ingredients. For my second meal, I tried a cold Roast Beef and Provelone. The beef portion was very stingy, especially compared to my Mom's cold Turkey sandwich. So on the third time (don't judge me--we were in the midst of an unexpected and disorganized move) I reordered the Portabella Cheese Steak. This time it had less meat, had unevenly distributed ingredients, and soggy bread. I'm not sure how to get them cut in half, either. On my first order, I requested that 3 out of 4 be cut in half, and only the one we requested not be cut was. So next order, no special request, and all were cut in half. Third visit, no request, none cut. read more

Ron and the staff were super nice, friendly and polite the subs were so delicious! Clean and nice environment to eat in

Fast, friendly and competent service is what I received here. I ordered a roast beef and provolone sub with all the trimmings piled high and each bite was fresh, meaty and delicious. The restaurant seating area as well as the order counter was clean and ready to serve. Ill come back again when Im craving that same level of goodness. read more

Wow, things have really improved! The staff is friendly and welcoming and the sandwiches are terrific. I love nothing more than a turkey on whole wheat Mike's way and these folks did not disappoint! read more

they have good cookies! and the brownies are also good ! and the mini cookies are also great

I am a huge fan of Jersey Mike's, but there is one thing that makes me crazy about it - the lines. I have never gone to lunch here and not had some online order in front of me that makes the wait unbearable. See, the great thing about Jersey Mike's is the time consuming thing about JM - they slice the meats and cheeses for your sandwich WHEN you order it. So if the guy in front of you orders 5 sandwiches for the office you get to wait for them to slice and make 5 sandwiches. Ugh! It takes forever. However, then you get a fresh sliced sandwich! Yay! My fave is the #13 Mikes way. Basically an italian sub with lettuce, tomato, onion, vinegar and oil on white. Love it! The parking lot is busy (lots of other stuff here). The seating is limited (but they have outlets with USB slots along the wall). Overall, it is just fine. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Charging outlets at the tables - Fast Food Near Me - Englewood, Colorado

Placed an online order at 2:30pm on 10/6/22 for pick up at 3:47pm. Arrived at 3:45 to find a sign on the door saying they closed at 3:00 (AFTER I placed the order). Tried contacting them on 10/10/22 to get the charge reversed and have yet to hear from them. They replied to my review on Facebook, asking me to e-mail the firm that owns the franchise. Since I'd already called and left a message I didn't see why I would need to contact them again, but I did. 2 days later, no response to either my phone call or e-mail. Still Waiting... read more

Been here a few times and ordered from here multiple times since moving to englewood and the quality is always great. I have celiac disease so I always get their gluten free bread and they always wipe down the counter and switch utensils before making my sandwich. I just came in for a sandwich and they were slammed with customers but they still made sure to take the time to make the sandwich safely for me and I very much appreciate it! Nice guys who work here too! read more

Sign says open until 9p but customers get turned away at 8p because they're only doing online or call in orders. When you place an online/call in order they say it'll take 40-50 minutes to make. After placing the order over the phone not knowing it'll take that long I tried to cancel my order but no one picked up the phone. Jersey Mike's used to be my favorite sub stop but now I don't know I'll eat there again unless I move somewhere else. read more

Big dude with a beard grabbed a raw chicken cheesesteak -- handles it with with his gloves, presses it down on the grill with his hands, and then goes right back to building other sandwiches. Seriously?? Reported to the health department. read more

First it was not taking online orders now they just don't put bacon on my club sub, the only reason I order it. Ham and turkey sandwich yum thanks so much guys. This location makes me miserable. I genuinely can't even eat this thing it's disgusting. I'll give it to them it was busy but like I asked you to add pepperoni not leave off the main part of my sandwich. I guess I've learned my lesson, watch these people make your sandwich with hawk eyes because they have no idea what's going on. read more

Went and got my usual #17. Joe the worker who made it made the best one I have ever had so far from Jersey Mikes. Seriously made me feel a certain way lol. Great work Joe and great added touch to warm the bread. That made all the difference from previous times I've had the #17. read more

So this is the first review I've ever written but thought I needed to do so. I ordered my favorite Jersey Mikes Philly cheese sandwich. It came out cold and the cheese was not even remotely melted. I nicely asked the guy if he could heat it up and melt the cheese. In a rude voice he said we don't have microwave and then completely ignored me. Nice job Jersey Mikes. To all that read this don't go there. read more

Consistently closed an hour to two hours before they're supposed to be. Constantly short staffed. Honestly, I'm done even trying to go to this place. Oh and if you order on Grubhub or anything like that you'll be lucky to get everything you ordered. Just a mess. read more

Yo this is the best Jersey mikes I've been to. They are so friendly. I don't even mind waiting if there is a line. The older gentlemen that usually runs the slicer has great customer service! I was just in there getting a sandwich and they had the rudest customer inside. They were still able to deal with them gracefully, which I know is difficult. Keep it up! read more

I usually like this place, but it is a disaster when the manager isn't here. This place literally falls apart when the manager isn't working and I feel bad for him. Every table is dirty, the cashier handled my cash and then someone else's bread in the same gloves. Also the floors and soda machine were so filthy. Many times I really like it, but the last few times he wasn't here and it was a gross experience. read more

Iced tea jugs are disgusting. The iced tea is brewed right where you fill your cup. I can tell they just brew more daily without washing out the jugs. The tea tastes like mold and mildew. I doubt they pour out the old tea before brewing new tea. The outside of these jugs are filthy. This is going to get someone sick. Hopefully not me. I took one sip of tea and poured it out immediately. read more

Best high quality sandwich places, you are not a sandwich person unless you go here. Really don't understand a lot of these hated reviews, it's really sad and almost scary how sensitive people are about their food preference. People here complain about how people are wearing gloves with a tiny hole in it, and still bitch and moan about how not perfect their sandwich is, SMH. If your one of these people, grow up and go to king Soopers, Jersey Mikes is ran by some of the most friendliest and cool people their, all teens but damn can they make a helluva sandwich plus stop to have a convo here and there. Grow up boomers who hate this place you got issuesthe hated reviews on here are honestly funny to read people are such babies. But that's it I just don't like the haters on this place they do a good job there. RECOMMENDED FOR SURE read more

Went in for the first time ever to redeem a birthday sub. Sub was ok but customer service was lacking, until I tipped. Would have paid if that meant better service (only the cashier was nice, after I tipped). Lady who told me the bread selection mumbled and got annoyed when I had her repeat herself. Probably won't be back. Yes, better than quiznos and subway but that sets the bar pretty low. 3 stars instead of lower, because it was free but that isn't enough to have me back. Not the greatest first impression. read more

Got here at 8:30 they're supposed to be open until nine. Lights were turned off, chairs flipped on tables and the employees were just standing in the back. Disappointed, I just took my business elsewhere. read more

I usually head over to this location at least 3 times a week as I work right across the street so it is very convenient for me, I've never had a problem with anyone they have all been extremely respectful and always have a small conversation with me as I move down the line. The food is always spot on, and even when they make mistakes while making it (which is very minimal) they fix it right away and are always very apologetic. Very smooth running store. read more

The staff was super awesome and friendly! The building was clean and the subs were amazing! I asked for a gluten free sub and they made sure to sanitize, change gloves, and make sure there was little cross contamination! This is my local jersey mikes and I have yet to be disappointed by them! The manager was friendly and even gave us some free cookies for the road! Kindness pays off! read more

I stop here once every couple weeks when I am on my way home around lunch time. The best thing about the sandwiches is how fresh everything is. No pre-sliced meats or rolls baked 2 weeks ago. Sometimes they go a little heavy on the oil/vinegar topping, so if I get a take-out it's pretty soggy by the time I get home. But, the employees are friendly and you can get points for every visit which eventually add up to a free sub. read more

This location has an autodial that calls me every day and repeatedly dials my number over and over. I call back, they don't answer. It is extremely annoying. My husband has emailed the store to let them know, but we received no response. Every day, 10-20 calls in a row. We take the phone off the hook. Jersey Mike's Get it Together. read more

Had our usual giant Italian sub today, bread was very dry, same as last time. Sandwich had an off flavor like you get when onions are going bad. We've been eating here since they opened but this was probably the last time. Always willing to give a place a second chance but quality keeps going down while prices go up. read more

We do like Jersey Mike's but apparently this location would rather clean up and get ready to close at 7:45pm. I walked in tonight and the person sweeping didn't greet me. Had to walk over the dirt pile. The guy in the back on his cell phone did not come up to get my order. So I just stood there until I got irritated and went to Five Guys next store. Five Guys was great. read more

I've been coming in to this Jersey Mike's location every couple of months to grab lunch for the past few years, and yesterday I picked up a catering order from them for an open house our business hosted. Everything was ready as expected, and on time. Our clients loved the sammies (because who *doesn't* like Jersey Mike's?? For a chain, this is the best quick sammie there is!). The brownies are really good too! They're thoughtful for catering orders, and put the oil and vinegar in little squirt bottles on the side so the sammies don't get soggy, and I asked for pickles, mayo, and mustard on the side too. It was quick and easy, and I'll definitely use them for catering again (plus, I'll be in for lunch too!). Employees at this location are always super friendly, although parking can be challenging. read more

I have frequented this particular Jersey Mikes a few times since it opened and for the most part, I am generally pleased with the service and have always had a good sandwich. I went this week and for the first time I was disappointed. For one, i almost all the time enjoy the greeting your staff has for everyone who walks in the door but this week, it felt disingenuous. The girl who was working and cheering on the guests was a bit over the top and in all honesty , really didn't care what plans i had for the upcoming labor day weekend. I think more of that effort should be applied to coming out to the tables and asking guests how their meal was. On this visit, she would have learned that the roast beef was rather dry and that the edges of the bread was a little hard, reminding me of a bun that might have been left over night or wasn't fresh. You have a good product guys and i do enjoy coming every so often for a late lunch......but please focus on what is important. Detail on your products and the delivery of a consistent delicious meal. read more

I ordered a turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato, mayo and mustard. My sandwich was drowning in mustard and had no mayo. The lettuce was soggy and old. Walked and there were no other customers, ordered a #16 chicken cheesesteak on whole wheat. Lady turns around and repeats order to another lady having a conversation with coworkers.
