I love Panda Express. This one was not an exception. In addition to the tasty food the service was great!

Worst experience at a Panda EVER. ordered 3 entrees no side. Karen had quite the attitude i was jokingly asking about the extra 1.50 for the Pacific Shrimp in what I can only describe as the most condescending tone ever she said "yes it's an entree". I purchased it anyway waited for my boyfriend and checked out. When my dude pulled out his wallet the kid at the register looked into his wallet and asked if that was a military ID...who does that? Who looks into someone's wallet? It gave us a discount but was quite intrusive. Got home only to find 4 shrimp in my container. Not even filled 1/2 way compared to the other entrées. For $1.50 more I don't get a full container? Smh epic fail. read more

We came here late and to our surprise they had a special for bogo free plates. I was nervous bc it was late and I thought the food would be disgusting. The food appeared to still be pretty fresh. I was definitely surprised but happy. It's good for fast food. read more

This location does not have their stuff together AT ALL. I frequently order at panda and have never had problems like this at other locations. I have to wait for something to be cooked for 15+ minutes without fail everytime I come here, they ALWAYS forget to put something in the bag and the first time I ordered they completely forgot to put one of my meals in the bag... I would opt for the whitemarsh location if you're in the area because this one definitely needs more training or something. They need to pull it together. read more

Horrible food. First time I got it. Very greasy. Rice dry, beef chewy, I ended up throwing it away and letting company know. Very disappointed. Definitely chain food not home cooked chinese. Won't go there again. read more

Only been there 1 time since their recent opening. Food seemed okay; though, lots seemed denoted "spicy". Thing I had the problem with was the cleanliness of the interior. Was it due to lack of staff? Was it due to laziness? Was it due to poor allocation of time? There were messy tables (not cleaned promptly following messy eaters), and there was stuff all over the floors. This establishment needs some help/work. read more

It was my first time here at Panda Express. I was impressed with the selections and the store is incredible clean. The staff was welcoming and saif thank you very loud when I donate some money for the kids. They also give a free chicken eggroll if you rate them on Yelp. It was a great experience. I will definitely come back every week. read more

Love this place! I go at least once a week since they have opened. Always great quality food and a super friendly staff. The cream cheese ragoons are always a go to. The customer service is always on point and a employe named Karen seems to be there when ever I go in and is always in a great mood, helpful, and kind. I will continue to make this a weekly lunch spot. Keep up the GREAT work! read more

The staff needs more training! All seemed confused and kept asking the same questions over & over. Had to wait for them to prepare the entrees which we ordered 2 of the same exact thing . There was 2 people taking orders instead of letting one person take 1 order which was confusing for all. They both kept telling me it's a extra $1.25 probably 4 or 5 times which was annoying since I already knew that and agreed that I knew the price. The line was massively extensive even at 4pm , because the staff was so badly trained. When paying the cashier, he seemed confused as well. I asked about where did they keep the fortune cookies to purchase he said , "I don't know" , then I asked are they in these boxes in front of the register he said No .... And then I picked the box up and noticed it contained something. He then said , yeah I think there are cookies in there. I waited approximately 15 minutes for 2 entrees after I ordered but actually it took 30 minutes for the whole process. He then brought over my entree I was waiting for and before I left checked the bag and seen there was no fortune cookies in the bag and his response was " I always forget that part". This was my first visit to this Panda Express location. The food was good but they have staff issues and need to train their employees better. read more

Line was long for dinner but moved pretty quick. Clean and nice new restaurant in the area.

We went for the second time thinking that we would give them a break because they were a new location. First time the chicken fried rice was tasteless and mushy like it had been over cooked. The rest of my meal was okay but nothing to write home about. My biggest problem was with the server. Both times she was rude and not the person I would want greeting my customers. This was our first time to any Panda Express. We approached the counter looking like a couple who wasn't quit sure how it worked and was greeted with no smile or attempt to be helpful. We asked how it worked and was given the information by someone who simply must have had to say it too many times that day. The one thing she did know how to do was repeat the extra price for anything that required it. We got it the first time lol! So we decide to go back for a second time and was faced with the same girl. It was 8:30 pm and the store closed at 9:30. One would assume that an hour left before closing would be enough time to get what we wanted. There was a couple ahead of us and he said to the girl, "wow there is nothing left" she replied to him,"we're getting ready to close soon" with a terrible attitude. I then asked it there would be any more steak and she very condescending said to me, "no there will be no more steak" We turned around and walked out. As my mother always said, "fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me". Good advice!! read more

My boyfriend and I went here for dinner last night, first time here. At first I was I wasn't to sure because I thought it was more of a fast food restaurant but it proved me wrong! Best Chinese food I've had in a while & at a great price! Will be back! read more
