Do not go to this location if you want to have good customer service and you want to be in and out. The person taking orders named Rainbow C was EXTREMELY rude without me doing a single thing other than exist. We waited forever to get our food. When we got to the window we sat while we watched a ton of other food come up but for some reason wasn't ours. Minutes go by and finally she opens the window and whips the bag out the window, not looking at me at all. I grab the bag and my boyfriend says thank you and her response is "BYE" in a very aggressive and rude way. Last night I had Cookout for the first time and can say I had higher expectations, based on things I've heard from friends as well as some Yelp reviews. Yes, the prices are great and orders are completed quickly, but is the quality and quantity still there? We ordered two meals and an extra side of cheese fries. I chose the 1/4 lb. Cheeseburger meal with Onion Rings and Cole Slaw. The burger patty was good, and chargrilled which gave it some good flavor. But the patty was quite tiny. As for the sides, loved the only rings but I only got four. Is that truly a side? Second combo was two hot dogs with nuggets and Cajun fries. The Cajun fries were seasoned well and good me the dogs were fine. The highlight for me was my peanut butter shake. OMG, so good. So, from what I was told they definitely skimped on the meals, as there used to be a lot more. Not a huge deal for me, but I would probably just stick with a shake next time, and get my food elsewhere. read more

Ordered two late night meals for our dinner and pulled around to pay; I checked the bag and there was onion rings instead of the hush puppies I ordered. Brought this to the attention of the young man who had taken the order only to be confronted by a lady who acted like she was a manager. She tried to tell me what I had ordered and that she had taken my order. Nope - I know exactly what I ordered and who I had placed the order with - a young teenage boy. This lady was argumentative and did not represent the Cook Out brand. I'm sorely disappointed that this situation occurred and plan not to return based on this one lady's interaction and demeanor. Half of the people are wearing masks. Instead on calming down inside the store they ask you to yell at the drive through speaker. I go through drive thru with two separate orders and they messed one up and the other order was a horribly horribly made quesadilla. Oh, I am afraid even to write about Cook Out. I gained 20 pounds last year with their crackshakes...I mean milkshakes. My standard is the Oreo cookie shake, but every now and then, I'd mix it up with a cobbler shake or a crazy chocolate cherry kind of thing. You also can't go wrong with the peanut butter fudge option...and add bananas to the peanut butter fudge, and you have something spectacular... Cook Out may not have the greatest service, and other than milkshakes and french fries, there is absolutely nothing for vegetarians...but it matters not. There is no better milkshake in the world...nowhere, ever. I'm not exaggerating. Perhaps it's not quite proper to call them milkshakes, as you can't really suck them through a straw. It's spoon-only. The wait time was actually pretty quick. That was the only good part. When we got to the window, we were rudely greeted. I asked about a few items on the menu and was given very short and smart ass responses. This lady wasn't wearing a name tag so I could tell you her name. We got some eye rolls when I asked for extra napkins. I was told their shakes were amazing. And if you like crappy shakes that aren't mixed at all, then this place is for you! I ordered a chocolate cherry shake. (Awful and not mixed at all) my husband ordered a vanilla shake (not mixed)... so what's the point of a "milk shake"?!? Complete disappointment. As you can see in the picture my shake was over flowing and making a mess ALL OVER my car. That was the reason to ask for extra napkins. Didn't realize responding to a few questions was so challenging for this lady. Definitely not someone to keep on staff. My husband ordered a hotdog all the way.
