This is the worst Panda Express let alone fast food experience I've had. I work nearby and come here at least 3times a week and the management staff definitely needs to be changed as they do nothing and just bark at there employees to do things they probably don't know how to do and the mean expressions on there face as well .this is a huge red flag being a manager myself at my place of work. I would never treat employees like that. I'm standing in line right now and it's dinner time and they are short staffed unbelievable for a multi million dollar company that's been in business for years you would think they would understand scheduling. I have been counting and I have been in line For 20mins already Also just a quick tip when your slammed it doesn't mean work faster and give us smaller portions it is ridiculous what a shame the building itself is very nice but the staff and service make this place definitely one star in the restaurant business customers are always right! Wow and after I get my food they don't ask if I need soy sauce or hot sauce smh and I had to grab the tray for the cashier form behind the counter cause as soon as she took my money she just walks way. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The girl was rude and somehow they are "out of rice". That's literally one of your bases how are you out of rice. I was charged 30 cents more for just an "entree" instead of a bowl like I ordered. Would not recommend and will not be back. read more

I went in to get a plate I asked for chowmain noodles and mushrooms chicken and orange chicken, the mushrooms chicken looked old and burnt, so I asked for kou pong chicken there wasn't enough so I waited for fresh. Well I got home only to find they gave me someone else's dinner with broccoli, we can't eat broccoli, the food had burnt pieces, once again I'm disappointed in this place, plus they hardly put any in my plate so disappointing. Probably the best Panda Express in town. I'm glad there is one on this side of town. I only ever come here when they open because I know that's when food will be the freshest. Employees are nice and fast. They even offer to make fresh entree's for me if something has sat for a while. There is hardly any crowds here which is a plus. They have a drive thru which I have yet to use so can't tell you if you're going to wait long or not. read more

We went there tonight to dine in but couldn't because it was colder inside the store than it was outside. We asked the server if they could adjust the thermostat to warm the place up to a tolerable level. She said it was because the drive-thru window was open. I told her we were standing under the AC duct and it was blowing freezing air out of it. I suspect they are keeping the temperature that low deliberately. All of the staff in the store were wearing long sleeve black shirts under their red uniform tops. Turn up the heat people! We were just at this store again and they have gone totally nuts! The girl at the drive through was wearing a surgical mask and gloves! This is a total waste of supplies needed by medical providers in hospitals. If the employee is sick enough to need to wear a mask they should be home not at work! You shouldn't be wearing gloves. We were planning to eat, but while waiting in line we watched how the boss lady (maybe a shift leader?) was treating her workers. Honestly if anyone spoke to me like she was speaking to those girls... I would have quit on the spot. There is no reason to ever mistreat someone like that. At least one girl was new, that was obvious to me. She was trying hard, near tears, and the abuse just kept on coming. The manager was there, but he was silent... just let her rip these young people to shreds. We left. And so did another couple. That was as bad as I have ever seen one person treat another. I understand customer service sucks, but this employee needs to understand when to turn on the act and be nice to customers. The girl taking my order through the drive-thru was extremely rude. She was unpleasant when I asked for white rice and then after being informed they were out of it. Then she was even ruder when I asked for brown rice. After anything I said, she would cut me off to say "anything else?" as if I wasn't mid-sentence. She had a very condescending attitude and definitely should not be working in customer service with a tone like that. I hope she was just having an off-day. I would hope no one would act like that at a place of work regularly. I work in customer service as well, so I know how terrible it is. However, if I were to treat any of my clients like that, I would be out of a job. I hope the manager takes a corrective action because it was extremely out of line. If I wanted bad customer service, I would go to McDonald's. Stacey was the one who passed my food out to me. She was super sweet even after I had to double-check my order due to being cut off multiple times. (I do not believe she was the one taking orders, but I have no clue.) I have never been to a Panda Express that took action. The managers have their employees be cautious due to the events that are taking place. Its wonderful to see that they care about their employees enough to provide them with essentials. The service for Drive is so on speed that the line may seem so long but it go by so fast. I got my long order for my kids and neighbors under 4 minutes and they had it ready at the window if that's not fast food I dont know what is. So glad their open because these past few days we haven't been able to go buy food. I'm so glad I can count on their store to be open even if I have to drive 10 miles. P.S. Went through the drive thru and I was in and out in 5 minutes. There was no cars in front of me which was a plus. I ordered 2 plates and 1 bowl. When I got to the window the cashier was so kind and got my food quickly so I didn't have to wait. Even though I forgot to ask for chili sauce she put a handful in my bag without me even asking.
