Food is really good here & easily the best bagels in the local area & they always get the order correct unlike some of the other local chains. 4/5 cause the dress code here is poor... I'm young myself but the fact that we walked in and one of their employees is just in super baggy pants w/a jacket that wasn't even the business's & it was lop sided, hanging down off one shoulder & he wasn't very customer service oriented... made the whole store look unprofessional. Unfortunately I am once again disappointed with my food from this Einstein Bagel location. I keep hoping their execution of sandwiches improves, but today's sandwiches fall short. On a sandwich such as "Avocado Toast" the avocado should be the star, as there's nothing else on the bagel. Consistently the avocado is poorly spread, with random chunks of flavorless avocado. And the hashbrown bagel is one of my favorites, but today it was clearly undercooked and flat! See picture comparing it to the regular bagel. I took a few bites and threw the rest away. In fact, two of the three bagels in my order were undercooked... flat, raw looking, and inedible in my opinion. Perhaps more training is needed so the staff is more aware of what's acceptable to serve, and what's not acceptable. Had we eaten our sandwiches there, we would've sent back two of the three sandwiches and kindly discussed this with the staff members personally. read more

This was my first time here. The vibe is great. Not too bright, and it seems welcoming and has many different bagels and drinks. I tried one of the cheese bagels and it was good a fresh. And for the drink I went with a strawberry banana smoothie. It was really good and made fresh. The person at the register was nice and kind. I would totally recommend this place. read more

I arrived at 12:30 on a Saturday. The place only had 4 types of bagels and only about 4 left in each type. I was shocked. I asked the girl how long they would be open and she replied until 2 pm. I asked her why if they were going to be open for another 1.5 hours were they not making more bagels. She looked at me blankly and said "what can I get you"? I asked her again about making more bagels. She repeated her response only this time with ATTITUDE. I told her to not get snippy with me and that I was merely asking her a question. She looked at her co-worker and then the man approached me and answered that they were extremely busy all morning and were not allowed to make more bagels. That's all I needed was an answer to my question. During his response, she walked away from me. He got me my bagels and I told him Thank you and said that I didn't appreciate her attitude. LOOK if you are not trained in customer service, you should not work in customer service. I unfortunately did not get her name. ***DO NOT PLACE YOUR ORDER VIA MOBILE APP*** Or better yet, just don't patronize this business at all. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I placed a fairly large order via the app for pickup from this location on 12/21. I picked up the order and headed into the office without realizing that half of the order was missing. I called this location to find out what happened and asked to be passed onto the manager after talking with a young woman who clearly is not fit for any customer service role. She told me to stop yelling at her when I hadn't even raised my voice. Was I frustrated? Yes, but as I was in my workplace I most certainly was not even close to yelling. My coworkers and I had a good laugh over that one. The manager admitted that they had neglected to fulfill the order and the bagels I ordered and paid for ended up back with the bagels for sale behind the counter. At this point I wasn't going to make a 40 minute round trip to retrieve the missing portion of my order so I asked for a refund for the missing items. I was informed by the manager that because the order was placed via the app, he was unable to process the refund and I'd have to request it through the app. Kind of ridiculous to have to jump through so many hoops to get my money back considering it was 100% their error but I had no other choice. It has been 10 days now and not a single word back. I tried calling a customer service line but it's only a prerecorded message directing you back to the app to submit your request. I've submitted a second request and have yet to hear back. This is unacceptable. At this point I'm considering contacting my bank to report this as a fraudulent charge because I did not get what I paid for and I can't seem to get my money back!! How is this even legal?!?! I have given this place more than enough chances, and they simply cannot get anything right. I am not exaggerating when I say that. Whenever I ask for anything "for here" it's ALWAYS made to go. There are usually multiple employees bumbling around, but they make everything wrong. They don't toast your bagel for sandwiches even after you specify that you want it that way. They put ice-cold mushrooms on a hot egg sandwich. The cashier with the glasses always acts like she hates her job and people in general. She gets visibly annoyed when there is a line. The tables are always dirty and never wiped down. I have told them before when they made my sandwich wrong, and they made another, which was great. Except the remake was made wrong too! Do the employees ever put themselves in the customers' shoes? I have spent too much money here to be disappointed so many times, so I am DONE with it. The biggest statement a customer can make in situations like this is to never spend their hard-earned money in here ever again, so that's what I'm going to do. read more

Came here on a Sunday mid morning and this place was rocking. Everyone on the line was frantically assembling bagels, making eggs, and stirring up coffee. Had to knock a star off due to the fact that it was a little dirty. There was simply so much happening that the staff couldn't get to emptying the bins and wiping off tables. Service is fast and very friendly and food is amazing. Turkey bacon avocado , always the freshest ingredients & piled thick! The Chocolate chip muffins are loaded with chocolate & it is enough for a meal itself! Drinks are not that good anymore though, I've tried something different the last three times & each time the drink tastes like coffee flavored water with WAY TOO MUCH sugar.. I love Einstein Bros. in general, but this location is not the best. The Assistant Manager has consistently been rude, despite our best attempts at killing the staff with kindness and generous tips. The first time we went, the AM was rude but everyone is allowed to have a bad day or two, right? We've been to this location a half dozen times since then and she has consistently been very rude to myself, my wife, my brothers, the people in front of us in line, etc. I'd rate this place five stars in a heartbeat if the leadership of this store would actually act like professionals and treat paying customers with courtesy. Rolling eyes, being visibly frustrated when customers walk through the door (we wanted to make sure it wasn't just us she didn't like lol), snapping at attempts to make pleasant conversation, having a tattooed frown on her face, and an impatient tone throughout conversation really do not make for pleasant experiences or return customers. I've traveled the country and am pretty open-minded when it comes to food. I've been to dozens of EBs in the U.S. and this one is probably the worst I've been to (with the exception possibly of the one in Golden, Colorado near Colorado Mills). If EB doesn't start fixing their management problem, they're going to go the way of Taco Bell. read more

I come here most sundays, and the place and employees are awesome. Yes, parking can be rough during certain times, but really the place has no control over that. It is a chain so I do understand the standards but the people that work at this place are awesome. An example, was the gentleman looking for the man with six fingers, or ...I think lisa? (I am awful with names) just gave me an awesome smile and said thank you. Just the little things. I have worked in the industry enough to know that sometimes just a smile or a joke does and does not go too far in terms of being noticed. I just want to point out that it does for some people, and that everyone working there should keep up the work. As for food... can't be beat for a begal place and you should feel at home with the atmosphere brought to by the employees and area. Never got a fancy coffee drink here. Bagels are excellent and a good variety especially if you get there early. I'm usually half a sleep so I'm not too worried about service which is hit and miss - they don't seem too eager to connect and give great customer service...but never rude. For a time you had to ask for the spicy cream cheese and they would pack it up special order - that was a nice positive. read more
