This was a pleasant surprise, I never knew anything about five guys... We were over here for another reason, but I can see definitely coming back. The food is really good actually my mouth is watering now as I'm writing this lol staff is really friendly, it's very very very clean i'm almost wanting to say it's better than in and out, but I'll come back and give you another review :-) what a lovely excuse :-)

As much as I love Five Guys, it is sad to see the prices continually go higher and higher. Paying $20 for a cheeseburger, small fries and soda is a bit expensive for it since it's not a fine dining restaurant. Many restaurants I go to with huge burgers that are very good and come with fries and soda can easily be $18. So for a restaurant like Five Guys who is comparable to fast food feel too charge more than that is sad since I really do like their food a lot. Just to clarify, this review is only 3 stars due to the pricing of the food. The quality of food and workers is good. With that being said, this will probably be my last time eating at five guys. I will just use that money toward a night now at a nice restaurant with my family and friends. I do appreciate the amount of fries but I'd rather less fries if it means a lower price. This was a small fry and small drink.

Tried this burger restaurant because I've heard good things so here's my review. The atmosphere is totally casual , stopped by for lunch with wife. You order at the counter and pick up at the counter. You can see how they process your order if you like. Production line is behinda glass sneeze guard. Our meal was prepared timely, efficiently, and most importantly correctly !! The meal was good but I wasn't exactly jumping up and down about it. The biggest negative to me was the pricing. Their regular burgers are a double and thier "little burger " is a single. Our lunch came to $28. Which included a double, a single, a shake (4.49) and we shared a large order of fries. The food was better than your typical fast food but not $28 better I would've rather went to Red Robin and had table service for that price Will we go back probably not.

Fries!

I have had five guys in the past at different locations, but the service at this one has A+ service to match their delicious food.

Used to be my favorite burger place. A cheeseburger went from 6.49 to 9.49. They also cheapened the burgers themselves. 2 stars is a stretch

No wait staff, no cashier, no "how ya doin' honey, welcome to Steak and Shake what can I get started for you?" It's order by kiosk, no chocolate malts available, no sundaes in tall glass glasses. You have to scan a QR code to get the coke dispenser to work. I came for the beef tallow fries and a great cheeseburger and a chocolate malt down memory lane. I got a thin burger, not enough time in the grill for a Maillard char in the beef, and a chocolate shake in a styrofoam cup. The restaurant was set to sub-60 degrees Fahrenheit, maybe to cool down the cooks working the grill but the dining room is an icebox. $7 for a mediocre shake when you have a malt on the mind...you get the idea. I guess I need to be back in Central Florida for a real Steak 'n Shake experience. Not the spot I hoped to relive bygone days with my folks.

I got the basic burger which has two patties, and the freshed bun this side of the Mississippi. Their burgers are grass fed, grass finished which means three things: Waaay better tasting than that disgusting factory farmed cr#p. Much better for you. And much nicer for the cows who get to roam free!

They're doing burgers right and you'll find something you'll never had between the food and drinks. The workers were very friendly and provided great service no matter if it's FOH, BOH or the servers. GETTIN' FIGGY WIT IT Fig jam, brie, bacon, rosemary, arugula with an order of small truffle fries. She enjoyed how balanced the sweet and savory with this burger. The flavors complemented each other and the truffle fries were crispy but not overly fried. PARK BURGER I had the 1/3 1b. beef patty with lettuce , pickle, tomato, onion, burger sauce with an order of small tater tots. The burger meat was rich with flavor and not dripping with fat. Same comments that the testers were fried just right and not overly crunchy and dry. I haven't had a burger in a while and this definitely hit the spot without being in a food coma. Whether you're inside or outside on the patio, you'll enjoy the vibes being here. Plus, it's Pearl Street, walking around here is unique in itself.
