I really needed a Chinese fix today, so I wanted something a little different but I wanted a buffet, and I found new century buffet. I'm glad I tried it. It has more food choices than the one we go to in La Mesa, and the soups are a lot more tasty. Selection is awesome, the sushi choices are far better than our other buffet, which we probably won't be visiting from now on, this will be our go to Chinese buffet place. Price is a reasonable, $15 for lunch, and $20 for dinner. The reason I left three stars and not four, the rice they put out in a pan is dried out because it's just sitting there steaming and all the moisture is cooking away. I also had iced tea with my meal, it was so sweet that it could make you sick or gag. The service was good, and it was nice and quiet in there, and it should be getting four stars. But to put rice in an open pan, I've never seen that before especially not white rice. Anyway, you'll find something to eat, and I had a large variety of things. I took pictures.

8/02024 - I haven't been here in a while and usually go to 1968 in El Cajon or anywhere on Convoy daily for Asian food. I went at opening at 11am because I hate crowds. Already people in there eating. When I left about 20% full of capacity. Large selection of items. I tried a little bit of everything. Everything was average tasting. The best items IMO were the donuts, fried squid, wings and I killed the butter shrimp. Probably ate 1/2 a pound of shrimp. I always leave $1 per plate for a tip. I had 2 plates. Employees were nice. Floors are old and ceilings have water stains. I was disappointed in the kung pau chicken, no flavor and is always go for this dish. A total of 3 stars. See photos. Total cost was $15 for 1 adult. Oddly, the signs for the lunch food selections were never replaced and showing dinner selections.

One of the best buffets I been to food was good . 17.99 for dinner. It's in El Cajon California of fletcher parkway. They are professional and polite they check on you. I had susi hot wings. Shrimp noodles. Yes I recommend them and I be back. Not many all you can eats still around.

This place is so dirty and it looks like it hasnt been cleaned in years. The steak i chose had peices of a METAL GRILL BRUSH inside and I was lucky enough to catch it on my teeth. The service was okay but if im paying 10-20$ for food id rather just cook this stuff myself. Never coming back

Food was okay. But, someone there stole my credit card number and made unauthorized purchases! Don't trust them if paying by card.

As I get older & really start to appreciate the value of a dollar & the importance of choices, having Snow Crab legs (sweeter than the larger King Crab & not nearly as difficult to crack as Dungeness) is fast becoming a "non-negotiable" for me. Also, it always helps when a restaurant -buffet or not- is great with large parties. Coming with a group of 11, 100s Seafood Grill Buffet handled our group well. Spoiler alert, the place didn't even hesitate when we had 100+ guests come for a reception for a beloved one's passing a few years ago. Was it a chaotic? Sure. Did they handle as swimming as possible! Absolutely. Their sushi is fresh - especially for a buffet. My niece appreciated their "Make Your Own Poké" station. Also, don't knock them for having a pro serve ice cream. (Too many customers don't know how to properly scoop -Hint: Dip the scoop in the water & move to the scoop as a spherical ball). Don't sleep on the lime, melon, & grapefruit ice cream flavors as well. The great thing about this place (like any decent buffet) is that there is something for everyone & the quality is above what other places serve. There is a 2 hour limit - just remember to be reasonable. This place has to make a profit to stay in business.

The place is reasonably clean for a food establishment I think the only reason a gave this place 3 star is because of the selection of food, everything there is somewhat good. Very mediocre at best. A lot of the food is somewhat dried out, but at best you'll find a few items you may like. I kinda know what to expect at places like these so I don't set myself up for disappointment, I'm not to picky with my food or the service when I go to place like this. If you're not either, then you shouldn't have a problem with this place. When I do my ratings I do them as if I'm a customer who wants an all around good experience and base from there. Obviously with any buffet you know it's not going to be super good as you are dealing with quantity over quality but this restaurant forgoes any resemblance of decent food. With that being said the cleanliness is good minus the fruit flies on the veggies. The waitress was kind and the bathrooms were clean. It's really cold in here so def bring a light jacket.

This is adrenaline bingo. We're talking quick 1.5-hour sessions-no dragging, no zoning out. Buy-in ranges from $20-$60, with Level I jackpots at $250 and Level II at $500. And here's the kicker: no daubers needed. You're on a desktop screen or portable bingo machine, so the system tracks everything. That means less stressing, more vibing. And the vibe? Unmatched. Music is playing, but it doesn't overpower-it elevates. The room is full of laughter, people celebrating birthdays, couples on dates, solo players locked in, elders having the time of their lives. It's loud in the best way. Social. Electric. You can actually enjoy yourself instead of sitting there in silence like you're at a wake. Between games? That's where it gets wild. Creative mini-contests that feel like game-show energy-extra chances to win money, and honestly, just as fun as the bingo itself. Need-to-know details: It gets cold-bring a layer It's a smoking casino, so expect some residual smoke (though no active smoking during BAD Bingo) *Free self-serve soda (Coke products) *Snack bar upstairs, but the non-smoking café has better options-and you can bring that food in *You can bring your own snacks... just not your own alcohol On big theme nights, there's a free 360 photo booth (tip your attendant) Also-don't get it twisted. Even though the computer does the heavy lifting, there are still interactive features that keep you engaged. You're not just sitting there-you're in it. Bottom line: This is bingo reimagined. Fast, fun, social, and actually worth the money. If traditional bingo is a whisper... BAD Bingo is a whole damn party.

At the time there were zero other cars in valet, yet two employees swarmed my car before I could even get out just to tell me nope because of a tier policy. I needed to valet just to be able to help my brother get inside safely, but they didn't care. It is ridiculous to expect me to leave him alone at the curb while I go hunt for a spot, especially when the handicap spaces in the structure are a massive trek from the door. We felt like a total burden to the staff and were not made to feel welcome at all. Terrible first impression, Definitely won't be back.

So, to start, my wife will occasionally get treated rather well at the restraunt; she was even given a few freebies while she was pregnant with our twins, so I usually thought rather well of this place, but every time I go, the treatment is different (maybe because I am not a tiny little Asian woman, who knows) but anyways, I go there tonight and I order roughly 120$ in food, and that's where things go south. First they charge me 1.50 for asking for my rice noodles without curry (my wife dislikes curry), which I am used to, but I think might offend them. From there, there is some confusion about my order. They almost forget one of my sides in the proccess, and forgot I ordered fried wontons, but again, that is NOT why I am leaving this review. I am leaving this review because of what happened in all this... So, to begin, I ordered off the menu because I wanted my food fresh, but still, they grabbed all our sides and two of my entrees right out of the to go bar; which would be fine EXCEPT the food on the menu is more expensive because it is FRESH, and not soggy or soft from sitting in a metal tray for like an hour and a half! The next thing that happens is while trying to find out about my wantons they: GO THROUGH MY FOOD. They literally touched all my fried items with ungloved hands while I am sitting there at the waiting table with them; trying to figure out their mistake like I was trying to steal food from them. The kicker being that they forgot to charge the wontons! So instead of being like: 'sorry about the inconvenience', they straight up go: 'oh hey, let us charge you for those after we touched all your food'. Needless to say, I was a bit aghast by all this, but what was worse than the service is the fact that the cook purposefully gave my wife bland unseasoned noodles because I asked for then with 'no curry' as if paying an extra 1.50 wasn't enough, they had to also be like: 'screw your taste buds for not liking our spices!' I mean, none of this was necessary, and it all felt pretty gross and rude by the end as I just took my food and left. All that said, my wife was pretty disappointed to hear about this and thinks we may need to find a new chinese place which really sucks. Yeah... but giving me old food, messing up my order, not preparing my food right (even after they charged extra for it), and touching my food makes me realize it's probably for the best. But hey, at least they remembered to charge me fried wontons, customer always comes last, you know?

As a vegetarian, I rave about their incredible sides, hot ono steam rice, but the real showstopper for meat eaters, I was told by my meat-eating friend David, is their top-notch meat - specifically, the Black grade Snake River Farms (SRF) Wagyu beef! SRF is a pioneer in American Wagyu, blending Japanese Wagyu genetics with American cattle to achieve the perfect balance of rich marbling and bold flavor. Their grading system ensures you get a top-quality steak every time. The chef's attention to detail and commitment to quality truly set Jeong apart. Whether you're a meat lover or (like me) a veggie enthusiast, this place delivers! The Aloha Spirit and the sense of Ohana shine through in every bite. Highly recommend!
