Great service, quick and fast. The staff here are nice polite. Very clean the prices to me are a bit high for the amount of food you get hear, but it is not a problem to me. The place is big with a lot of space to sit. Love the selection of food you can pick from and you different entrees you can get are great as well. I feel like some people expect too much out of this place. I've been going here since I was 16 but I never left any type of review. It's "fast" Chinese food so if you're looking for authentic or a 5 star meal don't come here. It's simply for a quick, tasty, and semi nutritious meal great for a budget(although the prices have slowly climbed). What prompted me to write a review was the super friendly and attentive server who works the front of the line I didn't catch her name but she is a taller White woman who wears red lipstick she was awesome and needs a raise into a manager position if she isn't already one. I'm always going here. love the food but it's just expensive and I personally think the servings are to large. I'd rather pay a little less for a smaller amount. food wise I love the honey walnut shrimp and the steamed veggies. it just makes me mad because sometimes they do it to fast and get veggie juice on my shrimp then it gets soggy. I can't believe what happened today. Got a plate and go to get napkins after I pay and open the bag to see the longest nastiest hair wrapping all around my Togo box and my sides. I get it it happens but two people. One named Tomas and one named Vanessa took the hair out and tried giving me the same meal back. I was calm until this happend and I got very upset. Then said either I get a refund or another plate but I gotta wait for others. I got very mad because I should be first I just paid and waited in line. I should be getting a refund and free plate for the inconvenience but I could barley even get my money or plate. Had to wait for them to finish a couple customers then pay me? Like what theeee... it was sad and ridiculous and they say I was upset and didn't even care to help me. I am there every week and the workers have seen me before. This is my favorite panda location to come to. The chefs cook the food perfectly and the chow mein is the best. It has a fair amount of noodles unlike other pandas that are full of vegetables and extra stuff in it out weighing the noodles. The woman manager, I didn't get her name.. but she is extremely friendly and has me wanting to come back. She always acknowledges each and every customer as they walk in and as they leave. We LOVE Panda Express. But today, it seemed they put so little food on the plates, when the cost is pretty pricey. The guy behind the counter was very rude. He messed up on the order of the person's behind me, and tried to scoop out the wrong entree, back into the main bowl of food, leaving all the hot sauce still in the customers plate, then covering it with the correct chicken. This Panda Express in rancho loves to underserve every time. It's not just me on multiple occasions I've heard other customer's ask the employee to put more. Ive also noticed they let the first entree fall onto the second entree and when they put the second entree you don't get a lot because there are 2 big pieces of orange chicken under your second entree. And another thing The chef at this location loves to over cook the chaw mein you can see the noodle has black spots and just has a burnt taste. The owner of this location needs to take action and if your the one telling employees to underserve customer's please stop being cheap. Wow.......!!! Conny is amazing, me and my family go in this location all the time and we always order the same thing . Conny has taken the time to notice that she's is usually here all the time we dine . Tonight we dined in and we walked close to closing most of their entrees where gone and their chicken eggs rolls . She took the time to make us some without asking her because she knows we always order them . I didn't bother to ask for any because they were close to closing and I understand they have to clean up and do their job and specially making food takes time and I didn't want to put them through the hassle , but she cane to our table and handed us chicken eggs rolls and said because I know you guys want some and smiled . On a side note we hadn't not dined in a little while .
