Well I never have a problem with this staff they are all cool and never get my order wrong. I thought I was missing 1 item today which was a chicken quesadilla I didn't know it would be flat on the bottom of the bag I checked thru the other items and thought it wasn't in there. Went back around and let them know I am missing the item (I thought ) the manager was at the window and basically challenged my statement and asked to see my bag and checked thru it and said "yea see it's right there at the bottom" and threw the bag back at me and said "I know for a fact we made it" bro was basically just calling me a liar , demote thst manager and tell him to relearn customer service . Past 3 visits have all been wrong orders. Got charged for a meal and got the wrong items where I should be spending $8-$12 less. Ordered a Catina box which came out to $13 after tax. Got a Luxe cravings box ($7) with a regular taco (wrong taco & not what I ordered). Shell is stale on the hard taco. Drive through attendant was exceptionally nice. But I also want to make sure I get what I pay for. I usually go to another location in North County and they have been 100% on point with my orders. It's nice they hire special needs people at this location but make sure you check your order. We did an order through the app and our receipt taped to the bag was the only thing correct. Missing all sauces and a few items and didn't realize till we got home to eat. We called them and Dale wanted me to pack my family up and drive back to get missed items without compensation for their screw up. The food was a disappointment today the person in the kitchen must have been a new hire because my 5 layer cheesy burrito was nothing but too much tortilla and beans. What can I say it's Taco Bell and I ate good. My combo burrito with beans and meat was good and a good ol taco hit the spot. Remodeled and looking good. And they have 2 gender neutral restrooms. Its been a while since I was last here and when asked the worker said it's been 2 months since remodeling. The rock musics was softly playing so I'm rocking out to Knocking On Heavens Doors now. They took things I like off the menu- they USED to be able to improvise, and they would happily do so, but now if I ask about it they snap my head off. What's worse, about 80% of the time, they get my order wrong. I had to wait in a HUGE line multiple times bc they messed up my order and the lobby was closed! I had a surprising nice meal here. I had the $1.39 chicken burrito which had rice, beans, chicken, and cheese. The burrito was on the smaller side, but it was only $1.39. (see pic) The burrito was good and the chicken was tender. I also ordered the regular size supreme nachos for $1.99. (see pic) The nachos were very good as well. They came with nacho cheese, seasoned ground beef, beans, tomatoes, and sour cream. They were tasty for only $1.99. My only concern would be the high sodium levels in their food. I checked out the nutrition levels, and I was surprise how much sodium my little burrito carried. Overall it was a very descent meal for the price. The place was very clean and had good service. Third time I was charged for nachos instead of cinnamon twists in my order and they gave me the cinnamon twists and no nachos. The staff is lazy and I was given tap water when I ordered bottle water and told "oh it doesn't come with that" when it's come with it at every other Taco Bell. The manager there Gina, or Regina couldn't understand her name over her attitude and screaming is unfortunately an unpleasant person to be working in customer service. My order was incomplete and tried explaining it calmly and she kept yelling over me that all my food was in the bag, when in actuality it wasn't. Her attitude was no unnecessary, I never said anything offensive I just wanted my food haha. Some people should just not work with people.
