I got the sausage croissant sandwich this morning and the sausage patty was old and dry it looks like leather. It had a weird smell to it so I ended up removing it from the sandwich and just having an egg croissant sandwich. The gentleman working the drive through was extremely nice and had more energy that I've seen anyone have that early in the morning. He is the only reason you get two stars. read more

I'm still here waiting for the order that mind you was placed ahead of time on DoorDash. I'm the only one in the lobby. So far 3 people standing around on their phones. The cooks in the back dancing The girl with the pimple patches is rude she could be the manager idk. And the time it took me to write this my order is still not ready and I've been here about 17 minutes already. read more

Wait time was so long. No people in the drive thru and the wait time was like 20 minutes just sitting there. Service needs to be improved!

My whole experience at this location was trash. Adriana R. Gave horrible customer service, she was rushing when taking the order after anything I ordered she replied "anything else" with an irritated attitude. Waited in line for 20 minutes to get a Jumbo Jack that was torn apart. This needs to be addressed. Food is not cheap to get the food this way. The workers are busy, yes. But after a long day it's easy to stop by. Customer service is everything. It should be instilled in all workers, perhaps a customer service training class. read more

at 10:00 pm the last thing a person wants to do is request an item, twice, pull ahead while waiting for food only to not get the item, send their 12 year old inside to get it, where he isn't assisted for a frustrating amount of time, to get that item... then arrive home and realize they forgot something else you ordered and paid for. Am I supposed to go collect that $ now that I'm home and it's discovered, or eat the poor service and money lost due to negligence? poor experience overall. read more

i had came in today around 2pm ish and i overheard what it look like an older lady (looks to be a manager) arguing with a younger man. it was very unprofessional she had all of her employees there while she was going back and forth with this kid. It's unacceptable and i felt unwelcomed, never have i ever witnessed something so disturbing before i was waiting for my food for about 10-15 minutes while this was going on. there was multiple people in the lobby area as well as a bunch of people in the back while this was happening this is very unprofessional behavior never will i come back to a jib especially the one in watson i thought the fighting with younger people stayed in phx smh!!!! they don't even deserve any stars at all there's always something wrong with this jack in the box. really need to check who you hire seriously. read more

Every time I order Sprite here, it tastes like ZOTE soap, like actual laundry detergent. I've had this happen multiple times and it's never been fixed. Ordered Chicken sandwich and large fries and it made me feel sick after. Avoid if possible.

Nasty!!! I live a good 15 minutes away from this location... decided unfortunately that this is what I wanted to have for dinner. Ordered 2 burgers and 1 chicken sandwich and 2 curly fries/ stuffed jalapeños for a grand total of $46 a bit much for that but ok. They hand me my food and they act like here is all ur order so hurry and leave the window. I leave get home and no chicken sandwich so i have a family member with no food. As for the rest of the food we did get omg disgusting i believe the curly fries and jalapeños were probably sitting around for a while and lucky ne got them in my order...soggy, cold as ice and just plain nasty. The sourdough bread was never even placed on the skillet was literally taken out the bag and wrapped. Then I call to tell them i didnt get a sandwich in my order no answer after the 4th try finally brenda answers and says "oh yeah we just realized we have your sandwich" she said ask for brenda for a refund. I drive back another 15 minutes for them to give me a nasty ass chicken sandwich which what they should have given me was my money back for the bad food abs driving back and forth. Never going there again and definitely do not recommend the food or service read more

My food was supposed to be ready about 10 minutes ago, I've been patient and kind. Waited until 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be picked up to even drop the food. They didn't wear gloves while making the food, he didn't wash his hands before touching the food. I've asked for help and gotten ignored. The girls were sweet but they were leaving, and the gentleman with the tattoos and longer hair was yelling at the girls as they were trying to leave for the day. They kept telling him, we have been like this all day, if you want just stop selling it (whatever it was), but then the guy kept going on yelling at the girls, and they asked him to stop because there were people in the lobby. That's when he screamed and I quote "I DONT GIVE A FUCK" and the girls left very upset and apologized. Overall bad experience, I will not be coming back, I will not be using DoorDash pick up as it did me no good whatsoever. It's uncalled for, and I just wanted my food on my way home, so I ordered in advance for no reason. Also not to mention the drive thru got their food a heck of a lot faster then someone that's waited now 20 minutes for their food in the lobby of the restaurant. Very, very disheartening. read more

Negative Stars I want to leave a Negative Star on this location. First of all. We ordered 30 mins in advance so once we arrived everything was ready for pick up. But No. my husband went inside and we had to wait another 30-40 mins for our food because the staff doesn't know how to behave and act like a human! They are yelling at each other like there's no one around. This is disgusting!!!! Disturb!!!!! Very Unprofessional!!!!!!! read more

Most definitely don't recommend this jack in the box they make you wait so they can win a competition thru jack this is absolutely insane how they allowed this nonsense Iv worked jack in the box before and know there policies this is completely unacceptable I bet if we all came in and demanded to speak with upper management I'm sure we wouldn't be dealing with this situation read more

The Food was great, the service speed was alright but great customer service, would go again.

Jack in the box really needs to have their employees work on their customer service it's very absurd the amount of times I've come here and the employee who gets my order treats people. Today I went in to get a meal and the employee Brenda had said only taking cash at first and then changed her answer to no I said card and was arguing with me and my husband about it. Then she proceeded to throw my meal in the bag and gave it to me in such a mess. read more

DO NOT EAT HERE- NO GLOVES I walked into the store on 8/21 about 10pm to pick up a door dash order & see a tall white male from the dining rooms view making tacos with no gloves on, touching ready to eat food. Who knows when the last time he washed his hands was. Where is the manager? How is any staff just okay with seeing a coworker touch food or other bare hands? Disgusting. Worst Jack in the Box ever! They never ever get your order right. There's always something missing.

I live for jack in the box I used to choose them over any other fast food restaurant but ever since they changed the type of bread they use eww not liking the whole buttery jack... also in this location I order a jr jumbo jack and when I got home I opened up my burger and there was no meat just lettuce tomato Mayo and ketchup.... I was shocked my bf had to drive back and told them they forgot the meat and the guy working the kitchen tried telling the cashier that my bf was lying? The audacity... my bf ended up asking for a free soda for making him drive back and they did give it to him and gave him a new burger. I am a frequent flyer to Jack in the box because I like certain menu items. However today I went twice for DoorDash and both times the service was terrible. Stems from the Manager working. Attitudes and negative energy swarming the place.
