I don't go to straight up burger joints very often but today was an exception. I was getting my car washed next door and the smell of cooking burgers just wrecked me self control. In I went. I ordered the western burger, fries and a frozen strawberry lemonade. The service was fast and efficient. My order was in my hands within two minutes. I sat down with a friend to eat. The burger was exceptional and the fries were hot and fresh. My frozen lemonade kept giving me "brain freeze" but it was worth the pain. Man was that lemonade yummy. It was a quiet, tasty and simple meal. The lobby was clean, as were the restrooms. The parking was ample and right next to the building. A+ all the way around. read more

Staff needs some training, possibly drug screening. Came in here last night. The first clerk that helped me, "David" was so dazed and inattentive that he got my order wrong even after asking me to repeat 3 times. The second clerk, "Jose", insisted that I "ordered wrong" and printed out the receipt to prove what I "really" ordered. he eventually charged me for the extra patty to make the sandwich a double, like I ordered in the first place, but outright refused to fix the onion rings. Then he apparently felt it would be funny to give me the wrong bathroom lock combination. He put way too much thought in when I asked his name, so I'm not even sure he told me that truthfully. The drive thru gal was in such a rush, I hate feeling rushed when ordering food. After I ordered one item she would say quickly "is that it" over and over! I finally said I have a large order. I got up to the window and was handed a drink, umm I didn't order a drink. Then of course we had to pull around to the front to wait for our order. Finally got our order and it was surprisingly correct so we headed home. I opened my chicken sandwich which was supposed to be grilled with cheese on it, not grilled, tastes boiled. And no cheese! Carl's Jr. is mega delicious. Their flame grilled goodness pours out of the restaurant and you can smell it wafting through the air. This Carl's Jr. is off Santa Fe between Denver and Littleton. Service at this restaurant and any other Carl's Jr. takes a little longer because they make your order after you place it. I feel like customers are unreasonably inpatient because Chick-fil-A pre-makes all their food and just hands it to you at the window. I love The Western bacon cheeseburger, the chocolate shake, and the slightly spicy fried zucchini as a side. We had One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. Yesterday May 26, 2022 at 8:43 pm We Placed an order for 2 burgers, 3 chicken tenders and jalapeño poppers at the Carl's junior 4080 S. River Pointe Pkwy, Sheridan Colorado. At home 8:50 pm we took the order out of the bag & was missing the chicken tenders. Not being able to return to the restaurant at that time I immediately called not getting an answer. I believe I called 6 times and left 4 messages for somebody to please call us back and had explained the situation In the message. By the middle of the next day we had not heard from anyone so I called them. Jasmine said if we had the receipt she would replace the chicken tenders for free. I told her she would not be replacing the chicken tenders for free as I had paid for them and we did not get them So my dinner was poppers as I don't eat hamburgers. Thinking more about the situation we decided we just wanted our money back as we were not going to give them any more money and take a chance on more problems but we both still need to eat today. Mario with a smirk on his face insisted he was not going to give the money back because then everybody will want to do that That comment makes us wonder how many other people don't get their food or it's not right! I have been here twice for the Beyond burger. It's delicious and I love that I can get a plant-based meal at a drive thru. The employees have always been nice. However, I call their parking lot the Bermuda triangle because to exit it, you have to wait for cars leaving Costco and as well as a nearby car wash. It's a nightmare. But the Beyond burgers make up for it! read more

I was not overly impressed with this location. The staff was polite, but my mom's, another customer's, my sister's, and my own burger were all near room temperature. Also, both the cashier and the store manager barely spoke enough English to have a full, constructive conversation with them; I'm not one to complain about non-English speakers, but if you're going to work in food/customer service then at least speak enough English to talk with your customers. read more

Saw the Spicy Western Cheeseburger on tv. It looked so juicy and piled with yummy toppings. Had to try one. Big disappointment. Ordered 2. They had been premade , I don't know how long before being put in the bag. The hamburger patties were cardboard dry. Nothing like in the commercial. The buns were smashed. Okay, I get that basically all fast food has a bad rap, with good reason because everyone knows it's mostly high calorie, heavy food. Unless you're making fresh meals at home from scratch or eating at a higher end "fresh, local foods" restaurant or health conscious spot, most of what you're eating is crap, anyway. Having a bacon burger at Carl's Jr. is literally no different than going to Chili's & having the same thing - only it is more expensive & *hopefully* you're also tipping 20% for service at a "sit down" establishment. Anyway, I live very close to this CJs location & I often get really great coupon deals in the mail & I'm not afraid to use them. Most of them are bogos - it's great! I've gone through the drive thru here at least 30 times since I moved here almost 2 years ago. What can I say, I've always liked Carl's Jr. (as a southern Cali girl) & I love coupon deals. So, I've almost never had an issue with the quality of food or service. For fast food, it's so much better than your other standard fast food chains. I can't even eat McDs or Taco Bell - it makes me instantly sick. At this spot, I have received a charbroiled chicken sandwich where the chicken had an "off" texture. Maybe 2-3 times that's happened. It's almost like it's over cooked & rubbery. Other than that, I've never had a bad burger or breakfast experience. The onion rings are bomb. Sometimes the fried zucchini is overly greasy, but I've had that at other locations, too. Never had stone cold fries or felt like I was shorted a portion. They've never gotten my order wrong or left anything out. If I ask for no ice in my drink, they actually fill it to the top! Once, I did have to wait like 15 minutes at the window while the girl tried to figure out the coupons or something. It was annoying, but it only happened once. So, that's my two cents. I recently purchased a garden salad from this location. After leaving the drive thru, I pulled the salad out of the bag and was appalled. What should have had (based on previous purchases at other locations) lettuce, tomato, cucumber, cheese, and croutons, was actually a pile of white/translucent lettuce and a slice of pink tomato. 18 minutes to go through the drive thru, not including the 4 minutes we waited to place our order after they told us they'd be with us in a moment. Only 3 cars in the drive thru (1 of them were behind us), 2 tables in the restaurant eating, and no customers at the counter. They also took my CC for payment, closed the window then left my card inside for 4 minutes. No against the law but highly irregular and I'm sure against company policy. 2 large value meals and 1 kid meal. Only modifier was keto for 1 value meal. Not complicated at all. Had to park and wait 6 minutes for our lukewarm food to be brought to us. No exaggeration, the large waffle fries had 3 medium sized waffle fries and 5 fry pieces that all put together didnt equal 1 fry. I paid $33 for this experience. No apologies, no thank you's either. Horrific service during a very slow time usually means staff doesn't care about their job. When staff doesn't care about their job, they have poor leadership. Speaking of getting terribly sick... my boyfriend believes it was the chili cheese fries which did him in for a weekend. Of course, I ate there on my own not knowing this, and got so extremely excited when I saw the low carb lettuce wrapped burger on their menu. The burger would have been perfect, if it were cooked. My food was cold; not like it was once cooked and got cold. More like, it had been thawed and never actually heated up at all cold. I shouldn't have finished it but I was starving and desperate. Bleh. I swore off fast food a few years ago in an attempt to make healthier habits. After trying it again recently, I am solidified in that decision. The food here is just greasy, heavy, and unappetizing. It left me feeling sluggish and kind of hating myself. Additionally, the service at this location isn't stellar. I didn't experience any of the service horror stories that previous reviewers did, but the staff here certainly didn't go above and beyond to make sure they provided the best experience possible. My friend and I were both affected by stomach cramps and severe diarrhea after having eaten at Carl's Jr. located at 4080 River Point Pkwy, Sheridan, CO 80110. We visited the drive through around 9am on 8/9/2015. I had the steak and egg burrito and my friend had the loaded breakfast burrito. I believe this was intentional food poisoning, as the employee seemed to be upset that we were using a coupon that was sent to my friend in the mail. I will be reporting this to my local health department and the Better Business Bureau. I hope that someone at your company will take this matter seriously, conduct a proper investigation, and proper actions taken by management, including suspension, demotion, or termination of those employee's involved in the intentional poisoning.
