Drove family here at 7:55pm only to be turned away because they told they close at 8. Website says 9pm and so does sign in front door! We checked prior to driving here! Get it together. Wasting people's time Round Table. Sounds like some employees either wanting to leave early or management/ ownership incompetence! read more

I had dinner at this location last week. The worst pizza and cheese bread sticks. My kids will inhale a medium cheese pizza but they were not impressed. We ordered the King Arthur and cheese pizza medium and they were just horrible. We have made better homemade pizza not to mention their prices are exorbitant. First and last. It makes sense as to why the place was empty. read more

Have nothing but great things to say! We originally booked to have our son's third birthday at a park today but we saw throughout the week that the forecast was indicative of rain. We went to the Santee round Table location to see if we could reserve some space for our son's birthday with the expectation of having about 50 people. We met the manager and he also manages this location and offered us the back room for our party and showed us photos. He was extremely friendly, informative, and accommodating and we were able to book the room with him right then and there. We pre ordered the pizzas and were given and awesome deal. The day of went very smoothly everyone one staff was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating and the food was delicious! Highly recommend! read more

Today, we celebrated our granddaughter's birthday. We had the pleasure of doing business with V C. He was friendly, professional, and polite. We enjoyed our experience at Round Table. I would also like to mention that our food was great and prepared just the way we like. I tried the lemon pepper boneless wings for the first time, and they were really good. We plan to return. Thanks, VC. read more

We went in tonight to celebrate a 76th birthday, with a party of 13. We went in to the backroom after ordering $200 worth of pizza and had been sitting back there for almost 30 minutes when we were told we had to move for a reservation. There were no signs advising that the area had been reserved. The restaurant was busy by that time and there were no seats for our party. We ended up having to sit outside where everyone was cold. I have tried to make a reservation before, and had been told that they do not do reservations. I feel that the employees could have at least helped us move and find an area where we would fit. The party that took the room only had 8 people. There would have been plenty of room for us both to be in the room. Very disappointed in the way we were treated. read more

Mr. V the register had fantastic costumer service. We had a great time with the fam bam!!! The food was amazing, we had meat lovers and pepperoni pizza, salad, breadsticks, bacon chicken Alfredo, and special sauce wings. Everything was cooked very very well. The atmosphere of the place was very welcoming, everyone in there was very cool, clean, friendly and it was overall a chill and calm place. We would definitely come back again with the fam bam!!! 100000000% recommended, make sure to ask Mr. V to hook you up with the special sauce. We came from Luigi's and this definitely tops it. (Especially the crack sticks aka the breadsticks) they were so good they made me wanna griddy. #griddyout read more

They burnt the crust of my pizza and this brilliant managers solution was to take the XL pizza and cut the burnt crust off, almost my entire pizza didn't have any crust. Wild way to handle burning a customers pizza. Also started by saying I was wrong and it wasn't burnt. The crust was charcoal black. Sad this place used to be me and my dads favorite read more

Insanely overpriced. $12.99 for a salad bar? Place is dirty / sticky. Unkept. Overall confusion at the register / not knowing what's going on. Drinks not stocked. Food was okay at best. 10/10 would not recommend. Hit the sushi spot next door instead! read more

Pizza dough was frozen not made fresh, You can tell, sub par at best and the cheese was of poor and low quality. I will say that they have great customer service but maybe the poor quality of food is due to lack of staff, Great wings though. Also, the garbanzo beans on the salad bar were spoiled, the broccoli was close to being spoiled, and a few cucumbers and some grape tomatoes had mold on them!!!!!! read more

Received the best service ever from Marvin! Treated us very well and gave us great recommendations on pizza. Nice beer recommendation. Thanks and will be back again!!! read more

I debated between 3 and 4 stars in this one. I love the pizza and meet a friend there pretty often. The service is pretty good and the restaurant itself is clean, but there is some issue that causes the restroom to smell pretty bad, so we usually get the pizza to go. The prices have gotten outrageous in my opinion, I will only go if I have a coupon and even then it's not close to a good deal. I used to love the buffet, but that price makes it simply not worth it. The app is very frustrating, so to earn points, I'd suggest starting your order way earlier than you think you should. read more

This location is generous with toppings - but also charges more for the same order than do other Round Table Pizzas I recently visited. It's also the location I would least recommend to dine in; it's just not a comfortable atmosphere. The food itself is good (but it's pretty hard to mess up pizza). The "customer service" could use improvement. When I came in, only one register seemed to work and it was in front of someone on the phone so nobody could help me until he got off the phone. After I ordered, I went to the restroom, and then came back - and the same guy who took my order just a few minutes before already forgot who I was and asked me if I had been helped. I showed him my receipt - and he didn't remember the order. Everyone I saw working there seemed "not present" nor paying attention and instead to be thinking about something, someone, or somewhere else. Maybe that's what customers should do, too - choosing/going elsewhere.... read more

Giving it 1 star cause zero is not an option. Place is dirty and horrible customer service. Make sure to check out the bugs on the menu that is taped to the window. Oh and make sure to go in for the buffet, oh wait there is no Buffet. Why is there a sign that takes the entire window advertising lunch Buffet. Hey I understand things have changed due to Covid-19, but you can put a sign up that says no buffet or take the sign down. It's peeling anyways. Sad cause this was our favorite place. Time to move on. read more

Went into this Round Table for the lunch buffet. I was disappointed. I walked in and paid for the buffet. I should have looked before I gave them money. That is my bust. There were no pizzas ready, so I got a salad. Ate the salad, still no pizza. Pizza came!!!!! yay!!!! Most of it was taken as soon as it came up. The only option left was vegetarian. Not my favorite but I got one anyway, I was running out of time. I ate my one slice and went back but the pizza was all gone. 10 minutes late another pizza came out and it was taken as quick as the first. I could have a piece of pineapple pizza or a sad piece of pepperoni that EVERYONE left. After I ate the pineapple slice, I had another salad. Time to go but no more pizza. The only measuring stick that I have is the La Mesa Round Table. Never had any of those problems there unless they were busy and then, they were trying. Rancho's Round Table is BAD for the buffet. read more

This is not addressing how the pizza tasted at all (regardless you really can't mess up cheese pizza) but the establishment overall is just trashed, the service is extremely slow, and on top of all that their prices are ridiculous considering what you get. Not sure why people in Rancho SD would consider coming around here when Di Leone's and Mamma Mia are so close by. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. Waste of time. read more

Andy helped me at the counter when I came in to pick up my order. He was super friendly and nice, just a great attitude! What a great dinner! We ordered a medium pizza that came loaded with toppings and their Bacon Chicken Alfredo pasta. The servings were very generous and the staff was friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend this place. read more

The wife and I decided to stop by yesterday and had their pizza and salad buffet. It was excellent...salad bar was fresh with tons of items to add to your salad. Pizzas were coming out hot, fresh and delicious. I'm very picky when it comes to both, pizzas and salads, but to my surprise they were outstanding. Growing up in the 80's, it's now difficult to find a place with the ambiance of the old school pizza parlors. Thanks for the great food and service! read more

We walked in this afternoon. The prices were average. Service was good, manager was attentive. We were very disappointed with the food....my kids who usually love pizza barely ate half. Pizza tasted like it had been frozen previously. Pepperoni tasted horrible. The crust was burnt. Then cheese bread twists were awful. Most of them burnt. There was very little cheese and lots of garlic was added. Barely edible. The place had so many flies and fruit flies and the lamps were covered in dust. I will not return. They need to improve their quality and cleanliness. read more

Love that I can order for delivery and know they do a great job! During COVID 19, they've been the best! Thank you Rafa

I've been going to this round table location for many years and the quality of their pizza, in addition to their service has gone incredibly downhill. I always order carry out, and there's always something wrong with my order (whether it be missing toppings or downright tasting awful). My most recent order is the last time I will go to round table. Both of the pizzas I ordered had no tomato sauce! Just dough, cheese and pepperoni. The management here let me down even more. I decided to call and complain to the manager and he (V Collins) basically insinuated that I was lying. For the price, you're better off going to little caesars as even that abomination of a pizza is better than round table. Never come to this location! read more

Over-priced. Average pizza. Wings were rubbery. Had a large pizza and 12 wings, nearly $50.

What a shame. We have been going to this location for the last 15 years for birthdays, family get togethers, or a quick dinner. Ever since ownership or management changed, they refuse to accept the local coupons listed online for this restaurant. we had a buy one get one 1/2 off that is always offered, and they said the coupons doesn't apply there. customer service now is horrible, no customer loyalty, or coupon acceptance anymore. Went from a ten to a zero overnight. I thought it was a fluke the first time, but time and time again you realize this new manager or owner doesn't care about customer service or maintaining a good spot for families And only employs the same type of employees. read more

I literally just walked out after eating one plate, wasted $10 for the buffet fml I wish I never walked in. Avoid the buffet.

The kind boy at the counter named Manuel was so helpful and considerate to our family. He was so kind and patient with us when my big family couldn't decide what we wanted LOL! I have never met someone so nice and handsome!! I think he took a liking to my bestest friend! Anyhoo our experience was super and I would 10/10 recommend! read more

I'm torn between 3-4 stars, but I'm going with four. You get what you pay for. Came in for the M-F lunch buffet, there were 4 different kinds of pizza, cheesy bread, and tons of salad bar options. It wasn't best pizza, but it was hot and tasty. We had coupons so it was under $15 for two buffets, not bad when we each had a big salad, a drink (w/refills), and 5 slices each. Is it incredibly good? No, but it's round table and the pizza isn't bad. read more

Arrived for buffet at 12:30. Maybe a dozen people in the place. Pizza on the buffet looked like it was from yesterday. Salad bar was virtually empty. Took forever to get anything fresh. By the time they brought a fresh pizza, there was a line. By the time I got there, the only thing left was cheese pizza. The good part is that when they bring out a pizza, it is very good. read more

The pizza was great but the place was a wreck! Dirty floors and tables! There was only about 6 other families in there at the time so it wasnt like they were to busy to have someone sweeping and cleaning up. Dont even order boneless wings because they were way to overpriced for what you got! I believe it was around 6 bucks for 5 really small chciken pieces, im talking small like the size of a mcnugget at McDonald's! read more

I hate to write a negative review, but this one warrants it. I got a Buy ONe Get One Free ad for RTP for 25% off your first online order. We are having a UFC party tonight so I did it early. First off, the online order process would not let me check out, nor utilize the 25BACK code found on the offer. My online pizza total was 26.19 per at 78.57 all in. With 25 % off I should be at 58.93. Since the order would not place online I called the store directly and spoke to Sarah whom was helpful, BUT came up with the same order at 28.94 per for a total of 86.82, then applying the 25% off came to 72.70......WHAT??? The math does not even work at 25% as that number based on her higher total should be 65.11, but she charged me 72.70..............WHAT?? So i execute the order then start looking at the math, then I call back get routed to another store to have V the District Manager explain it to me. He quotes me the same 26.19 per, but does not know why it happened the way it did in the other store. SO he calls the other store figures out they only have a 20% off button for the employees. Long story, V made it good, credited my card for the difference making us for the moment happy. UPDATE: Pizza due at 7pm read more
