I've been here a couple times and it's usually pretty fast service and the food is prepared with care. I'm not always a big fan of PE but this location makes it worthwhile. I've had the salmon bowl which was cooked perfectly and the veggies were very fresh and not overcooked. It has the right amount of sauce - not too heavy. This time I ordered the wonton soup and watched while they made it fresh. It's good. Will be my go to place for a quick healthy bite. read more

And a big Kudos to the cooks who work so hard continually exposed to the heat of the Wok'd dishes they prepare for customers. I never got all of their names but they all work hard, are professional and friendly! When I crave a good selection of Asian cuisine, I can always trust that Pick Up Styx will deliver the best experience! I've been eating here for many years, but more recently, they have changed their to go packaging, and not for the better. You used to get your classic takeout containers and the rice was separate from your protein. But now they combine it in one dish so all of the sauce from your protein soaks into the rice and it makes the rice texture strange and dries out your protein. The food is still enjoyable, but nowhere near as amazing as it used to be as far as take out goes. I have been a customer at this location since it opened. Typically the service is very good. However, today the service I received from who I would assume is the shift manager since she was standing over at the computer today and the last time I was there, was very poor. When I went into the store to pick up my App order, they did not have it. I was there at 1:21 PM as my email indicated the order would be ready at that time. The older lady asked me my name. I told her my name then she asked me something else and I said what because I didn't hear what she said, and she asked me for my confirmation number. I told her I would need to go out to the car and get my phone and that I hoped they hadn't given my order to someone else. When I returned to the store, the shift manager appeared to have found my order and was preparing it. When she came over to hand it to me she was talking very loudly to me as she was handing me my order. I asked her what was the issue with the order and she said they did not get the order till just then. Rather than apologize for the delay, which was no fault of me the customer she just continued to talk very loudly towards me. Once she completed my order, I advised her that I would be contacting corporate and letting them know about how she was yelling at me. At that point, she told me that she didn't appreciate how I was treating her staff and that I should no longer come back. I tried to explain to her that I simply told the lady that I would go out to my car and get my cell phone so I can get my confirmation order. She continued to talk over me and told me not to come back. The same person, her name was Michelle, I had prepared my order last time. I was there and got the order wrong and the lady older lady had to fix my order so I don't know if maybe she recognized me from last time, even though I really didn't say anything other than to just asked to make sure the order was correct or what. Needless to say I have filed a complaint and I'm waiting for a call from the district manager. Apparently when you get poor service and you tell them you're gonna contact corporate, you are told you no longer welcome in the store. I guess you just have to deal with the poor service.
