This girl Jessika with a K is very rude, she will rush you through the order, her attitude was shitty, her tone of voice was mean and sounded like she fucking hated working. I was simply asked did you want to round up your order today and I said no thank you, she proceeds to round up my order. Then on top of that I ordered a LARGE and paid for a LARGE new pineapple freeze she hands me the drink that is in a medium cup and I say this was supposed to be a large and then replies very rudely saying that is the large. If I am paying for a large drink give the large fucking cup with the drink filled to the top. She needs to get demotion, or put into a position where she doesn't have to interact with humans because it's obvious she can't be round other people or she will be a female dog. read more

I payed for a large and got what looked like a medium, compared to the other medium we had. And when we asked, the lady said "that's the large" VERY rudely. Not only that, but my food was made poorly and wrapped horrendously. they covered my food with hot sauce packets even though I only ordered 3 items. Went through the drive through earlier this afternoon. The service was very fast and friendly, the food delicious, and there were no problems at all. They included plenty of mild hot sauces as I had requested and plenty of napkins. I recommend this Taco Bell location. So the girl in the drive thru window with the tattoos and false lashes is RUDE. Every time I go she just rushes you through the order and has a shitty tone of voice. Last time though she was worse than usual. I asked for an extra item at the wi die which I know is shitty and that in being a pain in the ass but when I asked she said "UGHH!" Well I never have a problem with this staff they are all cool and never get my order wrong. I thought I was missing 1 item today which was a chicken quesadilla I didn't know it would be flat on the bottom of the bag I checked thru the other items and thought it wasn't in there. Past 3 visits have all been wrong orders. Got charged for a meal and got the wrong items where I should be spending $8-$12 less. Ordered a Catina box which came out to $13 after tax. Got a Luxe cravings box ($7) with a regular taco (wrong taco & not what I ordered). Shell is stale on the hard taco. Drive through attendant was exceptionally nice. But I also want to make sure I get what I pay for. I usually go to another location in North County and they have been 100% on point with my orders. Been a few months since I last visited this location, but nothing has changed in regards to wasting my money at this location. read more

Missing all sauces and a few items and didn't realize till we got home to eat. I had a surprising nice meal here. I had the $1.39 chicken burrito which had rice, beans, chicken, and cheese. The burrito was on the smaller side, but it was only $1.39. (see pic) The burrito was good and the chicken was tender. I also ordered the regular size supreme nachos for $1.99. (see pic) The nachos were very good as well. They came with nacho cheese, seasoned ground beef, beans, tomatoes, and sour cream. They were tasty for only $1.99. My only concern would be the high sodium levels in their food. I checked out the nutrition levels, and I was surprise how much sodium my little burrito carried. Overall it was a very descent meal for the price. The place was very clean and had good service.
