I needed to plan something nice for Mother's Day, but since my Dad had a recent hip surgery, he could not leave his house. So, my sister and I wanted to make it special for my Mom and also myself, and my sister since we all are Mothers. We decided to order Round Table Pizza to have it picked up and brought to my parent's house to celebrate Mother's Day. The girl at Round Table was very friendly, professional, and helpful. She made a heart-shaped white pizza for my Mom since my Mom has a special diet and cannot have tomatoes. She also made us a large half pepperoni and half sausage and green peppers. I also made a salad to go along with the pizzas and I picked up everyone's favorite drinks! The day tuned out to be so pretty and sunny outside. My Mom, Dad, me, and my sister enjoyed the day immensely. We had a tasty salad along with the pizza. My Mom really enjoyed her pizza and thought the heart-shaped design was so cute. My only complaint was the price. I bought two large pizzas, and with a 15 percent discount it was 62.00 and something change. It was so expensive for two pizzas, and that was with the discount. I've been coming to this Round Tables on and off for years. In the past it used to be a hit or miss, but I have to say that they've been consistently on point. The customer service whether it's on the phone or in person has been great & staff are always friendly. Even on their busiest times, they try to get everyone served as soon as possible. My pizza is always right as I ordered it and I don't have any complaints. Yes it is a little pricey, but you're getting quality and to me it's worth it! That is why it is a special treat! When you call in to place an order over the phone it gives the option to place online and you get 15% off with a coupon code. Quality and customer service has gone downhill! I drive all the way from Chula Vista about 20 min away so I make sure I place my order online so it's ready at a set time. This is the second time this has happened. That my order is not ready over 15 minutes past the scheduled pick up time. I noticed it's when I don't leave a tip they have me wait longer. This time my pizza was overcooked. The pepperonis edges are burnt as well as the crust! Taste gross! Won't be coming back ! Didn't know I needed to leave a tip for pick up to get good service. I feel it was done on purpose when I checked to see if my food was ready at fret the 10 minute mark the girl asked the older man and he said " it's ok the oven still " and all laughed ! Such a fun place! I went for the salad bar mostly, and it was really fresh. The pizzas kept coming out of the oven so the slices are perfect temperature. Also, tons of parking. They lowered their prices which were high after Covid, and that's why we came back. Traditional decor and a fun zone for kids to play arcade stuff. read more

I love the quality of food at this place and the deal they have for lunch it's $13.49 for a Personal pizza with one topping salad bar and self serve soda. But they also carry my favorite Happy Dad seltzer so that's why I stopped in. I didn't see it but asked for it. They have two flavors, grape and fruit punch my favorites. The salad bar is great. It has pepperoni and croutons tomatoes black olives, cheese, raisins, carrots, bacon, bits all the dressings and different pepperchinis and jalapeños and everything so you can get pretty good stuff on the salad bar. The pizza came out pretty quick and cut into 6 slices almost like a thin crust but great has a bit of a kick to it. Really good customer service very friendly, fast and clean place. Highly recommend this establishment! The sauce was yummy, the cheese was also tasteful and the bread was crisp, not all saggy as if it weren't cooked. Small place but good service. Would literally give 0 stars if I could. Let me start by saying Round Table is probably my favorite pizza so there's that. Came at 1130am for the lunch buffet, it goes until 2. There was exactly 2 slices of a weird looking chicken pizza, that's it. No garlic knots, no regular pizza, exactly 2 total slices. Was told "we can make you one in about 15 minutes", ummmm NO I have 30 minutes total for lunch, your buffet should actually be that, a buffet where people can eat when they come in. It's not too much to ask to have a couple basic pizza's ready to go. Went in Saturday for pizza and a salad, ordered online and arrived a bit early. The restaurant appeared clean and the cashier greeted me immediately. I usually leave a cash tip if everything goes well, so in that in hand. After telling her I ordered online and my name, I was told my order just came up, and was handed a register receipt to sign( paid online) and signed it. Cashier looked at it, then proceeded to push the pizza that was on the counter toward me. I waited a few seconds then asked about my salad. She then rechecked my receipt to confirm my salad. Then turned around and grabbed the bag o the back counter and placed it in my pizza. There was no acknowledgment, as she just went about doing something else. Made a pickup order via doordash & received a text stating they had received my order and to check in on the app for order status. Doordash app notifies me that order is ready for pickup. I get there and the dude behind the counter tells me they don't have any order under my name. I show him the order and he tells me "sorry the door dash isn't working." I ask him why would they let me know my order was received and being prepared. He brushes me off and tells me to cancel it. They don't refund cancelations so a high school employee came out and realized the tablet wasn't connected to the internet. I overheard her say he didn't even have anything connected. We visit this place about twice a month and it's just not what it use to be. Yesterday I ordered a pizza at this facility to eat in. Later that evening and today both my husband and I have stomach issues. Coincidental??? While at the restaurant I used the woman's room. It was dirty. The toilets were dirty the floor was gross. There were no toilet seat covers. There was no soap in any of the dispensers. There were no paper towel to dry hands. It was just horrible. I've seen better bathrooms at gas stations in the Mojave. I notified the young lady behind the counter. She snapped at me and said she'd take care of it. Wow! We ate at the establishment and we were there 45 minutes. At no time did I see any employee clean or even check the bathrooms. Yet the 2 ladies had plenty of time to chat behind the counter. Looking around I also noticed a lamp with a broken open socket just hanging from the ceiling. At this point I stopped looking around. But last night and today we are both having stomach issues.
