Their breading is soooooo delicious. We tried a few different sauces on the wings and they set nice in their golden brown crust.. The chicken is very clean.. I could tell they use quality as the size and flavor were beyond ny expectations. Not greasy but crisp.. meat in every bite. Tgeir wings ate double the size you get from the chains i mentioned earlier. I could imagine this restaurant selling madhed potatoes and gravy .. the southern fried crust would be spectacular with a creamy chicken gravy . We had potstick with their sweet soy sauce dipping marinade. You have to try these.. We had them fried. The filling was delicious with veggies and pork but all blended perfectly.. French Fries were delicious too and the coleslaw goes great with the breading on the fried wings. The gentleman who was probably the owner was very professional and polite. This is our new stop for QUALITY, CLEAN chicken and sides.. NONE BETTER in Colorado and Ive lived hete over 40 years and operated several restaurant chains over the front range for decades. The chicken was cooked perfectly and very juicy, it took about 15 mins for the food but that is reasonable as they cook it to order. I would say my only critique is that while the sauce was delicious after the first bite in, the chicken does lack seasoning. Oh! And the Drumsticks are huge! Which is a plus to me.

You can tell this was years ago, because at this point SoCal only had 1 Raising Cane's and it didn't proliferate yet. We went later at night and were able to easily order at the drive thru. We got the Caniac Combo, sub slaw for double Texas toast (I do this each time). Solidly large bigger than my middle finger to my wrist sized chicken tenders, super moist meat, delicious with the sauce. Fries were slightly crispy on the outside and did their job as a fried filler and you can never go wrong with their Texas toast.

The owner was extremely nice and engaging, he took the time to explain how the concept works, give suggestions, and make small talk while we were waiting. I chose the Alfredo sauce which is the only sauce they do not make fresh in house. The food itself was good, the garlic bread was freshly toasted, as were the croutons for our salad. One downside is the cost of up-charges, the cost of adding a protein was bordering on unreasonable, adding a bit more garlic bread was too. In the end we had one meal (with protein) garlic bread (1/4 loaf) a Cesar salad and two drinks and it was pretty close to the same cost of going to a sit down dinner. One other downside is this is strictly takeout. There were no tables or places to sit and eat, so it makes it difficult to use as a quick lunch break spot. TL:DR - Good food, great service, but costly if not feeding a family/group, take out only.
