The worst employees ever. Went in on a Sunday afternoon and there were no customers in line, but 6 people behind the counter. Waited 5 minutes before I was acknowledged and my order was taken. Then when I went to the cashier she thought it was more important to fill up the sauce packets than cash me out. The kicker was when I got home I noticed she overcharged me for my egg roll. Absolutely terrible, never going back. They deserve to go out of business. read more

Horrible location. No lids for bowls to go. Got a small drink & wanted Dr Pepper, it was out. Tried Sierra Mist, it was out. Brought it to their attention & was told they were out of both. Really? The worst customer service I've ever experienced. An employee named Blessen reacted with eye rolling and giggling when we told her our string bean chicken was cold. We called the manager over and Blessen proceeded to continue being rude and inconsiderate. While we were letting the manager know what happened, she kept interrupting and saying "bye-bye". Horrible is a huge under exaggeration of this sub-par fast food facility. Ordered food through the drive through tonight and arrived at 9, 30 minutes prior to closing. Was "greeted" by a rude and highly unprofessional employee whom even told us when we were ordering our drink, "we have no ice, we're about to close. I guess we could go to Walmart to get your ice if you really want that drink". 30 minutes of a wait later we received our food. Arrived home and to my dismay my order was horrendously mistaken. I ordered STEAMED VEGGIES. I didn't know steamed veggies looked like chopped up burnt chicken. The item they threw into my panda bowl looked like left over chicken that they were likely just going to throw away anyways since they were about to close. Worst part? The store is closed and I can't go back to fix my order. Stay away from this establishment. The management staff must train their employees to treat customers poorly. I ordered my food through the drive through and specifically asked for extra teriyaki sauce for my teriyaki chicken I ordered with my plate. ( usually they don't give you much in those little cups ) When I got my food and drove home I notice they didn't give me any extra at all. In fact they made it a joke to give me less than a teaspoon full in the cup. When I called to talk to a manager, the employee who answered the phone was laughing telling her manager that I wanted to talk to her not realizing I could still hear her then she put me on hold after realizing that. She must have been the one who played this joke. I could understand if a customer was being rude and obnoxious you wouldn't feel like helping them. But when someone has been nothing but polite just asking for extra teriyaki sauce. Then you turn around and joke about it and do the exact opposite , then laugh when the person "YOU" did wrong calls and ask to speak to your manager. Chuckling saying he wants to talk to the manager. It's not funny. Makes me question what you do to the food before people get it. You must do dirty things to food and laugh about it for people not knowing what they are about to eat. Usually had good food at this location in Buckeye, Arizona, but not tonight. The staff was pretty good but no one greeting as as we can in or while asking for our order, they just stood there waiting for us to order. Very bad customer service. They dished up our food and it sat on the counter for 11 minutes. There were so many orders, between the drive thru and walk ins that people the cashier ( one person) couldn't keep up. When I asked for my cold rice to be replaced with hot rice the girl just stood there for a moment then left to go talk to another girl. Then they both looked at me. All the tables and floors were dirty except one. No one came out during the time to clean either. Regarding the Orange Chicken, I noticed that not all of the pieces had chicken in it, a lot was just batter. Disgusting. I will never go back to and of the Panda Express restaurants. What a miserable excuse for customer service! I placed a large to go order a few weeks back on my way home from the doctors office. I am in a wheelchair and was taken to this Panda Express in a wheelchair transport van. I got the order home and realized I was missing 3 egg rolls, so I called and spoke to the shift manager (cannot remember her name) and she remembered me and knew the egg rolls were not placed in the bag and asked me to come back to get them. I explained that I can only come when I have wheelchair transport for appointments and the driver is nice enough to stop for me, so at that time, I was unable to come back out right away to retrieve the missing egg rolls (which they forgot to put in the bag, but charged me for anyways) so she said she would replace them on my next visit. I called today to speak with her but she was off today. I spoke with the store manager, Nikoin, and explained the issue, to which he REFUSED to replace the egg rolls and could not have cared less that I was disabled and unable to come back that same day. Are you kidding me right now? I spent over $50 that day, and I go to this Panda Express at least once a week. I cannot believe they would treat me this way. I was sending someone to place an order to feed 14 people today and just wanted what I paid for last time and did not receive but after this, I will NEVER go back to this location again! I will take my business elsewhere, where I am treated with dignity and respect! read more

Tonight my order was incorrect and when I called LEANN (shift manager) stated that if I did not immediately return that they would not give me then HONEY WALNUT SHRIMP that was left out of my order. I told her that it was 30 minutes round trip and I had children to get ready for bed and school tomorrow so I could not come back tonight to have them correct their mistake but I could return tomorrow. LEANN (shift manager) stated that if I did not return immediately that it was against PANDA EXPRESS STORE policy to correct the order. I asked her how that was fair to mess up my order plus charge my $1.25 extra for HONEY WALNUT SHRIMP and not replace it. She stated it was not her problem. I asked again for the store manager and she said she was the only manager there at this time and that was how it was. I told her I was reporting her to head office and wanted the phone number/ She placed me on hold for over 5 minute but did give me 1-800-877-8988 to call tomorrow. I will return to Store # 2013 on Watson Road in Buckeye Arizona tomorrow to see if she is the ONLY manager plus call the head office to report the crappy service. read more

My visit on 11/2 was the worst restaurant visit I have had in years. It took 5 minutes of just standing there with no one in front of us to get served (7:48pm) and then only after I asked rather loudly if we could place an order. In the 5 minutes we stood there, the servers seemed to be more interested in other things than serving customers. Once someone did decide to wait on us, they pulled most of the order and then just sat it on the line. After 2 more minutes, I asked what the hold up was. "Oh, we are waiting for the Sweet & Sour Chicken to come up." He then turned and walked away! I got his attention again and asked how long. "It will be about 8 minutes." he replied as I saw the cook load chicken into his wok. There was some Sweet & Sour Chicken on the line by the way. I told him I was tired of waiting and give me the mushroom chicken instead. He did that and moved the order down to the cashier. Apparently it wasn't her best day either. We waited another 2 minutes to pay. Meanwhile I see the manager running around with a plate getting food for himself and totally oblivious to the poor customer service his customers were receiving. When we got to the table, the food was cold. the chicken was overcooked (rubbery), the Crab rangoons were burned and the vegetables looked like they were in a stew rather than steamed. Needless to say, we won't be going back to that store anytime soon. To top it off, the survey code on the receipt doesn't work. So Panda Express, if you read this review, I would like to hear from management as I have more input for you and your store. read more

We have been to this location several times. We don't recommend this location. The quality of food and service are the reasons we won't eat here anymore. We ordered Honey Walnut Shrimp and paid extra and it wasn't even cooked properly. We also order teriyaki chicken for our picky eater and couldn't even get teriyaki because they had stopped "cooking", and it wasn't even 9pm and didn't inform us that there was none... just expected us to eat the food without it. When I went to ask for it, I had 4 different associates walk past me multiple times and look at me and ignore me. After standing there for 5 minutes, somebody finally addressed me. Apparently cleaning the restaurant over an hour before closing is more important than helping a customer who's food is getting cold. The staff is not friendly nor helpful, and I recommend the chain get a handle on this restaurant before they lose long time customers. They definitely need better management. read more

Not pleased the staff sprayed cleaner near us while dining. The staff wanted to close the dining room at exactly 9:30. We still had 15 minutes before closing. We were the only patrons in dining room and staff members decided to clean right next to us, adding cleaning mist and smell to our dinner. Trust me Panda we were in a hurry too! We would have been gone by the time you locked doors but instead you made us feel very unwelcome.
