If I can give more than five stars, I absolutely would. The first time I got pizza from Franco's it was amazing. It was a walk-in while I was at the laundromat. I didn't try it again for a few months but one night I wanted to order wings when I called the person who answered the phone was so relatable and made me feel like I was talking to a family member trying to ask for dinner. I called them again after a month because I just wanted a regular pizza. The person I talk to you happened to be the person from a month ago and he remembered me and again he made me feel like I was family. I legit felt like I was calling a family member asking for a pizza for the night. Not only is the service amazing, the delivery people are so polite and the food has not failed me at all so far. I ordered a Hawaiian with extra cheese. This is not quality pizza if you have high standards like Fillipis, not even Close!! A pathetic thin layer of cheese made me feel bad like they are hurting financially. But the cost is high so I know that cant be the case. The Canadian bacon was low quality more like ham. The sauce was tasty. But overall its one star to balance out the ridiculous four stars! It's a 2.5 at best. Lets go get some real pizza! read more

Today I used the app to order and it was simple and it was delivered 20 minutes faster then the estimated time it gave me. Pizza was super hot and fresh and the driver was polite and was able to get in our gate with this giant pizza. Not going to lie I was really excited about the calzone but the sauce was bland as hell and the crust was soggy as the sauce was actually in the calzone. We also got the bacon chicken ranch pizza and it was also bland and greasy as hell though the crust was nice and crisp on this one, but because of the other two issues it was inedible. The only palatable thing we got was the garden salad that said it had lots of lettuce (true) and a bunch of garden veggies (lie, 2 cucumber slices, 6 cherry tomatoes, two banana peppers and a handful of green olives do not a bunch of veggies make). Was trying to branch out and try new restaurants in my area and will probably not be going here again. Not for the price I paid for it. I can get better pizza at dominos for half the price. read more
