Employees really make a restaurant. I went back to this restaurant a few days later to order the exact same thing. ( new crew working). the cook or the manager who was working was very rude and unprofessional. I asked to have the sandwich made a certain way he told me it's too late, even though he was still cooking the food. He said, "I can't get it done; it would be messy." my request was simply to have the pepperoni chopped up. read more

I stopped by on Tuesday, 12-7-21 to get lunch for my dad. It was his 1st meal after a medical procedure. He LOVES Jersey Mike's big kahuna! He was saying #56 before we walked in. I didn't catch the name of the lady who took our order (older of the 2 women), but she took care of us. My dad wanted some extra spice on his sub. I didn't think he needed it, but we wanted to give him what he wanted. She agreed to add a light amount; think it was something like ctr (a red condiment). She made sure the guy who made my dad's sub only added a light amount. They were busy as it was lunchtime. I saw the employees juggling delivery orders, bulk orders, & walk-ins. By the time my dad was ready to go, his order was ready. It may have already been ready. The lady who took our order apologized for not getting our name. read more

NO. Just no. This location needs some help. I go to Jersey Mike's all over the city and some are better than others. This one needs some help as it is VERY inconsistent with the other locations. There is a large shared parking lot but it could use some clean-up as there is a lot of debris in the lot. I went inside and it took a few minutes for someone to ask what I wanted to order. I could tell all of the staff was fresh out of high-school or college and they were quite playful with each other which was very distracting. I ordered a tuna sub and some chips with lettuce and tomato. When I saw the sandwich, I had to ask for more everything as it looked like something you would give to a child. Where is the standard measure? Sadly, when I got home, I opened my sandwich and was so disappointed. It was so sloppy and the tuna was so soupy it was unpleasant. I'm usually a pretty big fan of Jersey Mike's cheesesteaks and subs, but the one I got today was kind of mediocre. Also, when I went to check out, the cashier told me they only had bottled drinks, no soda fountain. Turns out, when I went to get my bottled drink, the selection was also very limited. Basically only water, one flavor of Gatorade, Sierra Mist, or Mountain Dew....oh, and Diet Coke I think. The guy who made my cheesesteak was very friendly so that was a plus, but it I've had better food and drinks at other Jersey Mikes locations. read more

Standard, busy lunch sub shop. It's a bit cramped and chaotic at the noon rush, but the folks behind the counter are friendly and quick, putting orders together like sandwich cheetahs or something. Coworker and I were in and out in less than 15 minutes, and there were at least half a dozen folks in line ahead of us when we walked in. I don't recommend staying here to eat, but if you have a limited lunch break and just need a quick bite to keep you going, this place will have you back to work in no time. read more

They offer Gluten-free bread! They cleaned the slicer and changed gloves for me when I ordered GF sub, which I appreciated. Although the cleaning of the slicer takes a couple minutes. Good service and tasty subs, so I recommend this place for a quick bite during the work day. read more

I always loved jersey mikes! Their subs are always fresh and flavorful. When I moved this one was my closest one and thankfully still keeps the great standards of other Jersey Mike's I've been to. This place is always clean, the staff is always friendly. I usually go around dinner time and it's never a line but I'm sure they have busy moments. The phillys are always freshly made on the grill and the buffalo chicken philly is one of my favs! The Italian is my favorite cold sub and you MUST order it mike's way to get the full effect! read more

People really like this place. They have a shared parking lot with small parking spaces. I went there on a week day to go to lunch. They were pretty packed. The staff were nice and the place was well lit and appeared clean. I had the California hot sub. It was grilled chicken. I didn't see them skin the chicken. Other review rave about it being freshly made. The food was okay. Not tasty or delicious just plain. I was not impressed, but people appear to like this place like I said it was a long line. Compared to potbellies, subway, or Quiznos it wasn't that good and it's my interpretation. I don't think I will return. read more

Awful Philly Steak and Cheese. I absolutely love Jersey Mike's but this location made me wish I'd gone anywhere else. The meat was over cooked, onions and peppers were not cooked into the meat just on the sandwich with no heat, with so much cheese that it didn't get hot enough to melt. I ordered lettuce and tomato he didn't put it in the sandwich just slapped the meat between the bread. The other employee unwrapped my sandwich and added the lettuce and tomato. Thank goodness this location is open on Saturdays... .this location is close to my house, normally i visit the steel creek location (too far). Sandwiches I would recommend...#13!!! My personally favorite since highschool, Freshman year and forward. My family always order from here....No Tea No Shade, but publixs has nothing on Jersey Mikes Bread. I'm not into carbs really, the texture of publixs white bread requires a little pull. Gasp....i'm getting Episodic about bread.... Anywho. So first let me say when I first came in 20 min before close I felt so rushed when I knew that shouldn't be the case and when being rushed my girlfriend that I went with is vegetarian, she didn't want any meat on her sandwich. So they switched up our orders and messed that up. On the other hand you would think this sub place is sanitary when they weren't wiping down counters before making our sandwiches. Just threw a fresh made sub straight in the trash after witnessing the guy touch and adjust his sweaty homemade dirty face mask no less than 5 times during the assembly of my sandwich. $14 down the drain. C'mon people, what's the point of changing your gloves if you are going to immediately contaminate the gloves and then handle food. So came back here two days later and had the opposite of my first experience. Walked in to the employees getting into a argument with the grubhub guy then he walked out calling them a gay slur. They continued to curse and talk about beating his a** the whole time I was in there which was a long time because they were super slow. There was no time management both of them just doing one thing and then stopping to start something else. When I asked for onions there was a hand full left in the bin he stopped making the sub and was gone for 15mins getting more onions while the line pilled up behind me. Geesh. This place gets packed at lunch! Thank goodness this location takes online orders! That's normally what I do...so I can just walk in cut the line and pick up my sandwich. But if you do try to go during the lunch rush my only advice is to go early! So my favorite thing about the place? The bread. I'm not sure what makes it so good but I absolutely love it. And what's my favorite sandwich? That's easy it's the #13 Original Italian which comes with provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni. Busy lunch time at this location. I ordered a Big Kahuna, regular size. Paid for the order. Sat down with my buddy who had ordered an Original Italian at the same time as I ordered my sandwich I waited 10 minutes, no Big Kahuna. I talked to the checkout gal, she said they were working on it, though she knew that I knew the cook had missed my order. No big deal, we were not in a hurry. So I returned to our table. In minutes, my sandwich was ready. I picked up my sandwich and sat down. They called me back to the counter and handed me a voucher for a free sandwich. What a nice gesture! Especially since I did not ask for it nor anything else free because they had messed up. It happens. They also let me have a second bag of chips for the inconvenience. (I had finished the first bag while waiting.) What a great place. The Big Kahuna was awesome. But the customer service is top notch! For the next 3.5 weeks I am staying at a hotel across the parking lot. You can bet that I will be back to this Jersey Mike's many times during my extended stay. Thanks! read more

This really is the best sub in Charlotte. Fresh bread and plentiful deli meat sliced before your eyes. They have incredibly friendly staff and even cherry pepsi (I'm a sucker for it!) Plus, they do a lot for Breast Cancer Research -and I love a company that gives back. The only subs that beat it in my opinion are DiBella's in Buffalo - just because they have an everything (like the bagel) roll. Yes, you read the correctly....mmm. That aside, order a club Mikes Way and hit the gym after- you will not be disappointed! As an fyi they also sell TastyKakes for those from the Jersey region. I was reluctant to try Jersey Mike's for so long, ignoring the advice of my co-workers, thinking that I had a "superior NY sandwich palate." Subway and other chain delis fed my thoughts that I would never ever ever enjoy any sandwich coming from a chain deli restaurant. Welp... I couldn't have been more wrong. I'm literally addicted to Jersey Mike's. #9 Club Supreme Mike's way + pickles and mayo is the way to go. The bread is baked nice every time - crispy yet doughy on the inside. Plus the call ahead is fantastic and really quick. All meats and toppings are super fresh and piled high. I'm never hungry after having a regular size sub. So quick story... I work very close to this location and I happened to be working the day after July 4th, Friday 7/5. I placed an order online at 4pm (really late lunch) not realizing they closed at 3pm that particular day because of the holiday. So my debit card was charged, but no sandwich. I called up next day and they were really sorry for the situation and gave me a refund right away over the phone. I spoke to the manager again the next time in and he gave me a free sub no questions asked! Ironically, the manager was named Mike... major kudos to you!
