We tend to mobile order and just swing by the drive thru for pick up, which is extremely convenient, but there have been a couple times the orders were wrong when we got home. Very disappointed in the service that I received from Panda Express today. It was not rush hour so I thought I'd have faster service but no not at all. Not only was I told it would take 5 minutes additionally after waiting in the drive thru because they took forever to place my order, I then had to wait additional time for them to make spring rolls? Like isn't this one of your most requested items? There was one car in front of me. How could you not have food ready. I then get all the way home and find my food to have literally 5 miniature pieces of meat in it. Yes it's a kids size but wow both the other two kids size have regular amounts of meat. She was actively making sure the employees were staying on top of both the customers & food. She was showing them how to remain efficient with a genuine smile on her face. I usually don't leave reviews but felt compelled to this time. The service from the team members was great- but I found it hard to enjoy my food while I watched the very obviously understaffed employees struggle to maintain the frontline while the manager was too busy pulling aside another employee and making them cry. The only disappointment was their POS (Point of Sale) system does not allow you to add a gratuity / tip at the conclusion of the transaction!! This location is typically not as busy as the other ones in town. Mostly because it is in the northern edge of the city. It's anything you would expect from a typical restaurant chain. Since this location opened, I have not yet had a bad experience. Food has always been fresh and delicious every time I visited. I just wish the portions were bigger for the price paid. A 3-entree plate is about $10. Their specialty is the orange chicken. It's super crispy on the outside with savory sauce, and the chicken is so tender on the inside. I can honestly have triple the portions in one sitting. Their broccoli beef is also very good. It's my second favorite thing on the menu. I also love their fried rice and chow mein. When I'm craving quick Chinese food that offers a drive thru option, this Panda Express is my go to. read more

I don't know guys. The only reason we keep coming back is because of the convenience of the drive-thru, but every single time it turns into an inconvenience. I have ordered kids meals, bowls, plates- nothing out of the ordinary, but somehow it turns into a huge debacle getting it right. I don't know if the employees have a listening problem or they are just careless but they get it wrong every.single.time. This last time the bowl was wrong and they didn't charge for the drink, so I had to get off to have them fix it. Waited for other people to pick up at window but saw that people walking up to order were getting theirs before me. At 7:30 pm I asked about my order.
