Once we decided what to order, Najee took my order and am so glad I ordered the Tuna Sub since he had just made a new batch. He was very professional, courteous and efficient. His co-worker Austin finished preparing the subs with the add ons we wanted and he was also super-friendly, efficient and had such flair in putting what we wanted on the subs. We added chips and drinks to our order to eat in and really appreciate the military discount! The subs were well-prepared and delicious. We order from this location from time to time for lunch for the office. I will say there are some good things and some bad. The past 2 times I have order a philly cheesesteak it has been the smallest sandwich I have ever seen with hardly any meat. This last time I ordered and Italian Mikes way and the sandwich was loaded and delicious however we ordered online and it gave us a time for pick up but it wasn't ready for another 3-40 minutes. the people picking up had enough time to walk to the market around the corner and shop before coming back and they were just wrapping up the sandwiches. Service is absolutely despicable. On two occasions have waited over 30 minutes. Once ordering inside a single sandwich, 30 minutes. Tough few months this place has been having. For starters, we are pretty frequent customers and today was just uncomfortable with the employees bickering amongst each other. We waited 45 minutes for our pickup order. They handed out coupons for people that only waited 10 minutes, meanwhile gave us nothing as well as completely messed up 2 of the 3 sandwiches. I would have gone back to complain but didn't realize it was wrong until I got home. Honestly just a very weird experience and more so sad to see this place go downhill. Hopefully, things get better but your best bet is going to and eyeing the sandwich you are having made to make sure it's not wrong. Heads up, the place closes early and doesn't adhere to their business hours at random. Here at 840pm closing time 9pm. Who knows when they actually locked up. 3.5 stars - it's your run of the mill sandwich joint, but they're good, and the staff is always friendly. They do seem to have a lot of employee turnover, but I guess that's normal in this part of the food service industry. Menu is the same as at their other locations, though the numbering scheme is a bit weird you can always find the sandwich you want. And some may not know, but you can make any sandwich a wrap if you'd prefer, which then allows you to choose spinach or tomato basil tortillas rather than just plain sandwich bread. There are a lot of chain restaurants on Colorado Boulevard, but if you just want to grab a sandwich, this will do fine. read more

I used to eat at Jersey Mike's all the time when I lived in Texas and hadn't been to one since we moved here a few years ago. Frankly, I had pretty much forgotten about them after the move. Then, a few months ago while driving down Colorado Blvd, I happened to see a JM in a strip mall on the east side of the road. SCORE! Anyway, for a chain restaurant, they make a really decent sandwich. I'm a big fan of the crunch from having lots of veggies on my sandwich, and the tang that comes from the oil and vinegar if you get it 'Mike's Way'. I really like the turkey and provolone sub (I think it's #7) Mike's Way, plus banana peppers and extra onion. I really love that someone can make a great sandwich without putting mayo on it (NOT a fan of mayo). I also like that there's just the right amount of meat (not too much, not too little) for me (although if you need tons of meat on your sandwich, they can accommodate). Glad I found you again Jersey Mike's! My only critique about the chain is that I wish they had sides like potato salad or cole slaw to go with the sandwiches. I think they only have chips and pickles. Definitely not a deal breaker, though. read more

Let me just start off by saying wow. When they say they make "a sub above" they mean it. These sandwiches are the most delicious and extravagant things that may have ever come in contact with my taste buds. Fresh deli meat sliced in front of you and great creative toppings such as red wine vinegar. The two problems I have with this place though is their prices, and their service. The people are very nice and do a fine job preparing your sandwich but they are extremely talkative.
