Chow mein, peppered beef, and orange chicken

We stopped by this spot on our way home from Sequoia, craving some good Chinese food--and we're so glad we did! You can tell it's a local favorite with the steady stream of customers coming in and out. The food was not only delicious, but the portions were huge, and the prices were super good for what you get. Definitely a major step up from Panda Express. Great flavors, great value--glad we chose to stop here!!

Orange Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, Chow Mein, Fried Rice, Teriyaki Chicken

Really good food, portion and price! Had orange chicken, king pao chicken, chow mein and rice and teriyaki chicken. For $11 is crazy!!!

Kung Pao Chicken is well seasoned and spicy

This place serves fresh and tasty meals at a lower cost. The Asian lady at the front was very friendly and communicative. Overall the food was delicious and the restaurant has a warm atmosphere

mushroom chicken, chow mein, white rice Combo A

stumbled upon this place by accident just picking up an order for Uber eats to deliver. AnyWho, I went in. I was hungry, and I took a look at their display. I seen the chow mein and it looked very appetizing. I deliver my order I came back for their chow mein while I was there. I ordered the chow mein white rice and mushroom chicken. Chow mein was good. The white rice was cooked well and the mushroom chicken was also very good. I put soy sauce and hot sauce on top. overall I'm happy. I feel well fed. The portions are good. I would also like to add that I will be returning in the future. Up front the area is tidy and it smells clean.

Owner was extremely nice came with my whole team of 20 people and they gave us all egg rolls with our food.

Too much like a Panda Express. Price was ok. Do not like buffet style. Sweet sour chicken was awful.

There's a handful of parking and the place looks clean and organized. It's sweet, tangy but has a toasty taste to it that made it so different from others - Salt & Pepper Pork: this was crunchy, not oily and yummy - House Special Fried Rice: not so oily and everything mixed in together complemented well with each other from the rice, the meat to the veggies. So good! Highly recommend this place. We'll definitely be back!

Heard about this place on IG... So I thought I would give it a try. I was super excited to go in…read moreand try since the review on IG sounded like the food was amazing. The place is like your standard Chinese takeout restaurant, where you have premade dishes, ready to be served with white rice, fried rice, or chow mein noodles. The menu has standard items such as orange chicken, general, chicken, chicken, teriyaki, honey, walnut, shrimp, honey, chicken, mushroom chicken, and so. They also offer egg rolls, cream, cheese, wontons, and soup. What stands out about this place is that they offer a catering menu, unlike some of the other homegrown Chinese takeout places. The restaurant itself is very clean although had a strong smell of Fabuloso and the tables in the floors were a bit sticky. They have one singular bathroom and it was clean. The person who took my order was very nice, friendly, and professional. She was very eager to give me a taste of the entrées in case I wasn't sure what I wanted to eat and I thought that was very cool. I purchased a bowl with half fried rice and half chow mein, and one entrée. For my entrée chose the honey shrimp. my meal came with a fountain drink so that was good. The entrée is $9.99 however, because I got the shrimp, it was a little bit extra. I wish I had gone when the IG people were there doing their reel... Because my food didn't taste anything like how they described it. The honey shrimp was very tasty and the shrimp was cooked perfectly however, every now and then I would get a huge puffy piece. I was not impressed with the fried rice nor the chow mein. I was expecting it to have a wok-seared flavor, like how it was described by the couple doing the reel on IG. For me, it was very plain, in fact, at one point, I thought the chow mein noodles were spaghetti noodles. While the meal satisfied my hunger, since it was dinner time, I likely will not be going back... Sorry, peeps I still have not found good Chinese food in Bakersfield. I hope you have a different experience, and if you do, enjoy!

In comes my relationship with the Wonton soup. Quite frankly the relationship was inappropriate, toxic even. It really wasn't that good but I kept ordering it ???? With a touch of MSG and some probably costco bought wontons, I slowly returned to my original form. Now flip the narrative. One day after work I'm kinda sad... being an LA boy I missed my asian cuisine. Mom was out at MahJong and dad was idk planting flowers or something (he's retired now so I guess he picked up Botany). Out comes the beef chow fun. Quite frankly it itched my chinese tickle. You know its good when it's named "fun." That's "noodles" in Mandarin for my non-Mandarin friends. 5 out of 5.
