I ordered on the app went to pick up food and got home to two items missing and I wanted no ketchup on burger and it was covered in ketchup. Went there and the lobby was closed but drive through open. Another day went back, lobby was open but the dining area was so dirty; oily fingerprints on the chairs, dirty table tops, messy floor. People were standing in the back. One employee was trying to go to the lobby with a rag to clean and he was told to stay behind the counter. Poor kid looked confused. I went through the drive through to pick up a door dash order at 130 am I was yelled that we are supposed to come inside I pulled up and she gave me an attitude ! I asked her if I could just get it here. She stopped off looked around the corner and told me she didn't even have the order remind you it's been over 15 minutes by the time I pulled up ... a red car was in front of me turned out to be one of her guy friends that pulled away to the other side to not even come in to wait for her in the car ... she gets back to me and states I have 2 choices I can get out of her drive through or she calling the police ... I go inside where she has more friends yelling out me cause I waited over another 20 minutes and still no food.... Then she told me she was not serving me and I left .... It's nothing but a party for young teens and a boyfriend that gets to skid out through the drive through. .. and not to mention a box of food that fell on the floor but she gave it to someone order because the food didn't fall out !!!! Every time I come to this location I am disappointed. Today a young girl took my order and I gave her a coupon code. She said the coupon would apply at the window, when I reached the window she asked for my card and I assumed she would apply my coupon. After reviewing my receipt I asked her why she did not apply my coupon her responses was "you didn't give me the coupon physically" I told her "I have the coupon right here, you never asked after I already gave you the code". She threw her hands up in the air as if she didn't know what to do for me. I kindly said never mind and asked for ranch with my order she drops half of the ranch on the floor because her nails were about 2" long then slams the window shut. The young people that work at these restaurants need training on customer service. I spent $40 and felt like crap leaving that place. Went back, asked for the rest of our food ( 2 tacos ), they told us it would be awhile, we waited, and 5 min later 2 tacos were in a bag for us. It's JITB. The food tastes like any other Jack in the box. The staff are freaking awesome, I love them and they joke and smile and make going to the drive thru fun. The MANAGER was very rude and said some very inappropriate things along the lines of "Thanks for ordering a big order, we only have three people working and that made our day so thank you for that!" In the many years I have lived in Buckeye I have never been satisfied with service or food I could go on and on about my bad experiences at this location but it's funny how a few GREAT experiences help you to forget. The last 4 times I have been here a young man by the name of James welcomes me over the drive thru, he takes our order perfectly while not making me feel rushed but also getting us in and out in a timely manner. Me and my daughter LOVE to hear James on the other end as for some reason he brightens our day. Good job James!!!! He is the most positive, friendly kid with such a positive ambitious personality. This kids going to do the world good. Jack in the box for now but much bigger plans for his future I am sure if it! Went through drive through and my husband wanted to change his order at the window. The lady was very nice and quickly updated the order. But when we pulled up to the second window it was a different story. The young man who handed us our food was EXTREMELY RUDE.
