It just took very long to get our food and get out of the drive thru line. I went here a month later thinking ok they have been around a little longer now. I ordered my food online and the app said my meal should be ready in 4-7min. I paid with a card and I went thru the drive through line which took me an hour of sitting in line I gave them my name. And they told Me to pull into a numbered parking space which I waited another 20min. After being in line for now 1 hour and 20min. I went inside and gave my name again. The staff just told me my name was on the screen and they were working on it. I had literally waited over an hour for one burger I ordered through the mobile app and tried to pick up myself. I got in line at 745pm and I received my food at 9:15pm. The staff came out and stated she noticed my car had been sitting out there for a while and came to check to see what my order was. She went back inside and asked the staff to make my food on the fly.

Any parent knows that moment of panic--when your child suddenly reacts to something in their food, starts crying, and you have no idea what they just ate. It's scary, upsetting, and completely unacceptable. I reported it to customer service, and this location told me to email the manager. I did--and never heard a single word back. I followed up with customer service again and was given the same response, with no resolution. At this point, it's not just disappointing--it's unacceptable. The sourdough melt was very tasty as well which I wasn't expecting a beef patty with sauté onions in between. I was only expecting cheddar cheese and the sourdough bread. Boy was I wrong. I got it with their onion rings over the fries. It was crispy on the outside and smooth on the inside as each one was delicious. A bowl of their regular chili was wonderful and they also offer chili supreme as well. Lastly, the turtle sundae was cold and refreshing. Like other fast food restaurants, everything is MTO but the only difference is that Culver's products are fresh and not frozen. They also bring your food tray to your table as when you place your order, you are given a number sign. The customer service from cashier, BOH, FOH and on the floor was outstanding! My cashier named Trinity was very energetic, friendly and patient. After my experience with this first time visit, I can't wait until the one in Virginia opens because it will definitely be worth the drive.
