We did our first online Uber Eats dinner tonight! It was not as easy as I thought it might be. We finally settled on Panda, we know the menu it made it a little easier. We ordered chow mien, orange chicken and mushroom chicken, and chicken egg rolls, all of which was amazingly good. The food was very fresh, flavorful, and enjoyable. When it arrived it was still hot, and saucy. The chicken egg roll was crispy and delish I! We will try online ordering again. Had such a great experience at this Panda Express! I was having a rough day and had placed a pickup order, but the moment I walked in, I was immediately greeted by everyone. It honestly made me feel so welcome. Even while I was waiting and there was someone ahead of me, another employee stopped what she was doing just to make sure I was taken care of. Because of how friendly and welcoming the staff was, I decided to eat there instead. The restaurant was super clean and organized, and the service was smooth from start to finish. This is my FAVORITE Panda Express location ever! Main reason is the staff. Every location has the same food, but no other location has staff as wonderful as this one. It's my birthday today and they all made sure to make it special for me. I felt so honored and grateful when I opened my to-go pickup at home. The staff had written birthday wishes for me and I was overjoyed and gushing with gratitude. This feels like the best birthday ever solely because the staff here made my day. The service could have been better. I have never had an issue with asking for extra sauce packets. The young lady working that night brought it on herself to limit and said I can only have 2 sauce packets for a 3 item combo. I then attempted to pay for an extra sauce packet and was told she's not allowed, I have never experienced such a thing at any other panda around here. I guess the employees can pick and choose how to address customers and their needs. Either way the food was disappointing, cold and nasty and made me sick. Definitely won't be going back to this location ever again. Definitely wasn't worth the price or the upset stomach. The employees need to be trained how to be consistent. These young people working are so unprofessional and have no respect. There should be a standard when working for the public. read more

5/21/25 Newer & getting lunch. Drive-thru! Nice new building. They didn't have brown rice or chicken potstickers. Two Black Pepper Steak Panda Bowls ordered with white rice and extra hot sauce on the side. Nobody in line. The worker was kind. Paid for and received! Quick! Lunchtime! My bowl was okay. The little bit I had tasted good, especially with the hot sauce, but very little meat and veggies. A good amount of rice and that was good. Mother was Very disappointed. At Location 5-15-25 Every-time a customer made a purchase all employees yelled. Constant Screaming and Yelling by employees. Person in Panda suit comes out and employees start screaming again. Had to leave - TOO LOUD. What would management do if an Autistic child came in ? What about someone with Hearing Aids ? - Complete ignorance. Please !!! Do your Team building exercises before or after business hours. Like every other retailer. Could not even stay to order !!! Making complaint with City if Clovis and Health Department. This is not a safe public environment. Was really looking forward to the opening of this location and the jobs it created - however it was a complete let down. Horrible location small portions rude customer service everything was empty they wait around to make the food I saw a platter with 2 pieces of chicken and a lot of vegetables that ridiculous they were checking the temperatures instead of just making more food they stand around talking to each other instead of refilling platters and cleaning the tables that's not okay the girls at the counter are rude they have attitude for no reason I can tell why it's empty most of the time with that service and the way you have to wait around for food is ridiculous read more

Were frequent flyers at this location. The food is consistent but we return because of the team. The girls are always so kind, music is easy to listen to and the restaurant is clean. Make note that the bathroom is for customers only and a team member has to escort you - not my fav. The person "Rick B" or something like that is being over dramatic. The place is doing its grand opening everyone is excited! If you can't handle it go somewhere else. ANYWAYS the grand opening was amazing! Great vibes music blasting and nothing but happy and energetic workers! The food was amazing I had the chicken egg rolls and whoever made them made them with LOVE!! As you walk inside the store a breath of Pandas delicious appetizers are in the air brewing as you walking in and you can't help but not know what you're gonna order because everything you know is gonna be so tasty and delicious with all their spices in the flavors bursting from your mouth. You really are excited by the time you get to the window and there you go you get a friendly smile and bright eyes waiting on you to order not only that but they were sweet and kind and would be on their way to make sure that I was able to use my app which I really appreciate it because I just got out of the hospital. I wasn't feeling so well and they came with bright smiles and happy faces to serve me and I thought that was really super cool. it was my first timing in here. It looks like it's pretty brand new but definitely the place to go if you're hungry and you wanna eat somewhere that is clean the bathrooms were excellent. Finally tried this location for lunch. Took a really long time to get the food, 15+ minutes. Food was super cold and tasted old. If you told me it was microwaved left overs from night before, I'd believe you. The chowmein was disgusting, dry, and zero flavor/taste. STOP YELLING INSIDE. We ordered dine in, and had to immediately have them put our food into to go bag, due to constant yelling, apparently with each new order.
