The service sucks! I ordered curbside and waited 10 min. No one came out so I went to drive thru. I told the lady at the speaker and she said "ok pull up to the second window". I waited 5 more min in line and when I came up to the window she said "here's your fries, have a goodnight". She closed the window on me, no sorry no nothing for the wait. I'm not asking for a free meal but it shouldn't take any longer than 5 min for fries and if it does take long then they better come out fresh! But she claimed to be the manager but yet wasn't wearing a name tag, couldn't take accountability, nor multitask. She said she didn't say sorry bc she was busy talking to someone else when I pulled up to the window. Regardless the excuse, if she cannot multitask then she shouldn't bc a manager. PERIOD! If I could give a negative 1 I would , this is not the first time, but the second time I've gone to this establishment and received specifically cold pies. I don't know what it is with them and pies, but they feel like they don't have to warm them up. And I'm only saying that because today I decided to get multiple pies for members of my family and all of them were cold. I proceeded to ask why did I receive cold pies and the person at the window turns around and I'm assuming is the manager or somebody who's in charge about it and they said because it's gonna be 15 minutes to get warm ones or hot ones so instead of them informing me of this when I ordered them they took my order took $17 and some change from me for pies then proceeded to tell me that we gave you cold ones basically because we didn't wanna warm them up or do the 15 minute it takes to cook them, they took my right to say whether or not I want cold or warm pies from me and just assumed I want a cold pies even though they are almost always giving to you hot. This is why this is getting a one star for me because it didn't seem like they care I don't know. if they don't like working there if they don't care if they just think it's funny because the lack of caring was really not there, but seeing the rating for this place, let me know that one nobody checks in from a higher position to even make them do what they're supposed to do and two if you go there and they decided they don't care you're not gonna get the best experience so I recommend not going there if we can't show as a collective that we don't want one star service that would show them but I'm just one person making my complaint. I can't really make anything happen but that's what I would do cause this is ridiculous. The workers were both so sweet. We left the drive thru and realized they missed a few items and returned into the store. They were so kind and sweet they added in a few things for the inconvenience and were just so welcoming and helpful. The woman was the sweetest looked older and spoke Spanish. read more

The service here is terrible. I ordered fries for the drive-up. After waiting 12 minutes I sent inside only to see the manager on her cell phone. As I was waiting for her to actually help me, another individual who shared the same Middle Eastern heritage approached her and he was of course helped first. See I expect terrible service from the so called "24hr" McDonald's on Avocado Blvd because they're in Spring Valley so I can understand that they more than likely have hs kids who can't count and old heads who don't grow up. Checked my food. Fries were over cooked, burnt and very oily. Went inside to swap for fresh fries and they gave me the exact same style of fries, over cooked, burnt and extra oily. If you see the fries coming out that way, change the oil for the fries, it's old and burnt. I don't know if she was the manager but she rolled her eyes when I called her out on the fries and gave me attitude, while I was very polite about the whole situation. Going to McDonald's and get fries you'd expect the golden crisp fries , McDonald's bread and butter. The manager should check her stations instead of taking pictures on Snapchat at the front counter. Big girl at the drive thru handing the food out at around 9:55 9/16 was rude as hell. I pull up and she just rushes and hands me my bag and asks what I want so I ask for hot sauce and ketchup. She just hands me hot sauce and closes the window quickly. I'm like ok whatever I'll ask for ketchup but it takes her awhile to even look back to see I'm still there and she just opens the window and I'm like "can I get ketchup? You only gave me hot sauce" and she grabs some and flings it in my hand like you would flick water at someone with your fingers if that makes sense. Then she just turns around, doing all that without saying a word. So this evening I came in to use the ladies room. Someone using the toilet was violently ill. There was feces all over the toilet bowl and on the walls. Turns out I could hear a young employee not knowing how to clean the feces. I told her I use to take of elderly people who needed assistance because they couldn't control their bowel movements. She said she worked in the kitchen and didn't know how to clean the restroom. She said they don't provide training for cleaning, which makes sense. I always notice how unkempt the restrooms are. She grabbed a cup from my hand and threw it in the garbage because I questioned the amount I was given for an ice cream cone without a cone. She was very rude.
