Cream cheese crab Waltons are the best in town . But they must of changed the batter for the sweet and sour chicken It's almost unbeatable. Same way as the place on the east side. Both places changed their batter . Not sure I'd they are owned by the same people . But I see the same employees at both places . Why to many peas in the fried rice too at both places . We stopped here yesterday and had to pick peas out of the rice before we could eat it. More peas then rice. Everything else was really good. OK THIS PLACE IS LEGIT A REALLY TASTY CHINESSE FOOD. Now that I'm back in the area, I wanted to see if there was any new spots and this place came up and I'm so happy that I came by to try it. My new favorite Chinese spot in town now that's foresure. Located right off 24th street, it was very easy to find. As soon as you walking in, you can smell the amazing aroma of the food. Extensive options to build your plate. Very good menu in my opinion. The girl working the front is super friendly and very good at her job. Asked her what she would reccomend and she told me to check out the spicy garlic chicken. THAT CHICKEN IS A 10/10. So much flavor and cooked to perfection. I got all noodles with my entree and the noddles are hands down some of the best I've had in town. They also served a good Thai tea so make sure to pick one up if you're thirsty. For a plate this large for less then $8 bucks IS SO WORTH IT. Overall, if your looking for fast, delicious, and quality Chinese food then don't look any further. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. Brother Express has a pretty standard set of Chinese Fast food Fair. To start, you get a mountain of food for your buck. The garlic and Spicy Chicken are absolute bangers. The addition menu, is well priced for adding coconut shrimp or salt and pepper shrimp (the S&P shrimp comes fully shelled with heads, which I like) Star Items: their "steamed" dumpling order is significantly larger than what you'd get at other restaurants. Their Wonton Soup is also really good. It comes with a good amount of wonton, and they offer it spicy (Careful it is, temperature-hot, hotter than the heart of the volcano, so let it cool down before you eat up) They also do a pretty amazing order of Fried Meat Wonton. Better than almost any Ive had in Bakersfield. the only downside is I wish they had a little more meat in them. The staff is friendly, the dining area is clean, and small so it's usually packed for people getting their food to go. Oh, they also have a thing called a "chicken on a stick". In the display case. I imagine it looks like an item that has sat out way too long, but that's the chard I assure you it is hot, crunchy, has a good flavor, and has a great price. This place is the atomic bomb! At least that's what my cornhole did after I ate 15lbs of Orange chicken and chow mein from this place! All jokes aside this is a great little spot for Chinese food, and brother let me tell you. They load you up like they aren't gona see you again for 2years. I didn't know those little stryrofoam to-go plates could hold so much food. You literally have lunch and dinner in one go. Staff was super friendly. At first I thought face tattoo girl was gona shank me with a chop stick and take my dumplings. But she was super sweet and kind and very down to earth. The owner was out helping, asking people if they needed anything, smiling. This is a great spot for the lunch rush. The rice and chow mein were as bland, as can be, the chicken dishes literally all tasted the same, and we're cooked with the lowest quality leg meat, which was very obvious.
